The reception was very friendly. A small stock of coffee, fruit, cheese and milk was provided, which is not self-evident. The location is very close to the motorway without having to listen to anything. The hosts are very flexible. The kitchen equipment is plentiful. The space available for the price and the proximity to Munich is well.

Verena's mother, who lives in the neighboring house, welcomed us very friendly into the genuine time capsule the appartment is. The house itself is indeed simple, as shown on the picture and in the description. It was a bit less "directly in the woods" than we'd expected. However, as it poored with rain we didn't explore the surroundings very well. Staying here, is as if stepping directly into the lives of the elderly people who lived there and all their belongings. If you like this kind of stuff, (we do), it's a funny experience. If you're more into modern, highly stylized hotelrooms it's not for you :-) Even though Verena wasn't there herself, she made sure beforehand we could find the place as well as reach her mother to arrange a smooth arrival. Easy communication!

We were able to get acquainted with the place quite easily. The location is in a quiet countryside, only accessible by own transport. The setting of the house, in a small village surrounded by fields makes it suitable for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Completely away from the hustle and bustle of city living.

This was a very interesting experience for a first time Airbnb. We had some issues on arrival - although we let our hosts know we would arrive late at night, we were left in the rain outside for 30 minutes whilst trying to get some answer from the door and our hosts over the phone - not the best welcome. After settling in, the host was very nice and showed us around the place, as well as making us some food. There were lots of towels and beds for all of us. We also awoke to breakfast which our host had put out for us, a nice touch. Advertising the apartment as an Oktoberfest apartment is somewhat misleading - the house was very nice but a little far out for us, it's about 60km away from Munich city center, so it's worth checking the exact location beforehand - you really need a car to get to places as the closest train station is about a 10-15 minutes drive and there is no easy route to Munich without a car. Overall it was mixed bag - nice hosts and a nice place, but not great transport links and an unorganized welcome.

The landlord is a German couple, they are very enthusiastic man, to go before we reach the mail, always answered every question and provided very helpful information. Location away from the center of Munich where the house about half an hour's drive away, if you are traveling by car, then choose to stay here, well worth it. The room was very warm, we rented a two-bedroom, great! It is particularly worth mentioning is the landlord for the rich we prepare breakfast and full flavor, let us return infinite flavor. Here the surrounding environment is also very good, fresh air and quiet, if you have the opportunity to go, then we will be more than a few days.

The house is gorgeous. Bedrooms are wonderful, bathroom is quite clean with good quality facilities. Most especial experience is the breakfast offered by the landlord, not only the good taste, but the delicate dishes very impressive. Appreciate Monika's kind entertainment.

Lovely rooms and garden area in a beautiful and peaceful setting but close enought for access to Munich and elsewhere. Was an ideal finish to our 10 day tour of South Germany. The welcome and hospitality from Monica and her family was first class and we would strongly recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to spend time in the area. Everything was perfect, thanks!

Manfred is definitely a good host. He provided everything I need also breakfast. And the room is nice and comfortable. The only disadvantage was the location would be far away from center. Beside that, all the things were perfect!

Gerhard's house is as it appears in the pictures, even better. It is very clean and very welcoming. It is 10 minutes from the train station from where there are frequent trains that leave you in the center of Munich in 30 minutes.Gerard could not behave better with us: he were waiting on time and gave us all the information we needed to move to Munich and cooked us a full breakfast every morning and that's the first time it happens to rent a apartment. Fully recommended to stay at  your home.

Gerhard was there to meet us even though we arrived quite late. He was a wonderful host. We had an entire floor of his home to ourselves, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, and he also allowed us use of the living room and kitchen. He had a lovely back yard and even made us breakfast in the morning, like a real b&b. The home was located close to the S-bahn, and we had no trouble getting to Munich. The town was lovely and safe. Gerhard was a kind and engaging host and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We felt very welcomed and like family at the end.

Great location and plenty of space for our family of four. Tina even stayed up for us as we arrived later than planned (11:00 at night). She also took us around the next morning to meet all of their pets.

Nice quiet location and very nice hosts. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Good connection by S-Bahn to Munich. WLAN and brochures with info as well as extra directions, when we asked for it. In the neighboring village a wonderful beer garden. Overall an ideal accommodation for a family with children.

A cozy and spacious apartment in a rural, relaxing and quiet environment! Nevertheless, the shopping possibilities are relatively close, and also at destinations are not missing.

We verbleven twee nachten in het ruime appartement van Tina op doorreis naar Slovenië. We hadden een aangenaam verblijf. Rustig gelegen en goede locatie om München en omgeving te verkennen.

The small Elisabeth apartment is nice, cozy silensioso well equipped: fully adequate to well accommodate three people. We were greeted with warmth and cordiality availability receiving all the information we needed. The apartment, located on the edge of the green zone of Monaco subway is suitable for those wanting to visit Monaco looking for a place to sleep and park your car.

Elisabeth was very friendly, although we were taken aback when she said that if we had arrived 10 minutes later she would have already have left for work. This was a complete surprise and we wondered where this would have left us.

Elisabeth has welcomed me very nice and instructed me. The apartment is separate, has a nice bathroom with washing machine, the kitchen is very geräumigh and off with everything permitted, even with Gechirrspüler. unfortunately we have not come to a boil, because around the corner a Super Italians (but a little expensive) is still worthwhile. The beds are great and you can fully sleep peacefully because no in the deadlock Traffic. So highly recommended in Maisach.

Elisabeth and her daughter are the best host I have seen so far. They make their guests just like at home which they respond very quick to any single text . And they make sure you know every thing you want during your stay . Although their place is far from Munich, the train station is so close from their house which cast you around € 8 to full ticket for the whole day .

It was our first experience airbnb and we were not disappointed. Manfred was kind enough to entrust the keys to our son in this town before we arrived. We arrived at night. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, modern, fully equipped, everything was thought that our stay is the best. Nothing was missing. We were able to talk a little with Manfred and his wife. Despite our difficulties with foreign languages, we were delighted to spend a little time with them very pleasant.

At the very beginning I was picked up from the train station which is literally right outside the front door. I was very warmly greeted and introduced to the passing neighbor spontaneously even before entering. In a small welcome coffee lap I also met the same the second lodger of the house. I was directly offered in the afternoon with the lake to come. So I've got me immediately felt totally integrated over at the beginning and also the whole other time. But I was always doing clearance left, after which I would have liked and was able to pull back given case. At the end of the first day I had all the residents of the house met, felt very comfortable in my room and had really arrived and lifted the feeling to be good. The room was exactly the description and I had nothing wrong with it. For all my stuff well enough drawers, shelves and cabinets were ready. My whole stay time on I have understood very well with the hostess, her children and the second lodger. It was a very nice, relaxed living together - totally uncomplicated. For a longer stay in Munich around I can only recommend it. And if I myself come back to the area, I know exactly where I'm going to look first for a place to stay :)

Beautiful house, looked like something out of a magazine. Easy access to city center if you don't mind a 30 minute train ride each way. Julika and the kids were lovely, breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and i had such an amazing time at Julika's. She made us feel like we were at home. We were only there for 4 days but we loved it so much and had such a hard time leaving. Julika and her family were greats hosts, very welcoming and friendly. I hope one day I can come back to her home and visit. We miss it already!!

Had 2 nights at Julika booked. Have been super received warmly by the whole family. It's all very well maintained. You feel immediately at home. The bed is very comfortable. Julika morning gave us a breakfast made that left nothing to be desired. The location is ideal. Just outside the front door holding the S-Bahn with which one is in 30 minutes in the middle of Munich. Parking is also right outside the door (parking of the station). Although the railway runs right outside the door, it is super quiet. We have felt very comfortable and the hotel would not hesitate to choose again.

Julika is a wonderful host, the breakfast she prepared was super dilicious! And her dog is cute and friendly, we felt warm staying with her. Julika is very easy to deal with, she shared her kitchen and dining room with us. We thank her a lot and difinatelg recommend others to stay there as well.

Julika's home is just awesome!!! 3 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 minutes to the bakery, supermarket, drugstore and bank =D She takes care of it with a lot of love and attention. Her sons Yuri and Noah are very nice and Crusoe (the big poodle) is also very friendly. I can only say that I was very very happy during the 28 days I stayed there and I will miss everything. One of the most pleasant experiences of my life. Julika and her sons are so caring and so friendly. The space was large and private and restful sleep greeted us every night. We found her location perfect because you are only a few minutes out of city center but so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Jürgen was amazing! I booked late but he responded right away. He picked me up and drove me to and from the station by his house (which about 3km away). I didn't have a phone, but I was able to borrow someone's and he came straight away. His house was charming, nice room to myself, and he even made coffee in the morning. He suggested some things to do in Münich and how to get around. It was the first time I'd BNBed alone and I felt totally safe. Thank you!

Wow! Just wonderful I can say. Jürgen has picked us up from the train station because on Saturday evening drove no more buses. We were kindly allowed to use the Wi-Fi and whirlpool was ready for us, which was really great on the hot day also. He also knew us with tips on local gastronomy too much help and has made every effort to explain everything to us and to assist. The room was very great, quiet and well furnished. We could recover very well n us.

Tania is a super host to me. She is a wonderful woman and I really appreciated her kindness and understanding. Tania's apartment is super nice, modern design, very clean and I really enjoyed my time staying at the open balcony with the beautiful view. And What I really love about Tania's place is my everyday walks to the S-bahn station and supermarket, it's very convenient. So if you love walking this this is the right place. It's also a very safe when you go home late at night.

Tania has been a great hostess. We were there during the Oktoberfest with her, and the location of the apartment is ideal. You can walk on foot (about 10-15 minutes) to the subway and is within 30 minutes at Hackerbrücke without change. The room is described as in the photos and you can use the bathroom alone. We would love to come back next year for Oktoberfest again ;-)
