Modern flat near the beach

The apartment is located in Chioggia, a really nice town located in the North- East of Italy, just one hour far from Venice, that you can easily reach by car. The apartment overlooks the Riviera Adriatica and is really close to the beach and the sea side. The apartment in on the 1st floor of a building with the elevator and has one really cosy bedroom with double bed, living room (potentially for more people) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All independent. The apartment is fully furbished (including washing machine) and is suitable for 2-3 people. In less than 5 minutes you can reach the beach (renowned 10 Km long beach). Two minutes away from the bus station to go to Venice and Padova. Venice can also be easily reached by boat , which makes the trip very pleasant. Internet is not included but if you have a laptop we can provide an USB key to allow internet access. The apartment is in the historical centre of Sottomarina and about 10 minutes away from Chioggia. Prices are approximate and can be changed depending on the month and on the availability. Please contact me for further details. Hi everybody!!We are situated in the little Venice (Chioggia) and we are just 40min away from Venice. The appartmarnt is located at the first floor, it has kitchen-bedroom and private bathroom and balcony with table. Our place has also a huge garden with private parking(included), relax area with coffee machine and a barbecue area. We rent bikes to our guests for FREE!! And also WiFi is included in your stay. My family and I live in the same building, so we are always here ready for helping you!

Small apartment located 200 meters from the bathing establishment. From mid May to mid September it is included in the price of the beach service. On request covered parking with automatic bar at 2€/day. The house is on the 4th floor of an apartment building with two elevators, possible noises of condominium life. I do not apply cleaning fees, but final cleaning is required by guests. A valid identification document is required for registration. Tourist tax 2€/day per person.
