Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Logement calme au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison. Je vis à l’étage avec ma fille, et notre chien reste dans le jardin. Le quartier est résidentiel et agréable, avec commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette) à 8 min à pied, ainsi qu’un pizzaiolo au bout de la rue. La gare TER de Simiane (13 min à pied) relie directement Aix et Marseille. • Chambre avec lit queen size. • Une pièce supplémentaire existe mais n’est pas encore rénovée.
