We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony facing the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TVs, a bathroom and a large loggia. Here, cozy seating areas and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right in front of the door. The Innradweg and the Unterer Inn recreation area are nearby. The price per night is for two people.

The house is located in a small residential development with a few houses and plenty of greenery, meadows, and woods in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
