Charming small Provençal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this former small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Independent 35 m² apartment located behind our house, at the exit of the village with terrace and beautiful view of the Ventoux. Beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, fridge, gas stove, multifunction oven (grill, oven, microwave), living room with 2-seater sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, double bed bedroom, storage, barbecue, parking. Cleaning fee and tourist tax of €1/day/person included in the price.

The Marceau gîte will be the perfect place for a peaceful holiday with family or friends by the pool in Bali tiles. On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen and open living room with a very high ceiling, there are also two bedrooms that share a first bathroom. Upstairs is a large suite with bathroom and separate toilet. Outside you can enjoy the 8x4 swimming pool with stunning views of the vineyard.
