The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

We offer our beautiful self-contained apartment in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The self-contained apartment with its own bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. We live on the ground/upper floor ourselves, speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, and a little French. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. Expats and business travelers will also find their feel-good oasis.
