120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

The outbuilding is fully equipped and located on a wooded lot including a children's playground and a boule court. You can enjoy the swimming pool (not private) from May to September. Calm and relaxation will be at the rendezvous. The accommodation has a sheltered outdoor terrace with its barbecue.
