Our stay in this accommodation was perfect! It is very nice and very well appointed! In addition, the 4th bed, indicated in the ad as being in the living room, is still a bit out of the way due to the configuration of the place, which was even better than imagined!

We have spent New Years with family in this beautiful location. Everything has been thought of and what you see in the photos is also what you get. The sitting area with large windows is great, you have a wide view over the meadows in front of the loft and you can see beautiful sunsets. The location has a lot of space, beautiful bedrooms with good beds, a lovely large open kitchen and several places to sit in the house. The little ones have also been thought of, there are many games and books available that you can keep them with for a while. Communication with Coen is fast and smooth. On arrival we received a personal tour and after that he is still available for any questions. We really enjoyed it and recommend this place to everyone. This is a perfect place for groups of up to 8 people!

Coen is an exceptional host who went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful one. Available 24/24 to seek to satisfy all your requests. Communication between us was really fluid and efficient. We have chosen to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas in this exceptional place that was specially decorated for the event without a request having been made. everything was perfect ! Coen even bought an oven specially for our arrival because he knew we would have it. As for the rooms, everything was really at the top. Each room was clean and had small gifts for the occupants. You can rent this place with your eyes closed !! An excellent experience !!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has a beautiful view. Everything was there. We had a fantastic time in the house, and will definitely come back!

We had a family party (7 people) and we celebrated that in this super loft. Feeling overwhelming when we entered. Stylish, very large, warm and inviting. Our four-legged friend was also welcome. The communication with Coen went smoothly and the hospitality was felt during the tour through the loft, which incidentally has its own entrance. It is actually going up because we were on the 1st floor. You are completely free of everything and everyone. My in-laws even had a completely separate sleeping area with its own toilet, bath and shower (and what kind!). The area is rural and just outside the village is a beautiful forest for walking. Tilburg and Turnhout are around the corner and in the middle of the village is an excellent restaurant where we had a delicious lunch. The breakfast with everything on it can be taken in the loft. Coen has taken care of everything. We enjoyed each other and the loft. Wonderful weekend. And when we have something to celebrate again ...

Just across the border in Belgium there is a special place to spend the night in a rural setting. An enlarged, self-built pipo wagon in which it is wonderful to retreat. Everything has been thought of and made and arranged with care and quality. A wonderful hot tub and sauna make a stay at Cees very pleasant. He is also very friendly and makes sure that you really feel at home. Recommended.

Super place to unwind

Just back from a week in this fantastic loft / studio with my 2 daughters. Helga and Raoul give you a warm welcome and ensure that you lack nothing. The pool next to the loft is wonderful (especially with the warm weather of the past week) We were able to cook in the outdoor kitchen, which includes a 2-burner induction hob. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was waiting for us every morning. In short, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely recommend this B&B to others!

We were traveling with our brother and his family. Our host was so helpful with finding a high chair and pack n play for the children so we didn’t need to travel with so many extras. This was a great extended family vacation!

Our stay was very nice. Our host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this place.

We spent a week here with 4 adults, and three kids between the ages of 2 and 8. The place was perfect. The kids loved the pool and playground and we loved the accommodation and the sun loungers around the pool. Plenty of space, nice and clean and very friendly and obliging hosts. We loved it.

The house is just what we needed for a short vacation close to Tilburg. The bedrooms are small, but there is enough space in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bathrooms are super clean. Paulinka is always ready to help, always available, always smiling.

The communication went very smoothly and warmly. The space is very cozy with its fireplace and large armchair. There is also more than enough furniture available so that you will never be short! The bedrooms and bathrooms are modest but comfortable! They really do everything to give their guests a "home" feeling.

Hello, we had a great weekend with 10 people. The house is super equipped, you can cook great together and through the fireplace, the house is also heated up quickly. On the first day we went to Rotterdam and the second day we drove to Antwerben. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very warm and nice welcome by Marie-Jose! What a fantastic place. The park is very quiet. You only hear and see the birds and squirrels. The villa is spotless and equipped with all conveniences. Bed was wonderful. The outdoor jacuzzi is also really lovely, the garden is very nicely decorated anyway. And how wonderful to wake up that you look outside and see only trees. A great place to relax.

Quiet, rest, nice view, nice restaurant within walking distance, nice cantina with lots off entertainment. A lovely zwimmingpond with clean beach, en a fishpond with some pretty big carps in it of course catch and release. Every thing was there to cook and make coffee etc. To make it short we loved it Hendrik and mary

We loved the place

Older object with lots of charm. Directly on the lake with a lot of nature. Very quiet. So just the right to relax. If you need more action: there are bigger cities and enough excursion destinations nearby. For example : Efteling; Serengeti Park; many swimming pools etc. I 70 years was with my wife and found it simply top. With smaller age-related wear phenomena of the object we could arrange very well, in addition the rent was correspondingly low. In the house everything was available, from the washing machine over dishes, coffee machine, stove, laundry, TV and much more. Everything, even a scissors I found. In my opinion ideal for family with child. If of course with a little camping feeling does not come clearly must stop in a 5 star hotel. We were very satisfied and will certainly come back

We received a nice welcome and immediately got the key handed over. The chalet is very cozy with good basic equipment. It was nice that we could use the pool. The garden is very big and also nice and the neighbors were also very friendly. We are very satisfied and will gladly come back.

The chalet in the Parc de Kievit is super nice! We stayed with 6 people and had a very good time. One of the bedrooms has a glass-door, so keep this in mind if you're going with many people... ;) Everything is working great, the bathroom, the shower, the kitchen equipment - just perfect. The little garden is ideal for sitting outside and it is very nice to wake up in the morning and step out into a bit of nature to start the day. :) We didn't get to meet Gerda in person but the communication was excellent. Danielle, a friend of Gerda's, who took care of everything, was very friendly and helpful. We really have nothing to complain about - and the price is unbeatable. All in all, an absolute recommendation for people with a car!

For 6 people it is certainly doable. Enough sleeping space and also a great kitchen!

Great holiday. Nice and helpful hostess. You can indeed stay with six people, but it is on the small side. Indeed not especially suitable for very young children, but if you keep an eye on the little one, there is nothing to worry about. Pay particular attention to all thresholds;) We enjoyed the outdoor pool at the restaurant.

Nice house, good communication.

Although we didn’t get much time to explore all the on site facilities, we loved every minute of our stay here! The chalet was everything we expected it to be and more. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The location is situated in a beautiful place. You can find everything you need on site but if you wanted to explore the local cities you would need to drive as it’s a little far to walk!

We've been visiting Poppel for a wedding party of friends. The huge apartment is situated above Coen's clothing shop, you'll enter it through a separate entrance. It's nicely furnished, everything is new and well chosen. The big window in the living room offers a great view onto the landscape. Coen's been very suppotive and drove us by car to the wedding party.
