Me and my boyfriend felt very comfortable at Helen's house. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Transportation to center of London was very easy, it was about 45 minutes.

The place is very beautifull and calm, the neighborhood is really cool ! The hosts are really kind and don't hesitate to help us if we are lost! The room is clean un full of stuff for the journey ( towel, savon, map, the and coffea...) It's really kind! Very accessible since there was transport nearby. The quiet neighborhood and the house very clean. Andy and Chantal made us feel at home.

First Airbnb. We didn't know what to expect and we were very surprised! The room is like a hotel room, with amenities (towels, shower gel / toothbrush, tea making facilities, London / metro map, and even an adapter ...). Clean room, with lots of storage available. The house is located 5 minutes from a bus that takes you to St Mary Cray (or 20 minutes on foot for the bravest), and from there a direct line to go to Victoria Station. Andy is very responsive and especially helped us when it was 11:30 pm (thanks again). I recommend, especially considering the price!

Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the high street and bus stops which can take you to the train station. The room is clean and well decorated. Although it is only a bedroom, it is very private. The host is very accomodating and gives tips on where to go in the area. Will definitely stay here again when in Orpington.

A lovely place to stay, with a warm welcome from Laurence showing you up to a beautifully decorated, clean and quiet flat. There's easy parking directly outside on a quiet suburban road. Inside the flat is spotlessly clean, with a lovely hot shower. The guest bedroom is what would otherwise be the living room. This was the only negative I had, in that I do enjoy the more companionable social arrangement you generally get from Airbnb. The room was warm and the bed extremely comfortable. I had the best night's sleep I've had for a long time. Laurence provides tea, coffee, etc, plus all sorts of useful extras, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and nice touches like a bottle of water, and a phone charging point. In terms of value for money it was incredibly good.

A very well maintained flat equipped with thoughtful accessories for a very pleasant stay. Really convenient with the Tesco located just above the apartment. Train station is about 8 mins walk (hilly) and connects directly with services to London central such as London Bridge and Charing Cross. Private carpark is also available with easy access to the unit. Overall very happy with the stay.

My family absolutely love d place! Food was easy to get as it has Tesco Extra which opens at 6am! Free secure packing with a great neighbour who reminded me that my car light was left lit on during one of d nights. Quite near to d M25 highway. Convenient, nearby Payzone outlet to pay off my Dart charges for those going up north via M25 highway. Had an easy drive d first 4 days to Bluewater, Bath n Stonehenge, Brighton n Seven Sisters as we r located at the South-east of London. Was able to drive to Watford too for d Harry Potter's Studio via d Dart Crossing of d M25. D next 4 days we took d train to travel to d city. 15 mins from Orpington station to London and vice-versa. Got to c d culture n practice of d locals during d train rides. Beautiful experience. Last but not least less than half an hour away to Eurostar's Ebbsfleet train station on our last day as we head down to Paris. Would love to come over again. Thank you for being a wonderful host! Excellent place, as in the photos, very convenient location right next to Super Tesco and 4 or 5 blocks (less than 10 'walk) from the Orpington train station from where you can reach all tourist sites very easily and fast, since there is a service that does not stop at all and also can be combined with other trains and subways in several of the stations through which it passes. Definitely recommended for those looking for a good place to relax after an intense day. Quiet place and impeccable apartment with beautiful decoration, welcome details, with everything you need for these to taste and even with Christmas tree. Thank you very much, Waty! =)

We were there to see my family in and around the London area, so the location was perfect. Access to the M25 was 10 minutes and the station was about 5 mins, with very frequent trains into central. This is great for a family who wants to travel and have no problem to use the train or have a car. We drove from EU so was about an hour to the Euro tunnel. The flat was spacious and lots of natural light. The little touches Waty left were much appreciated and more than we expected. One thing was that the cold does sneak in under the living room door, so keep the heating on ! Communication and instruction upon check in were very thorough and clear so was an easy process. All in all a great week made better by Waty and her flat, so again thank you ! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended !! Value for money, place is very near to transportation points (bus, Southern Railway). 30 minutes from the city by SR but still its worth. Will come again for sure.

Charlie and his friends are the warm hosts. Although I had an emergency reservation for the flat the day before I checked in due to an accident, they still warmly received me. The environment is very good, the actual environment is exactly the same as the picture. There are many markets and Chinese takeaways nearby, and the railway station is right next door. The nights were very quiet. He fully respects your privacy and is keen to talk to you about your feeling of the accommodation, which I highly recommend.

Sid and his family are very attentive. They help you with your directions if it is in your hands. An extraordinary people. The room is spacious and comfortable enough for a 5 day stay as was our case. They leave you a good sized bathroom for private use. The house is about 20 minutes walk to the Orpington train station, which is also reached by several bus lines (B14, R1, R3, R11, 51 ...) in a few minutes. From the Orpington railway station, taking the Charing Cross line, the next 15-minute stop is London Bridge. Waterloo station would be the next stop at 21 minutes. From any of those two then to walk, to catch tube or other trains. We have used the Citymapper App, all great 5 days. The next time we return to London we will contact Sid for sure.

A great stay in great London. Though it is not in the center of London but the high street of Orpington is just around the corner. The hosts are excellent too. They could provide Really nice Indian food if asked. Would stay again in time.

Sid and Richa have a wonderful family, so their hosting services are equally as wonderful. The room we got was clean, the amenities such as kitchen and bathroom werre clean and easily accessible, we got plenty of tips on places around Orpington. Definitely worth staying with them if you want to visit London!

This was a wonderful place to stay! There is everything needed to make a great stay possible! The art and the decor are very cool and hip. full kitchenettewith stove oven and refrigerator. Fully stocked on toiletries such as shampoo conditioner, etc. Junior was a great host and got everything sorted when needed. communicationwas fantastic. This place is close to cafes and supermarkets and a nature preserve is close by. A lovely place to stay but a little far from central London and airports.

Junior is a brilliant host. His place is a small but homely studio, which has been converted from a garage, into a home dwelling. It's spacious enough for one to two people but I think your struggle to have a third person. The area is fantastic, very upper middle class and safe, with beautiful surroundings. In terms of driving, only 30 mins from the city via the Blackwell tunnel and also very close to amenities such as those in Greenwich. Very safe area and lots of local pubs and places to eat out, for those with a car this area would be ideal. The flat is clean and neat and junior does go all out with providing toiletries etc. i would recommend this place and junior as a good host!

Donna is really nice and understanding. I arrived later than the time I announced and she called me as she was worried. Then she made us feel comfortable and helped us to make our food ready. A really good stay :)

Donna and her husband were absolutely incredible hosts! The little thoughtful details made such a difference, for example coming to my room with a handwritten thank you card which contained the WiFi code in. My room was always cleaned, with fresh towels and bedsheets provided weekly. I stayed for over a month at Donna's and had such a positive and warm experience. The environment is very calming and has beautiful plants and a garden which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend Donna and her husband's home to anyone.

She was extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. I am hoping that circumstances change and that I am able to book again in the future.

This place was perfect for my needs. It was my first time in England, and staying here made my trip easy. The location is very close to the train station and bus lines. There are restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, ATMs, and general shopping within walking distance. The flat was comfortable enough for one person, maybe two at the most, but the bed isn’t the best. I don’t think it would fit two people comfortably. There’s all of the amenities someone would need: heater, tv, stove, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, air dryer for your clothes (no gas/electric dryer Americans are used to), bathtub and shower. Xavier himself was great. I was asked about any small things I would prefer to have during my stay. He is very hospitable and I recommend renting this flat.

This air bnb was PERFECT. It suited our needs perfectly and was beautifully presented. We arrived at 11 am and Xavier was at the location and gave us an extensive tour of the flat. he showed us where most things were kept. Bathing amenities were kept in abundance. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and Xavier even kept tea and coffees on arrival. The flat is a very good size and the open plan makes it feel very spacious. There is satellite tv, fireplace, communal table and a comfy sofa to relax on. The bedroom was also large and Xavier had kept clean and contemporary bed dressings for us to use. The shower was clean and well presented. 3-5 towels were kept for usage.The shower was warm and powerful. The flat itself is a stone-throw away from the St Mary Cray station which offers direct links to London Victoria in around 30 minutes. The flat is located near local newsagents and is a 5-10 minutes walk away from a small shopping complex which includes m&s, tk maxx, pret, nandos, nike, and other various shops Xavier was very helpful and on hand to help if we required any assistance which on this occasion we did not. There was no interruption at all and check out was simply as effortless as the check-in. It was amazing value for money. My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Xavier's flat. It was everything we could have asked for. Would highly recommend it!!!

Xavier’s place is in the perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to cute eateries, awesome bars and restaurants. His place is lovely and well appointed, modern, very clean and has everything you need. Xavier was a great helpful host right from the start, available at all times whenever I had any questions. A wonderful outgoing and really jovial host. Very gracious and keen to show you around the place. The huge, clean and neat room you stay in have an amazing and wonderful king size bed with a nice work desk! The chic and modern bathroom is liken to a hotel. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal with a garden outside big enough for bbq There is a cozy living room with so many movies and animes and manga you can forget about leaving the house.

I had a great time staying in Andrew’s house. The place was clean and very comfortable. He’s a great guy and very easy to communicate with.

Monika's place is the perfect place for anyone looking to touch based with the beautiful city of London. The space was so translucently peaceful and adequately placed to serve as the perfect home away from home. Every item in the room seems to have been thoughtfully placed and purposely organized to suit all purpose of your travel. I would always remember her place and will seek to find hospitality here when ever possible and when I return. Monika is extremely flexible as a host and will try to accommodate what ever needs necessary. She owns a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood worth of your admiration. Please make sure to check the train timetable as its a 1 hour journey from Victoria station. However if you are getting train for London Bridge then it takes 15 mins.
