Such a fantastic space, and so nicely put together. A really convenient and private location with everything you need. The girls are lovely and so easy to contact. Definitely worth staying.

The accomodation is really close to Perth itself, you need about ~ 15 mins to walk into the city centre, the train takes 2 stops from central station. The check in was very easy (& so the communication with the lovely hosts). The room (which you have for your own) is not too huge, but it includes all stuff and furniture you might need (especially the kitchen), the wifi worked very well. we stayed two nights, therefore it was absolutely nice!

Cozy, comfortable and convenient! The train station is 2 mins walk away and everything is provided for. The place is spotless!

Can’t fault Wendy’s place, I had a really great time. It’s got everything you need for a short stay and it’s a great location, it’s a short walk to the train or into the CBD.

Tom & Nadia are fantastic hosts! Their shared space is lovely, very clean and organized. I had never stayed with a superhost before, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Tom & Nadia were both friendly and helpful, and I would definitely book a stay with them again the next time I visit Perth.

This was my first experience of Airbnb and a great way to start my trip to Australia. Tom and Nadia went out of there way to be helpful and made me feel very welcome in their home. A lovely apartment, a great pool and good access to Perth, it’s free busses, the WACA and Kings Park. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Tom and Nadia were fantastic hosts which made us feel very welcome. We arrived late in the evening which Tom stayed up for to let us in. The room is a good size with the bathroom just across the corridor. Beautifully clean and tidy, if we come back in Perth, it’ll be our first choice to stay!

The accommodation of Tom and Nadia is really top! Very well located in the east of Perth, buses are free to reach the city center (3 stations), the apartment is beautiful with swimming pool and barbecue area, the room is very good with private bathroom, the owners are discreet, we can only recommend!

A great experience, everything about the apartment is like home. Carol was able to let us have a very late check out at no extra cost. She certainly goes the extra mile.

Really enjoyed our stay! Kevin met us upon arrival and provided a tour of the apartment and pool area. Carol and Kevin provided greatly appreciated milk , juice, cereal and coffee pods. The outdoor space and pool area were an added bonus after a day of touring around Perth. Location is ideal- 5 minute walk to grocery store, the free Cat bus and numerous restaurants. Communication with a Carol was outstanding!

We loved our stay at Carol's! Beforehand the communication was really fast and she was so flexible with our travelling schedule, since we came from Kalbarri to Perth. The apartment is much bigger than the photos showed when we booked. Extremely well equipped (washing machine, dryer and even detergent, cooking utensils, there was fruit and cookies, oil pepper salt, herbs etc) which made it feel even more like home. The apartment was very clean and I always say that being able to walk barefoot makes you feel more at home! Location is great. Near a (free) CAT bus stop, plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was GREAT in 1 word. Stylishly furnished, fully equipped, nice swimming pool, good location relative to City etc. Since our flight was late in the afternoon, a later check-out time was given. Response to messages was very fast

Christine's place is priced very competitively and delivers. It is a humble apartment but covers all you need for an adequate night's sleep. The toilet is quite clean, the sofa bed is comfortable and there is a kitchen to cook. Some breakfast items are available like fresh, milk (sealed and new), and bread were provided as well! There is also a private parking bay for your car rental. Honestly, at this price, it's hard to find better value for money accommodation. The area is extremely close to the scenic Scarborough beach, and the neighborhood was quiet for the 3 nights that we were there. We all got good sleep without disturbances. Another important note: We had initially booked a stay for 4 days but we had to rush home and leave on an earlier flight for family reasons. It was a very last minute arrangement, and yet she gave us a refund for the last day that we weren't there for. Such thoughtful consideration from Christine, and thank you very much for the stay!

We had a great stay in this apartment in Scarborough. We got everything we needed, even some food was supplied:) There was a 15min walk to the beach, which is beautiful. You can get to Perth by bus and train, which works pretty good, when you catch the 421 close to the apartment.

A lovely clean space close to the beach. Perfect for couples. Great air conditioning considering it was above 35 degrees most of the time we were there. Amazing value for money.

The house equipped with everything, you named it, they got it despite small apartment. It is suitable for 4 persons stay. The bedroom do not have aircond and have to bring in the fan. The aircond is located at the living room with sofa bed only. Overall is a good stay and we loved it.

Great place, very clean and great views. The key to the place is about a 15 min walk away then you’ll have to go back to the apartment but apart from that the place is great and is worth it.

Megan’s place was everything we hoped for. Close to shops and beach, whilst being a little bit off the main road. Clean and well stocked with basics. Megan was well organised and communicative throughout the entire process. The absolute best part was the view from the balcony, you’d pay a million bucks for it 😉

Great spot! Excellent communication! Comfy bed with good amenities. Only thing I would say is the walls are thin so if you're a light sleeper that may not be good. Overall though it was a lovely place to land at the end of long days :)

A lovely room - very close to the airport - if you’re renting a car, there’s a very safe private spot to park the car in the gated complex. Room is simple and straightforward, you have your own bathroom, and everything else in the home is available to use.

Rose’s place is very lovely and only an hour walk to the water. She is a very thoughtful host. I would recommend staying at Rose’s place.

Perfect for two (or one)! Rose has created such a warm and cosy space for those travelling with a companion or even solo. For such a compact little space it has everything you could need, and the little touches to go above and beyond made this property really stand out in my top stays. Rose is super welcoming and happy to help if you need anything (not that we did because it seems she has already got it all covered). Communication was breezy with Rose’s quick responses, and check in and access is easy as can be considering it is a semi attached space (it really does feel like your in your own separate tiny home though) Thank you again Rose, we will definitely not hesitate to try and book your space again in the future.

The accommodation is difficult to find at night but everything is exactly as described. Apartment is small but very clean and functional. Breakfast is ready. Supermarket 8min on foot. The area is very hilly, the bicycles on offer are great for sporty guests. Public transport top. The neighborhood is a bit run down. In Fremantle, it alternates between hop and top. Trips to Perth and Rottnest Island are highly recommended. We felt good. For our first time Airbnb we were very happy

Beautiful quiet unit in a lovely area - we walked along the river every night and had dinner at one of the various restaurants, no need to drive. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Elyse was a great host, I will definately be recommending this unit to all my friends.

Perfect Place to stay. Great Location, Great Host

This apartment is a really good place for a couple. It is a about a 10 minute walk to the shops and the very delightful restaurants. The apartment has all you need for self catering, which we did most nights after our days out exploring. A full size fridge/freezer which allows you store your supplies, instead of purchasing daily. The apartment is bright, roomy, and has all the home comforts you require. We found it easy to contact the host, and arrival and departure arrangements were made easy. The Windsor hotel is a great place for a well priced meal. The supermarket has 24/7 sign out the front, and is licenced. Down the street there is the Mend Street Jetty that runs a service every 10 minutes across to Elizabeth Quay Perth, which is at the bottom of the Perth CBD. The boats that take you on cruises from the Barrack St Jetties are just a short walk across when you get off the ferry from South Perth. This Elizabeth Quay area is very new and is still having improvements made. If you need a train, the railway station is here as well. We did not hire a car, and it was about $8-$10 for an Uber into Perth within 15 minutes. The apartment certainly ticks all the boxes, and we would recommend staying here.

Great location close to city, and great communication!

Good value for money It was really comfortable and good because it was right in front of Yellow Cat. If you go directly to the Swan River after night view, you don't have to go anywhere else.

Rose’s place is situated at the highest floor in a secured complex. Good location in east perth, right next to the river. During check-in Rose took the trouble to give a short tour, and tips on the surroundings (food, Cat bus services, what to see in the surrounding areas, etc), and how to access the unit. Unit is clean, large bathroom, washing machine n dryer available. Nice place to stay when exploring Perth city area.

A gorgeous cosy studio nest. Very clean. Loads of storage space . Plenty of basics ie tea coffee etc. Large wet room type bathroom . All in all very good value and perfect location on banks of the Swan river. Thank you Rose

Great location as it’s walking distance to King’s park for sunset view & to Perth town. Fast and prompt communication. Very thoughtful host. Even message to check if I need anything mid stay. Full amenities, kitchenware, fan, and even provided hair dryer which was handful as I forgotten to bring mine. Cosy stay, comfortable bed. Sparkling clean. Host also provided excellent tips on travel info. The only negative is the lift which is small and can be a bit dirty. Either than that, everything is great.

The location could not be more perfect. Kings Park and the city were all within walking distance, and made for such an easy stay. The apartment itself is cute, cosy and has everything you could possibly need. It made for a lovely home-away-from-home.

Amazing location in a cute apartment. Can get hot in summer with the aircon on a 4-5 hour timer which woke me up, but I am more heat sensitive than most. Would still recommend!

Sun's place is a tiny bit of quirky heaven, sitting above a barely noticeable freeway with a great view of the city. The place makes the most of the space, with an extremely comfortable bed and considered amenities. There is parking downstairs, but be prepared to do a bit of strategic parking if the carpark is full. That said, the location is wonderful, so close to Kings Park and the city. Sun is a great host, quick to respond and was very willing to help with my requests.

Tanya’s place was wonderful to stay at. Unfortunately my time there was brief but it’s an incredibly comfortable, stylish and perfectly located spot that is an excellent option for a solo traveler (like myself) or a couple. The proximity to Beaufort Street was particularly great as it’s rammed with great places to eat and drink. Communication was seamless, warm, timely and informative. I even got a great recommendation to a local cafe that did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Tanya’s place for your next trip to Perth.

Really nicely located apartment right across the street from Hyde Park, a beautiful and peaceful place to rest, walk, run, whatever. 20 min walk to Northbridge restaurants, 7 mins walk to Mt Lawley, which also has food, grocery store, gym, and gas. Apartment gets evening breeze, but does not have AC so it can be warm during hot spells. Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom as well. Relatively quiet neighborhood.

Everything was just perfect. It was our last stop in Australia and it was amazing. Annette and her husband were very friendly, accommodation was very clean and stylish and the location is near to the city center but still very calm. These guys have got it sorted! A home a way from home, own living space, full size bathroom and very easy access to Perth CBD via train from East Perth Train Station 5 minutes away. Fantastic setup everything you need, great little touches/leisure items coffee, ice cold beer on arrival, breakfast items help you enjoy and relax during your stay. The guys were awesome to hang out with also, ended up extending my stay at Cyril's place two extra days, they were very accomodating assisting with this. This is one of the best airBnBs we’ve stayed in. The location is close to public transport and the city. The free transit zone bus is within 5-min walking distance. The apartment is cozy and immaculate. It really feels like a home away from home. But really, the best thing about this is Cyril and Josh. They were very welcoming, friendly, warm and fun to be with. Basically all positive adjectives you can think of, they have it all. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very spacious and privatized living there. I enjoyed stayed for 4 nights. And I finished half marathon in Perth because of the good sleep as well. Thanks to the guys who made the home very comfortable and tidy, I feel like at home.

Great place for a family, especially if you have a car. Great area, has a swimming pool downstairs, we went 3x and had the entire pool just for us. By the pool there’s also BBQ facilities & 2x covered areas w tables & chairs. Looking from the outside, the building is dated and the corridors look like a prison, however, nothing to worry about, Neighbours are not prisoners though :), many families reside here and everyone was polite. Surprisingly, at night is extremely quiet. Inside the apartment, everything is tidy, clean and the beds are comfortable, I guarantee you you won’t find a better place in Perth. Great value for money, the host was always prompt to respond, to our questions the place has a varanda, washing machine, shower works well. Be quick Lock it in

Quiet, well-equipped and uncomplicated check-in. In an hour you can walk to the city or the free cat buses. Supermarkets unfortunately over a kilometer away. Nice walking area. Check-in was possible very early in the morning! Air conditioning in the living room and well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay! The Apartment is perfectly eqiupped with everything that you may need. It is located centrally and still very quiet. Felicity is a lovely person and always ready to help.

A self contained home away from home situated in a quiet leafy inner suburb. Very comfortable beds. An excellent well stocked fridge on arrival. And an independent entrance so no need to bother the host. Excellently situated for local transport links to and from the city. Buses and trains run regularly. There is a very good range of local restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk.

It is much more beautiful than Sijin. There is a large mart just a 1-minute walk away, a subway 3 minutes away and a free cat bus 5 minutes away. Best of all, the beautiful Monger Lake is a 10-minute walk away. I took a walk every day, and the beautiful scenery keeps remembering over time. The house was clean and there is also a small own garden. I filled up the food in the refrigerator so I could have breakfast. Please go. Strongly recommend

Spacious appartment with your own entrance. There is a lot of free stuff from previous travellers, which is nice if you just arrived. The dog is cute and was pretty quite when we were there. Awesome stopover and location to visit the city and surroundig.

Felicity is a star host. So many thoughtful and generous touches of items you forget you need but are there! Beautiful garden, peaceful street. A real delight.

Felicity and Michael were great hosts - quick to respond to any questions we had prior to arriving, and along with Daisy and Ruby, very welcoming when we got to the Treehouse. The accommodation had character, a wonderful outlook, some nice touches (like a properly stocked fridge!) and was convenient to everything we needed whilst being tucked away and very quiet and private. We’d recommend the Treehouse to couples visiting Perth who would need to be close to the city and have good quality amenities nearby. We had such a lovely time staying in Felicity's treehouse, the name does it justice because it really is a treasure! Everything was perfect, the space is so comfortable you feel right at home there, it has everything you need and Felicity couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The area is great, lovely cafes and restaurants around if you want to stay local but really easy access into the city centre too. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay all over again!

Fantastic accommodation. We absolutely loved the tree house. It was a lovely quiet place to escape to over the festive season.

Julia’s home was a great place to stay. It’s located in central Subiaco, close to restaraunts, shops and public transport. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean.

This was our second time visiting Julia. Just as last time, she was so very friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Made us feel like home. Hope to make it back even a third time, to make it a tradition. Couldn’t be more happy with any host.

The location is the best. If you hadn't stayed at Julia's house on Airbnb, but stayed in a standard accommodation in Perth City, you probably didn't know there was a nice neighborhood called Subiaco. It's a great place to start your day off to a good start and end your evening after a good day. There is no cat bus available, but there is a bus stop right in front of the subway station and Coles and Ulworth in front of the subway station. The second place that Subiaco is beautiful, Host Julia and Host Puppy Oliver are the best. It's a pity that we didn't have many conversations because our English is not good. I think of a lovely Oliver who really likes people. Have a good rest

We found the loft style accomodation to be exactly as we had imagined. With plenty of natural light and fresh air it was a pleasure to come back to after a day exploring the wonderful city of Perth.

Large flight of outdoor steel steps. Fantastic loft apartment with great industrial recycling style. Clean with everything you need including milk in fridge and dishwasher and a few pantry essentials like oil and salt. One air con for entire apartment - only a fan in the bedroom but that was sufficient during my stay in January. There is a small laundry behind cupboard doors in bathroom has a washing machine and small tub. No dryer. There was a hairdryer and shower gel shampoo and conditioner. Bed and pillows were comfy with lovely linen. Plenty of coat hangers and also a great space to hang wet washing to dry(on coat hangers) would happily stay here again - great location close to everything including the Astor theatre

A great loft apartment close to everything I needed but also quiet and private. I loved the unique recycling used throughout. Air con is only in living area, bedroom had pedestal fan which was fine during my January stay. I will definately stay here again.

Victoria is a very nice host. We have a great stay in her house. The house is near to the Scarborough beach. We can go there on foot and buy foods in Coles. We can BBQ at the Scarborough beach and swim in the Scarborough beach pool. Very great place.

We loved this place. Stayed there with 3 people which was totally fine. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great for sitting and eating outside. Victoria is a lovely host and made us feel home. Beach is close and the bus station just in front of the house. We would always stay again.

Michelle's place is clean, bright and friendly. Despite the affordable price, you get a lot for your money with top notch wifi, air con in bedroom, breakfast and showering amenities, large smart TV in shared living room. Michelle is a great host and willing to chat and pass on local advice if that is what you're after. Will be back!

The location of the house is good, not far from King park, the accommodation room is on the second floor, there are three rooms, a shared toilet and a hand shower, the bedroom is not too large.

Marg and Ian are great hosts.Very welcoming and caring. As the description says, the apartment is ideal for two. Three isn't ideal as the bathroom can only be reached through the bedroom. For us it worked out well,just something good to know.

Stacey has done a gorgeous job of making a quiet, elegant, thoughtful and sanctuary from the city and heat which has a very stylish layout including the deck outside. The bed and quiet is gorgeous for recouping some energy on a trip! The lockbox makes the entry/exit simple and hassle-free and. Stacey provides well-organised notes about restaurants and other handy things to get a local's thoughts on which make you feel well-cared for. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Stacey’s apartment for four nights. We enjoyed our stay, everything is as described with bedroom and bathroom bigger than expected/pictured. Shower has the best water pressure of the many places we had stayed around WA, it does get the floor rather wet in the absence of a shower curtain but we got the hang of this after the first night and it does dry up pretty quickly. Location is fairly quiet and located within easy walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, etc. and Stacey left a book of great tips for the area and Perth. One other reviewer mentioned that the shared laundry requires an access code - this is provided by Stacey ahead of check-in together with all other relevant information. Stacey was super responsive with any communication.

Amazing as always - Hanhs residence is a perfect location near Perth Airport. The self check in/check out process is perfect for us FIFO workers who get in late and depart early. The room is sparkling clean and the added touch of family checking in on visitors to see if anything is need is so warming :) Always coming back here when I need a nights lay over in Perth

Great affordable place close to the airport and public transport. Kathy goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home! There were loads of leftover vietnamese food from her cafe that were free to take, she let me stay after check out as there was no new guest coming and my flight wasn’t until late that night. She even gave me a ride to the airport!

Our family happened to stay at Kathy's place for a night during our house deep cleaning as her place is very near to us. She is a wonderful host with generous heart and make our stay feel like home. Our daughter enjoyed sitting on her lap and playing around her, eating fruits together with her. We remained to keep in touch as friends and still catch up for dinner, evening walk as her place is less then 1km away from us. She is our new friend now! 💚 I would recommand Kathy to everyone who is looking for a place with great value with heart warming place. 💞

For example, we arrived at 2.00am and Anita had provided ingredients for our breakfast for the next morning. We enjoyed the unit immensely. We walked into a home sweet home that had every thing we needed - kitchen well equipped with appliances, pantry well stocked and catered for children with toys. First time user of Airbnb and found the whole concept a refreshing and fantastic experience.Complimentary fresh fruit,milk,butter,bread,tea/coffee were a thoughtful touch and the aircon being left on prior to our arrival on a sweltering 43c day was very welcomed! Anita’s appartment was value for money,centrally located to transport,shopping centre,cafes,parks,Optus stadium/Casino,close to the city/airport and an easy drive to some wonderful beaches.We based ourselves here for 10 days,visiting many of Perth’s highlights and also north to Cervantes and south to Margaret River.It was always great to come “home”after a long day out to a very comfortable and quiet unit with all the facilities you would ever want.The pantry was well stocked and took advantage of it to whip up a few meals and the washer/dryer was also put to good use.Would definitely recommend Anita’s place to anyone considering a trip to Perth.

It was a great apartment. I stayed there for 50days and I just felt it was my second house. I enjoyed working out in the park every morning with beautiful swan river view. My kids really liked two playgrounds and we enjoyed barbecue. Location was great too. city, main tourist area, library, sport center, beach, swimming pool and etc. are within 30 minutes. Most of all, Anita and Richard cared about us. Whenever I had a difficulty they helped me and worried for me. I am planning to visit Perth again in a few years and I will stay my second house, too.

Place was well located. It can get a little warm during the summer, other than that, the place was delightful.

It is a very good homestay place in an apartment. It is enjoyable as there are two supermarkets beside, around half a kilometre away, Coles and IGA. There is also restaurants near the supermarkets, and you can BBQ at the pits in Bardon Park downstairs and at the back door. There is also a Bus Stop near there by walking to Guildford Road. It is also near the Maylands and Mount Lawley stations on Midlands Line. It is very accessible so if you like to travel to Swan Valley and Elizabeth Quay, etc., I guess you will like it a lot.

We are so thankful to found this place for our 3nights stay with a toddler. Everything we need was provided, which includes baby cot, toys and books and even a stroller. Pantry has got some food, condiments and pots and pans which makes cooking convenient. We love that there is a free parking lot available for the unit, which makes parking convenient. This place is near to many places, and we love Bradon park, we truly enjoyed our stay here and we'll recommend this place!

Robbie´s apartment is modern furnished. Its walkable located from the City and it's a bus stop near the apartment if you find it too hot for a walk. Nice view of the city from the balcony. Robbie was very quick and informative in communicating with us. I would recommend his place.

Robbie's apartment was everything we've hoped for and more. The Wifi is fast, the view on downtown Perth from the balcony is a big plus and the location is perfect. It's just on the border of Perth's Free Transit Zone and 10mins (incl. walk to bus stop) away from Downtown Busport. Train station ~10mins walk. Kitchen got everything you need and TV offers several streaming services. Closest supermarkets are 10-15min away/easiest to go downtown. Bathroom's a bit small but we didn't mind. One of the best city Airbnbs we've been to and would definetely book again

Central location, handy to rail, shops and pubs.

Simple but nice place. From the outside of the building i wasn’t expecting much and you can see how old the building is in a lot of places. But you‘re right in the city, have a lot of shopping places to go, a little balcony and you have a big parking lot in the back of the building. No AC was a little difficult at first, but the host provided two fans. I would choose this place again.

Awesome host, we accidentally locked ourself out and he was there to help us get back in within 5-10 minutes! Studio has everything you need, great location and we loved our stay! Definitely will keep this in mind for the next time I want to book a bnb
