  • The accomodation is really close to Perth itself, you need about ~ 15 mins to walk into the city centre, the train takes 2 stops from central station. The check in was very easy (& so the communication with the lovely hosts). The room (which you have for your own) is not too huge, but it includes all stuff and furniture you might need (especially the kitchen), the wifi worked very well. we stayed two nights, therefore it was absolutely nice!

    Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket.

Tom & Nadia were both friendly and helpful, and I would definitely book a stay with them again the next time I visit Perth.

  • Really enjoyed our stay! Kevin met us upon arrival and provided a tour of the apartment and pool area. Carol and Kevin provided greatly appreciated milk , juice, cereal and coffee pods. The outdoor space and pool area were an added bonus after a day of touring around Perth. Location is ideal- 5 minute walk to grocery store, the free Cat bus and numerous restaurants. Communication with a Carol was outstanding!

  • We loved our stay at Carol's! Beforehand the communication was really fast and she was so flexible with our travelling schedule, since we came from Kalbarri to Perth. The apartment is much bigger than the photos showed when we booked. Extremely well equipped (washing machine, dryer and even detergent, cooking utensils, there was fruit and cookies, oil pepper salt, herbs etc) which made it feel even more like home. The apartment was very clean and I always say that being able to walk barefoot makes you feel more at home! Location is great. Near a (free) CAT bus stop, plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

    Self Isolate at my place. It's close to the beach, parks, cycle-ways and public transport (the bus runs past). You’ll love the light, the sea breeze, the ocean and the magical sunsets. Walk to the closest beach in 10 minutes for an early morning swim. The resort beach, shopping, food and entertainment are 15 minutes' walk. My place is good for couples, singles, friends and a family with kids can also enjoy a few days. We are up a flight of stair and have a private balcony. There is no wifi.
    Mick's apartment is a sunny spot even in the winter. It is light and bright just like the sea side. We keep it clean and fresh so that you can relax close to the ocean. It is a complete unit and it is air conditioned. We supply breakfast foods to cover a few days and coffee, tea and milk.
    The neighbourhood is friendly with lots to do. There are biking, walking and jogging paths along the beach and in the park lands. There is a good night life with restaurants and bars open in the evenings. For most of the people who live near us, the beach is their playground.
  • The apartment is very well-appointed and is just a few minutes away from the beach. Scarborough is a lovely area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back!

  • Christine's place is priced very competitively and delivers. It is a humble apartment but covers all you need for an adequate night's sleep. The toilet is quite clean, the sofa bed is comfortable and there is a kitchen to cook. Some breakfast items are available like fresh, milk (sealed and new), and bread were provided as well! There is also a private parking bay for your car rental. Honestly, at this price, it's hard to find better value for money accommodation. The area is extremely close to the scenic Scarborough beach, and the neighborhood was quiet for the 3 nights that we were there. We all got good sleep without disturbances. Another important note: We had initially booked a stay for 4 days but we had to rush home and leave on an earlier flight for family reasons. It was a very last minute arrangement, and yet she gave us a refund for the last day that we weren't there for. Such thoughtful consideration from Christine, and thank you very much for the stay!

    Tons of character in this semi-self sufficient unit within a turn of the century historical home. Situated in a large leafy garden with chickens and veggie patches, its a great place to relax and unwind while being within walking distance to Freo.
    The unit has a bedroom, a small dining space and its own kitchen equipped with an induction cooker, a benchtop oven, microwave, fridge, rice cooker and cooking utensils. The bathroom is shared with our family (its an old house) however the bathroom is situated next to the unit and there is a door blocking the bathroom from view to our house. Guests have found that the unit is very private.

Breakfast bar with 3 barstools to eat at or second as desk / work space. Mounted large flat screen with basic cable including HDMI cable for connection (however may not fit newer laptops ) Cute little patio w 2 chairs and small table overlooking Fremantle port and ocean. The building also has people that live in it . So please keep the noise to a minimum , especially in the evening .
    We are in the heart of Fremantle ,smack dab in the middle of town . Walking distance to shops , markets , pubs, restaurants , the beach , cruise ship ports and Rottnest Island ferry terminal. The Apartment - A one bedroom with a queen bed brand new mattress , along w a sofa bed designed to fit two comfortably in the living room area. Large television with basic cable. Breakfast bar in kitchen with three stools to eat at or work as a desk. Small balcony outdoors with 2 chairs and a small table over looking the ocean from the 9th floor . Going about town - Public transport is just outside the door with busses and trolleys , and the train . The visitors centre is also a 3 minute walk for anything you may need - however I have several pamphlets and things to do around town in the apartment to make anything a bit easier . Guest Access - The apartment is located on the 9th floor and is wheelchair accessible with a lift located inside building and a ramp to get in . This building is safe and secure with gated access and general security patrols. Interaction with guests - I am happy to have as much or as little interaction with guests , I am located just around the corner from the apartment =) I can be reached via email or phone anytime for anything you may need . - This is a non smoking apartment , however as long as all doors and windows are closed and the smell doesn’t get inside at all , I will allow smoking on the balcony.

  • The house equipped with everything, you named it, they got it despite small apartment. It is suitable for 4 persons stay. The bedroom do not have aircond and have to bring in the fan. The aircond is located at the living room with sofa bed only. Overall is a good stay and we loved it.

    A bright and airy room close with your own bathroom and use of the kitchen and tv area. Five minute walk to train and bus stops, supermarket, public swimming pool and gymnasium. Fifteen minutes by train and bus to the city and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. .
    If you are arriving by plane my home is minutes away from both domestic and international airports. As most arrivals do not seem to have arranged roaming before they arrive, I just suggest you search my address on google maps before departing, its not difficult to find but may make life easier.
    Close to the vibrant Victoria Park restaurant strip. All cuisines to choose from and plenty of bars to quench your thirst.

    The self contained studio is newly decorated and has a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer. Basic toiletries are provided.The studio has reverse cycle AC. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8 meter fence keeps the two apart. There is your own sitting area both in front of and behind the studio but you are also invited to make full use of the spa and main garden.
    Just 2 Kms from Fremantle, the studio makes an ideal base without the Freo price tag. Less than 5 minutes walk to nearest bus to get to Freo or Murdoch train station. Nearby are local shops, eateries, takeaways and pub. Also near is a park and bowling club which has music on the weekends and great for reasonably priced food and drinks.
    ,The studio is set back in a quiet street but super close also to public transport. Beaconsfield is an older part of Perth and everything you need is within walking distance. You can enjoy a meal or live music at the local pub, there are coffee shops, plenty of variety if you want a take out ( Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, pizza, fish & chips) plus local shopping. Gilberts Fresh is great for fesh produce. For history, culture, the arts and entertainment, Fremantle is just a few minutes away by Uber, car, or bus. The airport is a direct trip via Leach highway and would cost around $35-45. Tip: for overseas guests, we use mainly Uber, Ola and DiDi in Australia as opposed to Grab in SE Asia. ( download the apps before you arrive)

  • Perfect for two (or one)! Rose has created such a warm and cosy space for those travelling with a companion or even solo. For such a compact little space it has everything you could need, and the little touches to go above and beyond made this property really stand out in my top stays. Rose is super welcoming and happy to help if you need anything (not that we did because it seems she has already got it all covered). Communication was breezy with Rose’s quick responses, and check in and access is easy as can be considering it is a semi attached space (it really does feel like your in your own separate tiny home though) Thank you again Rose, we will definitely not hesitate to try and book your space again in the future.

  • The accommodation is difficult to find at night but everything is exactly as described. Apartment is small but very clean and functional. Breakfast is ready. Supermarket 8min on foot. The area is very hilly, the bicycles on offer are great for sporty guests. Public transport top. The neighborhood is a bit run down. In Fremantle, it alternates between hop and top. Trips to Perth and Rottnest Island are highly recommended. We felt good. For our first time Airbnb we were very happy

    Our house is located in a very quiet suburb near Canning River and is only 15km from Perth International Airport. Two train stops to the city. Bus at the doorstep to train station or direct to Perth city and Fremantle. Free car parking available at the road side. I have one more queen bedroom that can take in another 3 persons.   • This apartment is a really good place for a couple. It is a about a 10 minute walk to the shops and the very delightful restaurants. The apartment has all you need for self catering, which we did most nights after our days out exploring. A full size fridge/freezer which allows you store your supplies, instead of purchasing daily. The apartment is bright, roomy, and has all the home comforts you require. We found it easy to contact the host, and arrival and departure arrangements were made easy. The Windsor hotel is a great place for a well priced meal. The supermarket has 24/7 sign out the front, and is licenced. Down the street there is the Mend Street Jetty that runs a service every 10 minutes across to Elizabeth Quay Perth, which is at the bottom of the Perth CBD. The boats that take you on cruises from the Barrack St Jetties are just a short walk across when you get off the ferry from South Perth. This Elizabeth Quay area is very new and is still having improvements made. If you need a train, the railway station is here as well. We did not hire a car, and it was about $8-$10 for an Uber into Perth within 15 minutes. The apartment certainly ticks all the boxes, and we would recommend staying here.

    Wonderful Swan riverside location in the best area of the city. Set in a location with a 10 minute stroll to the city center or catch the free Cat bus from the front door. A couple of minutes walk to the supermarket and just go to the ground floor for many cafes, restaurants and bars over looking the Swan River. Easy access to many tourist attractions, the new Optus stadium, WACA, and Perth central Tafe. Walk to see the local Kangaroos for free or watch the Dolphins hunt in the river. Pool.
    This is also a great place for a business stay. Great for couples or singles. Very Private and quiet. We will accept 1 to 3 month stays at a good rate.
    A very safe area to walk and enjoy the many walking paths and parks around the river.

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on those streets (especially St George's Terrace) and most of them are locally owned with their own unique styles and vibes. If you would like to explore the heart of the Perth CBD then it is only a couple of blocks away from St George's terrace as well.

Full amenities, kitchenware, fan, and even provided hair dryer which was handful as I forgotten to bring mine. Cosy stay, comfortable bed. Sparkling clean. Host also provided excellent tips on travel info. The only negative is the lift which is small and can be a bit dirty. Either than that, everything is great.

  • Sun's place is a tiny bit of quirky heaven, sitting above a barely noticeable freeway with a great view of the city. The place makes the most of the space, with an extremely comfortable bed and considered amenities. There is parking downstairs, but be prepared to do a bit of strategic parking if the carpark is full. That said, the location is wonderful, so close to Kings Park and the city. Sun is a great host, quick to respond and was very willing to help with my requests.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in Tourist attractions on the doorstep (the Perth Mint), stroll around the historic heart of Perth or enjoy a coffee in a local café Early check in / late checkout $50 each
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

Unfortunately my time there was brief but it’s an incredibly comfortable, stylish and perfectly located spot that is an excellent option for a solo traveler (like myself) or a couple. The proximity to Beaufort Street was particularly great as it’s rammed with great places to eat and drink. Communication was seamless, warm, timely and informative.     Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
    Your own fully private Room/Lounge/Bathroom, completely separate from the family living area: Downstairs from the main part of the house is a large bedroom, bathroom and a lounge. You have your own entrance through the back door or you can come up through the main part of the house. Your bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with bedside table and lamp, dressing table, wardrobe with 2 beautiful bathrobes a mirror and fan. The bedroom overlooks the pool. Your bathroom is huge and has a toilet, shower with vanity, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Your sitting area has a very comfy lounge with a huge 46 inch TV and DVD. There are lots of movies and CDs. This room has split system air con to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. You have your own bar fridge with kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and microwave. There is WiFi internet access and washing machine/dryer and iron are available. There is also a BBQ near the pool. All linen and towels are provided. Breakfast - Fruit & cereal are provided and can be enjoyed in your private lounge or in in your outdoor undercover area overlooking the pool with views of the city. Airport Pick Up: We can sometimes provide airport pick ups and drop offs at an additional charge. The airport is 15 minutes away. Cost is $20 each way but check first to see if we are available to pick up. I have a few days off during the week so it will depend if I am free and not working. Check-in: Generally check in times will be 14.00 while check out time is 10.00am. If we don't have other clients coming or going on that day, we can be more flexible. Let me know your arrival time so we can best suit you. The House: The house sits in a quiet leafy street and is very close to the city. This area is safe and friendly and there are parks nearby. The main part of the house is on street level and was built in 40's. The main living area, kitchen and balcony have stunning views of the city. The new addition to this house is downstairs and has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge. This is where our guests stay. The main part of the house is occupied by us but we are happy to share our living area, kitchen and pool area. Public transport is a few hundred metres from the front door for easy access to the CBD and other suburbs. Parking is at the front of the house on the grass verge. The Owners: We are a middle aged couple with a 20 year old son. We have traveled quite a lot and love meeting people from all over the world. Annette works at the airport a couple of days a week and Steve is an accountant who works full time. We also have a dog a cavoodle named Buddy. Nearby: Fantastic restaurants, bars and theatres are close by in the Mt Hawthorn, Leederville and Mount Lawley café strips. There is also Northbridge which is a little further at only 2.5 km. Perth beaches are only 10km away. The centre of the city is only 3.4kms away. There at least 4 restaurants and a bottle shop that are just around the corner and you can walk to.   • These guys have got it sorted! A home a way from home, own living space, full size bathroom and very easy access to Perth CBD via train from East Perth Train Station 5 minutes away. Fantastic setup everything you need, great little touches/leisure items coffee, ice cold beer on arrival, breakfast items help you enjoy and relax during your stay. The guys were awesome to hang out with also, ended up extending my stay at Cyril's place two extra days, they were very accomodating assisting with this. The apartment is cozy and immaculate. It really feels like a home away from home. But really, the best thing about this is Cyril and Josh. They were very welcoming, friendly, warm and fun to be with. Basically all positive adjectives you can think of, they have it all. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. By the pool there’s also BBQ facilities & 2x covered areas w tables & chairs. Looking from the outside, the building is dated and the corridors look like a prison, however, nothing to worry about, Neighbours are not prisoners though :), many families reside here and everyone was polite. Surprisingly, at night is extremely quiet. Inside the apartment, everything is tidy, clean and the beds are comfortable, I guarantee you you won’t find a better place in Perth. Great value for money, the host was always prompt to respond, to our questions the place has a varanda, washing machine, shower works well. Be quick Lock it in

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking a green and flower-filled private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.

  • It is much more beautiful than Sijin. There is a large mart just a 1-minute walk away, a subway 3 minutes away and a free cat bus 5 minutes away. Best of all, the beautiful Monger Lake is a 10-minute walk away. I took a walk every day, and the beautiful scenery keeps remembering over time. The house was clean and there is also a small own garden. I filled up the food in the refrigerator so I could have breakfast. Please go. Strongly recommend

The accommodation had character, a wonderful outlook, some nice touches (like a properly stocked fridge!) and was convenient to everything we needed whilst being tucked away and very quiet and private. We’d recommend the Treehouse to couples visiting Perth who would need to be close to the city and have good quality amenities nearby.     Subiaco is a well-located, safe, friendly and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of character. Local transport links mean it is easy to come and go. A very competitively priced car hire company (Bayswater Cars) is just around the corner if you prefer to drive yourself around. Numerous cafes and coffee shops, supermarkets (including Coles and Woolworths), delis, fashion boutiques , renowned restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport mean that you have everything you need within 300m of my home. The Saturday morning Farmers Market is known as the best in Perth and I would certainly recommend it.

If you hadn't stayed at Julia's house on Airbnb, but stayed in a standard accommodation in Perth City, you probably didn't know there was a nice neighborhood called Subiaco. It's a great place to start your day off to a good start and end your evening after a good day. There is no cat bus available, but there is a bus stop right in front of the subway station and Coles and Ulworth in front of the subway station. The second place that Subiaco is beautiful, Host Julia and Host Puppy Oliver are the best. It's a pity that we didn't have many conversations because our English is not good. I think of a lovely Oliver who really likes people. Have a good rest

    We (arch/designers) lovingly designed and built this great space, with its exposed beams and bricks and recycled features, to capture the panoramic Perth city views. An amazing location, walk to Beaufort St and Nth Perth Angove Strips. City v close.
    This is an amazing and spacious warehouse loft style apartment (of around 120sqm including indoor outdoor balcony) with high ceilings that peak at around 4m and contain 7 amazing velux skylight windows throughout flooding the loft in natural light. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom private from the open living space. One single day bed sits at one end of the open area for reading and maybe a child. Finishes are rustic and industrial with personality. Located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and a bus ride, stroll or short Uber to the CBD. The apartment (as part of a 2 apartment development) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse.
    Close to Perth CBD (around 3.5km) Great tree lined neighbourhood with close proximity to the Perth CBD, bus access and also walking distance to cafes/bars etc.
  • We found the loft style accomodation to be exactly as we had imagined. With plenty of natural light and fresh air it was a pleasure to come back to after a day exploring the wonderful city of Perth.

    WELCOME TO THE BEACHSIDE PAD - FANTASTIC LOCATION, SAFE & COSY - JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND HOPEFULLY SOME CLOTHES! ENTRANCE There is a lockbox which I will provide the code for closer to the date. The entrance is inside the external jarrah gates which are generally kept locked. The gates to your property, private courtyard and deck are as able to be shut if you choose. The apartment has a dead lock and normal lock. No guests that I know of have used the deadlock because it is very safe and all the neighbours are lovely. The key opens both locks. The entrance doors have parliament hinges which open all the way out so you get the feeling of inside / outside living. COURTYARD Make yourself at home in your private courtyard and deck area. The courtyard has a great day bed to lounge on or read a book, a table and chairs if you feel like eating outside, and a bench seat on the deck if you fancy a wine or a coffee while you watch some of the amazing sunset colours Western Australia provides. KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM As you can see from the pictures, there are gorgeous jarrah floorboards through the kitchen / living room & separate bedroom. Great if you are a beach goer like me. Easy to clean and also much more hygienic than carpet. All essential crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking appliances, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, lean mean grilling machine & basic cleaning products are provided. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the kitchen, situated so it can reach the bedroom if you leave the French bedroom doors open. The Lounge / DayBed is rather oversized for the room, but it allows for an extra guest if necessary. There is a new King Single Mattress on there with a mattress protector and sheet cover, with a throw for comfort. All items are washed in between guests. The stove is gas cooktop, electric ignition & the kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc. TV The TV is mounted to the wall and a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix, Stan or other subscription TV. WASHING MACHINE / IRON / IRONING BOARD The washing machine is a front loader and fairly self-explanatory. There are pegs and washing powder in the cupboard next to the stove and the washing line next to the DayBed in the courtyard. BATHROOM There is a combination shower / bath. The shower height can be adjusted. There are spare toilet rolls in the silver container across from the toilet. Please let me know if you run out. There is a hairdryer in the top drawer or the bathroom cabinet. There is bleach and a toilet brush, along with odour freshener if required. Bathroom linen is also supplied. Let me know if you require beach towels. The bin is next to the toilet. BEDROOM The bedroom is completely separate to the lounge / living room, although the French doors can be opened up if you desire, There is a king sized bed and double, mirror glass wardrobe. All the bedding is washed in between guests, including the quilts, mattress protectors etc. There is also an electric blanket. That can be used on just one side or both sides if you wish. The day bed has proven more than suitable for a 3rd guest and you are more than welcome to bring your infant, although I don’t have a port-a-cot at this stage. PARKING Because it is a corner block there is plenty of parking. You can either park in the on the verge or in the driveway. PETS CONSIDERED Just let me know about your pet. I have a dog in the main yard and your furry friends are welcome to enjoy that space too, or else stick to their gated courtyard. Olly is my 10 year old faithful hound. There is a picture of him in the photos so you can tell he is very chilled. He is very gentle and gets on well with other dogs. He also used to live in total harmony with my chickens when I had him. There are also fantastic dog beaches and parks in the area of which we regularly frequent. INTERNET The WIFI is mostly great. Occasionally there are a few black spots but more than capable of streaming TV and great if you are travelling for work. BBQ The BBQ is on the main deck if you wish to use it. It is connected to town gas so feel free to make yourself at home on the main deck. TRANSPORT – You really don’t need a car. The 990 Bus runs very regularly to Scarborough Beach and also to Perth City, with the option of getting on the train at Glendalough Train Station for two stops into the City. You can also easily get to Fremantle & Joondalup. Just download the Transperth App. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Beach, Scarborough Beach is about a 1.5km walk or else the 990 Bus will take you straight down. There is a great skate park, an Olympic size pool, not to mention the gorgeous blue ocean and white sand. There are gorgeous coast walks and great cafes and restaurants. I’ll recommend some when you book.

    Very large modern townhouse in Kewdale Perth, use of all common facilities, you have your own private separate bathroom with shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet next to your room. Double bed with built in robes. We are a couple in late forties, German-Dutch and South American background and have a cat.
    Five houses down the road there is large parkland called Tomato Lake with cafe (open Wed to Sun), fitness area, BBQ, bird sanctuary. A large shopping centre, restaurants, pub and movie cinema two minutes drive or 15 min walk. Take away and food deliveries in the area.

    We are about halfway between the Warwick railway station and the Warwick shops. Quiet streets and friendly people of all ages. Our local neighbourhood park has play equipment, a larger park towards the rail station has different play equipment. A reserve/park, just past the station, has lakes, running track, fitness equipment and recreational facilities. The Large local shopping centre has a choice of food outlets, supplies and general shops. A huge sports complex near the shops with many facilities and there are churches of most denominations nearby.

  • We stayed at Stacey’s apartment for four nights. We enjoyed our stay, everything is as described with bedroom and bathroom bigger than expected/pictured. Shower has the best water pressure of the many places we had stayed around WA, it does get the floor rather wet in the absence of a shower curtain but we got the hang of this after the first night and it does dry up pretty quickly. Location is fairly quiet and located within easy walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, etc. and Stacey left a book of great tips for the area and Perth. One other reviewer mentioned that the shared laundry requires an access code - this is provided by Stacey ahead of check-in together with all other relevant information. Stacey was super responsive with any communication.

    Our place is a 4x2 house with large living room, kitchen and dining area. 10m away from our house, there is a nice spacious park (green most of the year)so if you like walking and nature, you will love this. Also, an easy 5mins walk through the park will get you to the riverside, a beautiful location for picnics and barbecues or just to admire the beauty of nature. Although we are close to the airport, noise isn't a problem due to the layout of the runways planes are not taking off and landing in the direction of our house and we are not under the flight path. Winter arrive early this year, we do not have a heater in the house, but your bed has fitted a new electric blanket to keep you warm and cosy.
    My neighbours on both sides and the front are very friendly, quiet and nice. You can take a stroll down to the river in just 5mins walk across Garvey Park. Many water festival or local community events are held here, quite fun yet relaxing. Otherwise, fishing by the river is another thing to do.

There is a pool on the premises but not always available (due to my work commitments I am sometimes not able to keep it vacuumed daily) On main road. Own entrance and driveway. 10 minute drive to airport, 15 minute drive to the Swan Valley, fridge is stocked for you to make your own tea, coffee & continental breakfast.
    Private studio not connected to main house. Individual soaps provided Check in may not be available until 4.30pm sometimes as I work full time.
    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

  • It was a great apartment. I stayed there for 50days and I just felt it was my second house. I enjoyed working out in the park every morning with beautiful swan river view. My kids really liked two playgrounds and we enjoyed barbecue. Location was great too. city, main tourist area, library, sport center, beach, swimming pool and etc. are within 30 minutes. Most of all, Anita and Richard cared about us. Whenever I had a difficulty they helped me and worried for me. I am planning to visit Perth again in a few years and I will stay my second house, too.

  • It is a very good homestay place in an apartment. It is enjoyable as there are two supermarkets beside, around half a kilometre away, Coles and IGA. There is also restaurants near the supermarkets, and you can BBQ at the pits in Bardon Park downstairs and at the back door. There is also a Bus Stop near there by walking to Guildford Road. It is also near the Maylands and Mount Lawley stations on Midlands Line. It is very accessible so if you like to travel to Swan Valley and Elizabeth Quay, etc., I guess you will like it a lot.

  • We are so thankful to found this place for our 3nights stay with a toddler. Everything we need was provided, which includes baby cot, toys and books and even a stroller. Pantry has got some food, condiments and pots and pans which makes cooking convenient. We love that there is a free parking lot available for the unit, which makes parking convenient. This place is near to many places, and we love Bradon park, we truly enjoyed our stay here and we'll recommend this place!

    Hello this is a small studio apartment in West Perth it’s close to the city within the free transit zone to city and next to Leederville which is a famous place know for its art coffee shops restaurants and pubs and exciting nightlife. The appartment is set up for a couple or a single person it has most of the cooking utensils has a nice tv to relax after hard days sight seeing or work also free Netflix,Stan,and Foxtel plus free wifi .   • Robbie's apartment was everything we've hoped for and more. The Wifi is fast, the view on downtown Perth from the balcony is a big plus and the location is perfect. It's just on the border of Perth's Free Transit Zone and 10mins (incl. walk to bus stop) away from Downtown Busport. Train station ~10mins walk. Kitchen got everything you need and TV offers several streaming services. Closest supermarkets are 10-15min away/easiest to go downtown. Bathroom's a bit small but we didn't mind. One of the best city Airbnbs we've been to and would definetely book again
