Charming, Cozy Guesthouse in Pasadena

The Guest Unit is at a walking distance to Pasadena City College, down the street to the Rose Bowl Parade route, about 5 min drive to the Huntington Art Gallery, the Metro Bus Line, and around the block to the Allen Gold Line station. I am about 2 miles away from the Rose Bowl & Old Town Pasadena. A fully stocked kitchenette on the first floor, Queen size GLENBOROUGH Firm Euro Pillowtop Rest Mattress to each bedroom. This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. I will reach out to you prior to your stay to provide you with check in instructions. A combination will be sent out to you a few days prior to your arrival to the key box to access the Unit. I can be reached during your stay by cell phone for any questions you may have. I will be available upon request via mobile phone. Guest home located in a quiet, residential area within the heart of Pasadena. The neighborhood is a short walk or drive from the Huntington Art Gallery, the Rose Bowl, coffee bars and restaurants in Old Town Pasadena. A TOT tax of 12.11% is also due. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, a five minute walking distance to the Allen Gold Line station. Also, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. - Please follow the Calif. ISO Flex Alert Notice posted on the wall next to AC control panel. Turn off all unnecessary lights, Ceiling Fans, specially when not in the Unit. - One Parking Space available under carport between my car and the garage.

Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.
