Very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable guest house. Wish we could have stayed during the summer when the pool would be open! They have quiet, calm dogs that were never a problem, and usually inside their home. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe and well-maintained subdivision. We usually prefer to stay in town, but this is not so far from Laurel.

This is a nice, private pool house that is much bigger than the pictures make it seem. The house and neighborhood were quite and restful, a pleasant retreat at the end of day. Ruth was very nice and made me feel at home. I'd recommend staying here.

It was nice to have a den area, bedroom and bathroom also - more privacy which was nice. It was not too far from where the conference was that we were attending. Should we attend the conference again next year, we would love to stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at Brittany and Chris house. They are extremely helpful and easy going people, along with their lovely dogs (Solo and Harper) and cat (Mario). I felt right at home staying with them, enjoying a quiet time, a nice neighborhood and the Laurel, Columbia and Washington DC areas. I will return to stay with them for sure if I come back to the DC area. Their house is big, comfy and quiet, with all the necessary things to make your stay remarkable.

This was my first airbnb experience I can't say enough about how amazing it was. From the great neighborhood to the amount of space and quality of amenities (much appreciated snack basket and the absolute comfiest bed I've ever slept in) it was remarkable. Unfortunately we weren't able to meet our hosts but from their home and the communication we had on the app we could tell they were warm and friendly people. I moved from Bloomington to Baltimore, searching for a temporary place to stay for several days to look for apartments. I can't think of a better way for my transition into a new place than staying with David and Kathy. They are really nice people that made my stay feel like home. For me this experience is far outweigh staying in a hotel. I highly recommend David and Kathy to be your host.

The place was very clean and the host was very welcoming. She had full amenities in the bathroom, snacks in the kitchen, and was kind enough to make coffee and breakfast free of charge. I loved it!

I stayed with David & Kathy for 1 week while I was taking a course in Maryland. They were very welcoming, made me feel comfortable, like at home, not just renting a room. They offer me fruits, bottled water, snacks, actually more than I was expecting! :) and make room in the freezer for some food I took with me. The room and bathroom were nice; the bed was very comfortable. Also, they have a parking spot just for me which made my life much easier, since I didn't have to worry about finding parking on the street. I will recommend staying with David & Kathy; the house is conveniently located, the neighborhood is nice and they are excellent hosts. Thank you!

It was a lovely stay, large basement room. It was relatively cool for summer, which was nice. The private bathroom was clean, lots of towels. I appreciated the use of the washer/dryer too. The bed itself was very comfortable, I really like that blue comforter. Kathy and David were very hospitable, very friendly, and very helpful in giving us tips. They provided plenty of pamphlets and maps for the area too. Kathy also welcomed me into her kitchen, which I very much appreciated. I didn't use it much due to our weird schedule that week, but I thought it was very kind. My only complaint is that you could hear them walking around upstairs, but that's kind of a given for a basement room anywhere. We also weren't sleeping normal hours, and I expect it not to be a problem for someone waking up earlier.

david and kathy were very welcoming. we enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely recommend this if you're in need of a quick stop location. our hosts also gave us food recommendations which were on point! overall, the stay is a two thumbs up from us.

David and Kathy are great hosts, providing a vast array of local information. Kathy could not do enough to make my daughter and i feel welcome. A bit far out of DC - but the quietness suited us, and the ready access to I95 and the Belt Parkway made this not an issue. Guests definitely need a car!

The entire house was immaculate. Be warned that the downstairs and laundry are not part of the Airbnb, so you have to order out. Was priced accordingly to that though. Bedside water and candy was a nice touch. Good wifi. Again, cleaner than a new hotel.

I stayed with T for ~9 weeks while working on my graduate school project. I needed a quiet place to focus and this ended up being the perfect for the purpose. It had every amenity that I could think of and is conveniently located between Baltimore and Rockville; two places I needed to frequently drive to. There are several trails close by. I found myself wandering off on them from time to time, when I needed a mental break. This basement suite has an entrance in the back, so you're not disturbing residents of the main house when you go in an out. Entering the basement requires passing through two doors with digital locks. I always felt safe, at any time of day. The laundry room is shared and is in the basement, but T was very respectful of my privacy and the times when she did laundry. T is a generous and gracious host, and went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. She is meticulous in her organization and pays close attention to detail. She makes herself available and is very easy to reach at all reasonable hours of the day. I had the pleasure of meeting a few other members of her family during my long stay, and I can say that they are a good-hearted bunch. T asked for me feedback regularly to see if I needed anything or if she could improve something. I can think of only one small drawback, and it applies to tall people only. The shower area is a little hard to stand up in, but T provides a stool that can be used to bathe while sitting down. This is not an inconvenience if you’re staying for a couple of days. T mentioned that she is looking into making it a bit more functional, so this may not even be a concern in the future. :) I would recommend staying with T in a heartbeat- to strangers, friends and family. I know you will not be disappointed if you have her as your host!

If you are looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay this is it

T is a most gracious and thoughtful host. She provided pastry on arrival and had provided oatmeal, milk coffee, for breakfast. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. One thing to note is the basement room and the bathroom have low ceilings two for tall people that is something to be aware of. Overall the room is a very goodbye alum and you will not find a more conscientious host.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was excellent in maintaining communication up through arrival time. The host even took the opportunity to say hello and introduce them self which made the stay more comforting. I would definately stay at this airbnb again when I return to visit the area.

T was super welcoming and accommodating for our entire stay! She was intentional about checking in and making sure everything was to our liking. This place definitely goes above and beyond expectations! The tiniest details made this place somewhere we will definitely come back to stay! There are keys to lock the room, the towels are super soft, there was even milk and creamer in the fridge for coffee! A nice neighborhood where you can park on the street (although my car was covered in SO much bird poop, that is easily overlooked). Secure area and 10 minutes away from the Fort Meade military base where I was visiting family.

I stayed at T's place during a three week long medical rotation. To say that she was a great host is an understatement, she was absolutely amazing. T goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in her home, and she is always finding ways to make your stay even more comfortable. You get the entire basement to yourself, and even though it's in the basement there is tons of natural light. The bed is super comfortable! The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and more. Everything is beautifully decorated. I would most definitely stay here again, this place is a must stay!

This for sure is my best Airbnb experience so far, T was an amazing host. She treated us like a mother would treat her children. On arrival she had two gift boxes waiting for us. She made sure we never lacked anything. Her dog (Coby) was never aggressive to us. The neighborhood is very cozy and clean. The listing was too clean we had our private entrance and we had access to the washing machine and dryer. Anyone coming to Jessup should definitely stay at T's.

It's close to restaurant and the area is paisible

Will's home was in a quaint neighborhood of historic Laurel. It was walking distance to a BBQ place where I was able to grab a quick bite. His home was clean and cable TV was available in the living room and master bedroom. Will was very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was clean, but the construction is old so expect few wires hanging out and some rust in some places. But again, the place is worth the money you are spending!

My stay was great! Ideal location! Felt like we were just a short ride to everything we needed! We even had a bonus Street Festival on Main Street! It was too cute! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Our host Will was very attentive always just a text away.

The apartment is spacious. It is very easy to communicate with Will. Parking is very easy too, just outside the apartment.

Jack was very helpful and nice to accommodate my arrival. Its a large house and he let me use the kitchen and TV. We also spoke when I arrived and he was quite friendly. The room had a twin bed but well equipped for one person. It was warm and comfortable. I had a rental cad which you need from the airport, although he might be willing to pick you up for a small fee. I would stay here again.

The host was extremely attentive and the room was safe and clean. The location in Jessup is great as you can pop on and off the interstates and major roads in minutes. I would recommend this lodging to anyone who asked.

I was very happy with the accommodation's, it's a quiet residential neighborhood that was less than 10 minutes away from where I was working. The home is clean and modern, and Jack was quick to answer questions and help out anyway he could. In any future trips to Maryland Jack's properties will be my 1st choice if available, highly recommended!

Jack's place was perfect and best of all places I've stayed so far. Every penny worth it. It was quite, clean and highly professionally arranged. Not a single thing I can complain. He arranged things at a very short notice. He left an additional room heater which was very convenient as I could switch it on/off as I needed, provided mini bottled shampoo, clean towels. Unlike most others, the bathroom in his house is giant, nicely organized and maintained clean. So FULL MARKS :). 5 minutes away from my work was very convenient too. I'll certainly look for this place next time I go there.

This was our first time using Airbnb and it will not be our last. I currently live in Virginia Beach and traveled to MD to enjoy spring break with my daughter. Sharifa and Den's place looked exactly like the pictures posted. From the moment we opened the door we were blown away. It was so cozy, comfortable, and clean. They even left us free snacks and water. The location was so convenient! We visited the museums and Zoo in DC, the aquarium in Baltimore and Medieval Times at Arundel Mills Mall. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and family friendly. Let's talk about how cute the decor was! They nailed the theme. Sharifa and Den were very welcoming and made this feel like a home away from home. Going forward when we travel to that area, we will definitely be booking to stay here.

I stayed at Aisha's place for four months after moving to Maryland for a new job. All of the basic necessities were provided and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Aisha was a good host and answered the few questions I had very quickly. It's an easy commute to D.C. from the park and ride or train station if you have a car. I did not have a car and was able to use the regional buses to get to the train station. It makes for a longer commute but it's managable.

Clean and quite

The location is absolutely excellent; close to all of the things I needed during my stay in Columbia. Everything was as described, the place was clean, it was nice and peaceful, and the bed is super comfortable.

This is an affordable, safe room to stay. Large, lots of closet space, nice private bathroom. It's very important to note that while there is a kitchen, there are very few utensils, so you can't cook, only reheat in the microwave and store things in the fridge; nor is there a table or desk to eat or work at. If you stay for a while and have work to do it can be difficult if you're not prepared. If you just need a place to sleep, bathe, and keep your things, it's great, Aisha is very nice and responsive.

Aisha was a great host! I arrived at her home not knowing what to expect since this was my first Airbnb stay, but as my evening continued, I was very pleased. The room was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice getaway, yet close to Columbia mall and other plazas. Aisha responded quickly to all of my questions and was super polite and helpful. I could not have had a better or easier time while staying in Anthony's home. Check-in was simple, they had a convenient digital system for getting in and out of the house, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Anthony and his family are wonderfully hospitable. He and his wife Stephanie made sure I had everything I could need for a great stay, from breakfast to recommendations on where to spend some free time while in town. We spent hours talking about product design, healthcare, history, and how their daughter is definitely going to grow up and change the world.
