This place was wonderful! The pictures are exactly how they are in person. The community was amazing. Two ponds, hiking, well maintained grounds throughout. The outside gas grill worked great! Inside, the kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed to use for cooking meals (I cook for a living) and was very organized and clean. I highly recommend Mark & Jan's place!

This cottage was a delightful surprise. Clean and equipped with the essentials. The two private lakes, Faun Lake and Beaver Lake, are beautiful and perfect for kayaking. We also hiked the trails adjacent to the grounds. Letchworth State Park is about a twenty minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Want to go back!

This was exactly what we were looking for- a quiet place to unwind after a day of hiking/driving. It was nice to eat dinner outside with the view of the lake.

Their lake house is as advertised. We had a lovely last minute family getaway with our kids, played in the nearby park, walked the trails, cooked out and visited Niagara Falls. The neighbors on the property were also very nice. Everything was beautiful.

Thank you Jan and Mark for being such awesome hosts. The cottage was equipped with the essentials and more. Jan was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. The place was sparkling clean and well kept. We enjoyed a good amount of digital detox and inhaled a lot of fresh air which was definitely needed. It would be lovely to experience this place in the summer and I would recommend you to give it a shot.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark and Jan's place! The location is beautiful and quiet, with lots of area to relax right outside of the cottage, and a great view of the lake. We were able to enjoy two relaxing days there with our dog, where we went kayaking, hiking, and swimming in the community pool. We enjoyed our time so much we are considering buying a place of our own in the same community one day!

Such a peaceful, pleasant stay at this cute cottage. Everything was very clean and tidy. We especially appreciated the view out the back windows and were able to watch birds across the water. I'm guessing the outdoor patio space is especially nice in warm weather. All in all a great experience!

Everything was great! All the comforts of home. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We visited during Christmas week and the cottage was decorated beautifully with a tree and many other decorations. John and Colleen met us upon arrival to show us the cottage and answer any questions we had. The home was sparkling clean and had everything you would need to feel at home. The bed was very comfortable too! We will definitely be back when we come to visit our daughter.

This was a great find for us. It was very convenient to stay at the cottage while visiting family in East Aurora. The place was very clean and plenty of space for the 2 of us. The fireplace was cozy and added and extra touch during the winter. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and comfortable, made for a romantic 1st anniversary. The cottage was immaculate, with anything you would need for cooking (we didn't this trip). We soaked up as much serenity as we could while out there, as it is a very peaceful setting. I imagine it must be gorgeous in the fall, we were a little late for leaves. We will certainly stay here again if it is available for our next trip to WNY!

Colleen and John's beautiful cottage was everything you need and then some! It is the perfect home away from home. Their property was picturesque under a blanket of snow. Great to stay in a remote cabin for a weekend away to unplug! The space was just what we needed- with the porch, the convertible space inside, and a little outdoor space to walk around and enjoy. We used the kitchen equipment a bunch, which was a little challenging, but overall went well. Loved having access to games in the cabin and the walking trails. Also, really enjoyed the commitment to an environmentally-friendly space. Thanks!

Ravens Landing is the perfect weekend getaway! The location is beautiful and the space is calm and rustic but homey. We enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as being greeted by the hens outside. The bed was comfortable and was quiet at night. There was a composting toilet, and no running water. Nevertheless there were jugs of water provided to us to use for the sink, and plenty of kitchenware. Perfect way to be green in such a great place. Muffins were delicious in the morning. The place itself was not far from the town which has a ton of antique stores! Highly recommended :)

Raven's Landing is a lovely little spot tucked away out in the sticks. Paul & Bev were delightful and our little cabin was cozy as could be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

This was our first AirBnB rental, and Theresa has set the bar very high. The accommodation was easy to find, close to town, spacious, scrupulously clean, and had comfortable seating, easily controlled and responsive heating, and good kitchen basics. We enjoyed hot showers and several good nights' rest. Theresa was very responsive to our questions and generous with recommendations. Everything was as advertised. Our only disappointment was not having a chance to enjoy the sunrise-facing back porch with coffee. (It needed to be 50-60 degrees warmer - but that's not Theresa's department.)

Greg's & Thiago's home was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for six of my friends and me. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the home was warm and cozy. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Greg met me when I arrived, and gave me the grand tour, pointing out anything I could need to know. This home is at the top of our list for any similar getaways down the road.

This home is welcoming and has so much character. The hosts are outstanding and it was a perfect spot to get away for a weekend ski trip at Kissing Bridge. It’s enough out of the way to feel like you’re in the woods but close enough to everything. We appreciated the little touches throughout the home and the layout was perfect for 2 families of 4. Great place to stay for a family of 7 that wanted to be housed together for a wedding at the Roycroft. It was about 15 minutes to the venue, so was pretty close by. I ask many questions before the visit, as I have allergies, and they were all answered with prompt kindness. It was nice to be neighbors to the goats, and our 4 year old enjoyed seeing them. Having this wonderful goat soap in the shower was an added bonus. The beds were great to sleep on, and everything else was perfect! Thank you!

This place is absolutely beautiful, and just being there was wonderful. We had everything we needed in the house, from kitchen to bedrooms to living room, and the outdoor space was such a joy.. A covered patio with relaxing and eating spaces, as well as walking paths to the river and around the goat pens. Our 9 year old loved the playscape in the yard, as well as saying hello to the goats and friendly chickens. The hosts generously shared their eggs and herbs, which made delicious omlettes and pancakes for our family. In all, we are so grateful to have stayed here!

I've been staying at Monica's place for about a month now due to being in the area for work. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Monica is an amazing host and is always so communicative, friendly, and accommodating.

As described. Good location for a quick overnight. Not fancy, but everything was clean and beds were comfy. If you are a light sleeper you can hear people walking around upstairs, but it didn't bother us. Easy check in. Would stay again.

The place was as she described, I loved the layout and the little touches she put in to her space. It felt like I was home. The location was great, it felt like I was in the country but just down the road was East Aurora and a short distance from there was Buffalo. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Paul’s was awesome!!! We were tucked away in the woods just right outside East Aurora, less than 15 minutes away. The place was very clean and super quiet. We definitely want to stay again in the Summer for a little getaway from the city. We also loved meeting his dog Frankie who was super friendly. Definitely will stay again!

Great place to stay out in the country near East Aurora. Stayed warm during an early winter storm, but Paul made sure that the property roads stayed plowed.

Going in the Fall was a perfect time to really enjoy the farm and it’s breathtaking landscape! Paul and his family were very welcoming and friendly! The guesthouse was very clean and perfect for my husband, daughter and I! We planned to spend some time in East Aurora while visiting. It’s a hop, skip and a jump away! But there is also a lot to see on the farm itself! We will definitely be coming back!

Pauls property was private, peaceful, and beautiful. My family didnt want to leave, and I couldnt keep my young indoors. He loved the beach, and walking the trails. This place has something for everyone. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back!

Our stay at 42N was one of our favorite air b&b experiences yet! With gorgeous aesthetics, a beyond comfy bed, beautiful balcony overlooking the bier garden and amaaazing rainfall shower, we loved the room. As if that weren’t enough, the brews left in the fridge (and the brewery itself—conveniently located just steps from the room!) were outstanding. Hands down our favorite brewery in WNY—we can’t wait to return! Thanks Cathy for such a great stay!

Located just outside the village, Donna’s place lets you enjoy the natural surroundings yet still be close to great restaurants and shops! We chose this place for its proximity to New Era field, as it was an easy 20 minute drive.

This place was incredible! The pictures do NOT do it justice- must see for yourself! We visited mid October- the view from the balcony was very soothing and beautiful to wake up to. We were later than normal check in time, but Donna was very accommodating- i called her en route from Binghamton NY to book, and thanks to her quick response we made it happen! We asked for dinner suggestions, and she certainly delivered- Pasquales downtown (about 5 minute drive from the house) was delicious!! She has a smart TV in the living room, and we are big netflixers so that was a huge plus. We were also greeted with a bottle of red wine, which Donna offered to switch to white if that was our preference. The fridge came prepared with half and half, sparkling water, and Diet Coke. Also coffee- which for me was a HUGE bonus. She has extra toiletries- soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste- you name it, she had a backup! Everything was sparkling clean and looked absolutely 100% up to date. We will definitely be coming back to stay for a whole weekend next time! :) We would rate it 11/10 stay! We really enjoyed staying at Kate's farmhouse. My girlfriend said it was a perfect Valentine's Day getaway! Not too far from Buffalo, and still offering a spacious country atmosphere with a great livingroom view of cascading hills.

Kate’s place was a perfect place to stop and catch some ZZZs on our trip up north. The bed was very comfortable and you had a full private bathroom. If you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you may be welcomed by a furry little friend! Kate was very responsive and accommodating for our late check in.

The farmhouse was a fun place to stay in East Aurora. It was a nice and quiet rustic location with great views. Kate was very responsive through text message and it made checking in/out very easy. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our experience!

Great place, with everything you need in the home. Really a perfect location in East Aurora, only a 5 minute walk to Main St near 42 North. Excellent host, would definitely stay again in the future.

It's the little things...enough k-cups so we can both enjoy a couple of cups of coffee each morning without running out. Also, there was an unopened carton of half and half in the fridge to go with our coffee (we usually have to go out and buy milk for our coffee). The place was immaculate and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were able to walk to Main Street to visit restaurants and shops. We had a great stay!

A very charming and comfortable place to stay

Sweet winds was a perfect escape for my husband and I. It's close enough to town to walk even on the coldest days. The duel thermostats worked perfectly to enjoy a cooler bedroom and a more comfortable living space. We are looking forward to booking another weekend away soon!

Laura’s place is warm and inviting and very well thought out. My mom and I travel from Massachusetts to most Bills games, so we’re always in the hunt for AirBnBs. We never find any available in East Aurora, so Laura’s place was quite the welcome surprise. The location is awesome, it’s so cozy (it snowed while we were there and the electric fireplace did the trick), it’s spotless, and had everything we needed including parking. Highly recommend! One of my favorite stays so far.

Very courteous and prompt with communication. Home was clean, cozy, and a great place to be. Rooms were enjoyable to be in, and really had personality. Location allowed easy access to the community as well as shopping, and even the highway. When in the area, this is definitely a great option!

Darlene was a fabulous host during our stay in her home. She had delicious muffins waiting for us as well as messaged to make sure we arrived and found everything we needed while in her home. We had a wonderful time in the Springville area and will definitely stay at Darlene's in the future if available.

The home is amazing! The house was built in the early 1900’s and the decor was true to the time. There is always something new (old) that will catch your eye. The quilts are absolutely beautiful and adds so much charm. The beds are comfortable and will give you a great nights sleep after you’ve checked out everything the area had to offer. Highly recommend this house - well maybe I should take that back so it’ll be available whenever I return to the area. Darlene’s hospitality was superb! She not only left an unexpected treat she was always quick to respond to questions and communication of any kind.

This was a wonderful house for our family to stay at as we traveled across the country. The rooms were more cozy and interesting in person than the pictures suggested, and we were already interested even with just the pictures. It's just plain interesting--a fun staircase, a nice porch, a spacious backyard, and an interesting history that is easy to see, from the tub to the kitchen sink to the old boarding room number upstairs.

This is a truly quaint home in a quiet town walking distance from a pool, public park, town, and stream. We found a great ski community in Ellicottville just twenty minutes from us where we zip lined and mountain coastered. If you go there a unique bar/ restaurant called Balloons that is fun. Walk through to the back for dining. We were 40 minutes to Buffalo, 55 minutes to Niagara Falls (hire a guide, so well worth the extra few bucks). Back to the house the front porch is a delight, equally as nice is the backyard with the garden walk. We really enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks with the dog. Bonus, we had deer wondering through the yard frequently. If you love historical homes you will enjoy this well loved house.

The chalet rental space is in the same building as the private residence, but since no one was home at the time of our visit, we had the place to ourselves and it was so relaxing that we could see ourselves renting again and again. Communication is the key to all positive experiences when vacationing. We were hoping for skiing all day and sitting by the fire at night, but the fireplace was not in working condition unfortunately. This will not detour us from coming back. We thought it was so cool to be able to see the sun hit the slopes from the sliding glass doors in the morning and at night we could see the slopes all lit up. So beautiful. The hosts were fantastic and responded quickly when ever we had questions--never responding as though we were a bother. Thank you so very much for hosting our family on our new tradition of escaping the city before the holidays. I am ready to return already!

This place was great!

This accommodation is a large open space, great view , very clean. There is a book to assist with almost everything in the area, including maps. Family friendly, large state park across the street. Deer in the backyard. Exceeded our expectations.

Place was as described, was scenic and very spacious. Enjoyed the pool table and location. In a skiing village and across from a park and slopes. Overall, it worked out very well for my visit in Springville and I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying here and it’s by far the best place to relax! We took in the scenery of the first snow coming down on the Mountain View from the back which is absolutely breath taking. We hope to stay here again when the snow is covering it all! Always a goody box for the things you might have forgotten and we grilled which is a major plus for our family.

I had my pajamas and a bathrobe on when I went downstairs for a cup of coffee in the morning, rather than run back upstairs (upon seeing Gretchen and her husband on the porch) I joined them! Lol, it felt like hanging out with family 🤗 delicious grits on the stove, homemade granola and fresh fruit. Great little gem in East Aurora!

This farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful views, trees and open sky. We really enjoyed the cozy comforts and warmth of this 1960’s home. The bedroom was tidy and sweet, plus we had our own washroom. Our hostess was kind and generous. It’s also located just 5 minutes from the fresh and quant village of East Aurora if you decide to explore...

This is the quintessential american farmhouse experience. With an amazing view from an awesome porch. Waterfall trail nearby, Niagara falls one way, the Letchworth Park falls the other. Near the Arts village of East Aurora, with an iconic old time Main street full of heart and history. The large rustic kitchen is so inviting with it's charm and character. I found myself most comfortable and relaxed as soon as I stepped through the door. Kate is a wonderful host and easy to talk to. This farmhouse is a beautiful place to be in any season. Enjoy!

Annamarie and Eric's home is very welcoming and warm, and you CANNOT get a better location in East Aurora. We were able to walk for 5 minutes to get to Bar Bill and all of the other restaurants in that area. Reese, their dog who stays downstairs, is so sweet. Having a dog around is always an added bonus for me ;) Off street parking in downtown east aurora was nice too, and we have a very comfortable stay!

We had a great stay in the Z~Room! The private room and bathroom were both very clean and decorated with style and uniqueness. Our hosts allowed us to check in 3 hours early so we could get a jumpstart on our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

What an interesting place! Eric has a sign business in his home and a workshop in the rear of the lot, plus a house full of art and collectables. Upstairs bedroom was small, not a lot of room for luggage. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom down the short hall was cozy and full of art. Stairs to bedroom reminded us to pack light on our next trip. Their dog Reese was a sweetheart!

The place was fine. Nothing spectacular but it was very spacious and tons of beds so great for a big group. Nothing going on at all in springville. Very small town a couple small bars. Worst part was that Uber’s don’t go to springville.

We love the way the people in this small village have took us in and made us feel like we are at home. We love feeling like we’re at home here at the Parsonage. Tracy and Seth are super host! The home is close to the library, which the kids love. Walking distance to a great pizza restaurant and The Legacy which is great for dressing up and having an awesome meal. The 49 coffee shop around the corner is also great! Would recommend staying here for the warm feeling and the surroundings.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a wedding. The house is very vintage with some beautiful artwork and decor. Great location in town and we had a fun weekend all together

This one of a kind home has a wonderful history in an amazing village. The setting is beautiful and close to the Roycroft. It’s a beautiful place to walk, shop, eat, “museum” and explore. It was comfortable, clean and centrally located. You would be hard-pressed to find finer hosts.

A lovely house in a great location with wonderful hosts!

The White Hyacinths is a wonderful place to stay. The whole home has many interesting things to look at. You will make unexpected discoveries all the time. This was my second stay and I happily had the time to enjoy the garden. Ellen and David are very hospitable hosts who communicate well and make you feel comfortable right away.

This was our second time at Marty’s place and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent - especially for the Bills game. And Nancy our cab driver was great. It’s a great little apartment to hang your hat with in town...thanks again Marty!

Marty was a gracious and attentive host. This cute little apartment was conveniently located and very comfortable. The stairs are a bit steep but safe and doable, especially if you are out all day and only do them once a day.

Marty's place is clean, comfortable and a great home away from home. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and the space was just perfect. Everything needed was there and available. The 24 hour supermarket is a short walk away and just perfect. The apartment location is perfect with a private parking spot. Marty kept in contact and responded very fast. Overall great place. My husband, brother, and I were in town for a wedding at the Roycroft Inn. We loved everything about this place! It was walking distance to all the great restaurants in East Aurora and less than a mile from the wedding venue. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Michelle’s place is outstanding. We truly felt at home. The decor, amenities, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. The beds were comfortable, and Michelle thought of every last detail as far as stocking the home for her guests. There were even bandaids. There is an attached one car garage, and snow was cleared for extra parking.

This place was even more beautiful than what we anticipated. It was the perfect spot for our girls get away! The apt is very clean and updated. The property is Gorgeous and the back porch was perfect for our morning coffee and evening wine. I highly recommend this place and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Better than the photos. Both beds are comfy, and even the “smaller” room was still very welcoming. Bathroom was clean, and has a claw tub if baths are your thing. Dishes available on kitchen. No condiments etc, so be prepared for that. Really nice TV/Netflix available. Wi-Fi connects well. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Great place :)

We've stayed here twice now and had lovely experiences both times. Casey's place is warm and cozy and always spotless. The location to EA is great and parking is a wonderful perk!

Walking into Ellen’s home is like walking into a magically enchanted refuge. The residence itself, all the decor, and every object let’s you know that great attention and caring has been paid to its presence. Ellen feeds you with delicious, organic food. And both she and David feed you with great company and conversation. A very special place indeed!!

This is a wonderful Airbnb located in the quaint and historic village of East Aurora, a village that hearkens back to a bygone, simpler age. You are in walking distance of one of the last functioning Five and Dime stores in the USA, the one-time home of an ex-President, and The Roycroft restaurant and Inn which was once the heart of the Roycrofters, a community of artisans that were renowned early in the 20th century. The home itself is a Roycrofter-style home and is nifty in indescribably delightful ways. The experience is topped off by the hospitality of the hosts which is perfectly suited to the lovely setting. Every breakfast was home cooked and delicious. The entire experience of being here was, in a word, perfect.

We loved staying with Ellen. All the amenities are high quality. It’s such a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Thanks so much!

Great spot in the heart of the village

The green house was a prefect location for us to enjoy the best of East Aurora and do our daily commutes. The yard is absolutely wonderful and had plenty of space to enjoy nature and let our dog play. The huge breezeway area with heated floor was especially nice for having our dog stay. The inside space is much bigger than I anticipated and the updates that Katie told us about were very stylish! Katie is an excellent host was was so thoughtful throughout our stay, I would highly recommend her place in East Aurora!

This house perfectly met my husband's and my needs, because we were traveling with a dog in the winter. The mudroom has floor tiles with radiant heating, so when we needed to leave the dog behind he was SOOOOO happy. Although the decor is more on the rustic side, everything was clean and serviceable. The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. There is only one bathroom, so although there are plenty of comfortable places to sleep, this would have been cramped for a larger family. But as it was, it was perfect for what we needed!

As many others have mentioned, Katie is extremely responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

A good place to crash if you you are going to a Bills game. Plenty of space. Bedrooms are plain, beds are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen do what they’re supposed to do. WILL 100% BE STAYING AT THE GREEN HOUSE AGAIN!!

Right on Main near several bars and restaurants so walking was a great option.

Attended a wedding at Knox Farm and not only were we close to that venue but also to quaint shops and great restaurants! East Aurora was a great find for us, very pretty, upscale, friendly neighborhood! Great place to stay!!! Scott is a five star host!

This was my second time staying at Scott's apartment. Everything was great as always! I felt like i was at home this time : ) .. The apartment is in such a good location everything is in walking distance. I only used my rental car once to go to the Bar Bill. I will be back next year !

The Carriage House at Rushing Waters is a magical place. We spent the Christmas holiday there, with beautiful falling snow outside and surrounded by the warmth and coziness of each room in the carriage house - it was a holiday "hug" for each member of my family! The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, our every need anticipated and provided for. I can't say enough about how special our visit was, except that we will be back for sure!

Just a great place to stay and enjoy the area. Really neat space. And with the leaves down, some crazy sunsets come into view! We all loved this place.

What a charming and cozy little place to get away! The Carriage House was tastefully decorated and your hosts are very thoughtful of their guests! We walked right in to a warm house, where the fridge was stocked with water, creamer, and condiments, the cupboards filled with coffee and sugar, and even umbrellas placed by the door in case of rain! You will not be disappointed! We enjoyed our stay very much and you will feel pampered from the moment you enter this charming carriage house. Thank you for making our experience memorable!

Got to meet Greg, he was friendly and helpful with local tips. A really nice property in a quiet rural area yet a short drive to East Aurora. Location is perfect for visits to Niagara or in our case Letchworth state park. Bed was so comfortable, handmade soap, sunflowers in room were nice touches. Breakfast was delicious, homemade muffins, fresh fruit. Highly recommend. Hope to come back again next year

Everything was above expectations in this peaceful countryside abode. The handmade goat milk soap and homegrown peaches were the icing on the cake. Eating breakfast on the patio was a very nice way to start the day. If I happen to be in the area again, I would be glad to go back.

This room suite was as described, clean and private. The common area was very quaint and Gregory was a great host. If the wife and I are in the area again for anything, we would definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, stylish, well-appointed room with nice special touches such as flowers and luxury soap. Great breakfast, nice balance between socialization and privacy, well-maintained. Not in the center of town, but near a lot of nice locations/activities. We enjoy places a little off the beaten path and this was perfect!

Catherine was the perfect host! We enjoyed the food at the brewery and the accommodations couldn’t have been nicer. The only detail we found missing was pods for the keurig provided. We look forward to staying at the lofts at 42 brewing again. Next time we will invite friends to stay there with us!

The rooms are huge, sparkling clean and in a great location to explore East Aurora and enjoy 42 North. We loved the large bathrooms and being right at the brewery

The lofts @ 42 North are amazing! Really cool space with great furnishings and amenities. Conveniently located just off Main St makes the super cool village of East Aurora accessible, and being attached to their great brewery certainly doesn’t hurt! Check in and out was a breeze and they were very accommodating when we needed to update our reservation. Highly recommended and will stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Borderland Room. The entire trip was great from start to finish and being connected to a brewery doesn't hurt either. The room was comfortable and spacious while being immaculate. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather to get to open the balcony doors! East Aurora is also a beautiful little town with plenty to do from eating, shopping, to enjoying the local beverage scene!

This overnight stay is a special one in a special town with plenty to enjoy. Catherine is an exceptional host!!!

Catherine had excellent communication. The room was very clean and well appointed. The free growler fill, and cans of beer in the fridge were great touches.

Really nice space, very modern. Attached to but separate from the brewery where we spent quite a few hours sampling a nice variety of craft beers and enjoying a bite. Bonus were the 4 different cans of beer in the fridge and the complimentary growler. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Very large shower. Would stay again.

The Lofts at 42 lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The Borderland room was spacious and everything well appointed. The beer bonuses were an extra special treat. I highly reccomend.
