We are a couple with 3 children (17, 11 and 7 years old) Located in a quiet area, this 35 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of our house, independent entrance, parking, non-enclosed garden. SUMMER Multi-activities nearby: tree climbing, hiking, mountain biking, beach (Aix swimming pool), lake, paddle boarding, canoeing, boats, trampoline park, climbing, thermal baths. WINTER cross-country skiing/downhill skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing...

"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Aix les Bains is less than 15 minutes away (Aix les Bains Nord highway access). Halfway between Annecy and Chambéry. Loft composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower, the bedding is 160/200, you have bath sheets, bath towels and washcloths at your disposal, except in exceptional cases. The sofa unfolds to obtain an additional bed of 160, add a 90 x 200 mattress on the floor if necessary. Velux equipped with an insulating roller shutter.

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.
