A perfect get away! Very close to downtown but you feel like you're far in the woods. The cabin itself is perfect, perfectly cozy and perfectly decorated. We would've moved in if we were allowed!

The cabin was incredible! It is large enough for up to 4 people, remaining cozy without being too tight. There's a great table in the kitchen, and everything you need to cook is supplied (even some delicious hot chocolate with marshmallows supplied). This additional touch is typical. A bonus is that the cabin is situated off a quiet road overlooking a beautiful pond, but was close enough for us to drive into Montpelier for dinner. Basically, I cannot praise the cabin enough -- easily the best airbnb at which I've stayed.

This cabin is awesome! It is very clean, and cozy but roomy at the same time. It is conveniently located right outside Montpelier, where we had dinner, breakfast and did some shopping for holiday gifts. The setting is quiet and serene, surrounded by woods. We would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a place for one night as we were driving through the area. Such a great location and easy to get to! The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Leah was very easy to deal with and we enjoyed our short stay. Would have loved to stay longer!

Overall it was an excellent experience the cabin is extremely clean, and its fully equipped with everything you need, there is a very nice view from kitchen too, we didnt have any issues finding the place or arranging a time to get the keys as Leah lives just around the corner :)

The cabin is really nice and on a dirt road. The cabin is on the owner's property, but they give you privacy and they're very welcoming. The cabin is 5 minutes from Montpellier-VT and there are bars and restaurants. The cabin is 30 minutes from Stowe as well. We had a great time!

This was absolutely the coziest cabin! Leah made it easy to stay there and had everything we could need. The cabin is a short drive from town but secluded enough to to be private.

We had a wedding at 3:30 and Noah accommodated our request to arrive before 2 pm. Noah was welcoming and the accommodations were perfect. Could not have been happier. Comfy bed, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, and a nice size bathroom. Wished we could have stayed longer and would love to return for another stay. Also, we found the location based on the photo. This is just off Rte 89 which made it very convenient.

We were greeted upon arrival by Noah's wife and pup (Mellow was very excited to see new people, but we found her to be quite sweet). The apartment was wonderfully comfortable, complete with the illustrious Heady Topper and fresh cut chives. We enjoyed walking around the farm and waking up to beautiful views of the landscape. The goats were very entertaining as well! Would recommend a peaceful getaway here.

Staying here was a wonderful treat! The apartment is located in the basement of the family home, which is on their farmland. Everything was clean and simple and Noah, the homeowner was lovely and very welcoming! The land is absolutely gorgeous, so you can spend literally a whole afternoon just hanging there and walking around (perks: they have an amazing and super friendly dog that likes to hang). The property is also a quick 5 minute drive to all the local pubs and about a 15 minute drive to some lovely places in Stowe. Overall an incredible experience!!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Noah's place. We arrived late, around 6:30, and had no problem finding it and getting settled in. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the scenery was great. Noah was very accommodating and gave us privacy while also being available if when we needed had questions. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to Woodbury.

Our host greeted us upon arrival despite our not being able to get there until past 8pm. The apartment was clean and cozy with all the essentials we needed for the night. The bed was comfortable and the heated floors were a plus!

House was great. Vintage Vermont in our opinion. 10 minutes outside of the capital. House is tucked away and secluded. Very clean and perfect for our family.. Our host went the extra mile to make our stay even better than we expected by suggesting a few places to eat and enjoy.

Beautiful home, plenty of room for several guests (we had 4 but could have easily slept more). Close to a main road, so there is a little bit of traffic noise, but it's Vermont so it's not too busy. About 5-10 miles away from restaurants/breweries we wanted to go to. Overall, great communication, perfect for our needs, very clean, lovely location.

This house was extremely comfy. We had such a wonderful time and it felt like home. 8 minute drive to Stowe. Enough parking for three cars by the house. The host was wonderful and offered to help us out in anyway possible! Such grateful people! When we come back next year we hope we can stay here again.

Sky's home is accurately described & accommodated our family of five easily. Actually, there were more beds than we expected! The huge yard was also a plus, and we enjoyed its proximity to Waterbury and Red Hen Bakery in Middlesex.

We spent a wonderful Christmas at Sky's place. The house is well-insulated, hence pleasantly warm, very Vermont, with elements of engaging interest, like the lyrics on the wall and the simple-fine woodwork of the dinning room table. Sky was consistently available by phone/text when we needed to reach her and she had the place in great shape for our arrival, even though we booked on short notice. The location is very convenient---close to Sugarbush, Trapp Lodge, Route 89, Montpelier, near the beautiful valley of the Mad River.

Shannon has a comfortable apartment. I liked having the entire place to myself so I didn't have to worry about being noisy. I was only there basically to sleep so I didn't spend anytime in the kitchen or living area but both were clean and fine. Great location, I still drove into town but would definitely walk it if drinking much. The train only went by once during my visit, it was loud but only lasted a short time.

I had only stayed for a night but Tee made sure I had everything I needed and I am very thankful for how accommodating they were on short notice. Carlos and Tee are very accommodating hosts and their house is super clean, quiet and walking distance to Main Street. They have traveled a lot and welcome strangers in as if they are friends. All the bases were well covered -- comfy bed, hot shower, wifi, access to kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! They also have a very sweet, friendly dog who we wanted to take home with us.

Alyson's place was great. Easily accessible, and afforded a lot of privacy. With its own bathroom and entrance, it felt very secluded and pretty much like its own unit- though we did encounter the host plus guests as we were leaving, and would have certainly been happy to interact more with them had the opportunity arose.

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend. The room was very comfortable and had a nice updated bathroom attached to it. The bed was comfy and we slept very well. The neighborhood is quiet but only a five minute walk to the downtown area. Not a single issue staying and I would recommend this room to anyone!

The private suite was perfect and very clean. It was nice having our own separate entrance so I didn't feel like I was disturbing Alyson and her family. Great spot! The downtown is right down the road and Alyson provided several maps and brochures of local things to do/places to eat. We hope to be back!

Michael was a great host who provided a nice balance of privacy and attentiveness. The accommodations were simple but perfect for getting our son and rook brother off campus. Close to restaurants so we had the options of eating in and dining out. Quote of the night from the boys "that tub was awesome, I feel incredible right now".

This truly is a beautiful Farm getaway. We stayed here for a couple days b/f dropping our daughter off at UVM in Burlington. We had great views from the comfy porch! Michael let our kids feed the cows and pick fresh veggies from the garden. We also got to play with his wonderful dog! One evening he even brought us some homemade french fries from his garden...yummy! It is just a short drive to downtown where you can find lots of restaurants. We spent one day visiting Bingham Falls (absolutely a must to see) and hiking up the Sterling Pond trail. The Ben & Jerry's Factory is also right near Michael's house. We would love to stay with Michael again!

My best friend and I came for a weekend away in December and Michael was a welcoming host. His home is cozy and our room was nice and warm. The location is in the middle of a winter wonderland and is exactly what we hoped for. Michael offered suggestions on local activities and seems to really enjoy his community. He was kind enough to let us come by earlier than check in time so we could see the location because we would only be returning after dark. And he offered for us to stay later in the morning. We look forward to coming back next fall!

I booked through Michael for my daughter and her summer camp co-workers. They wanted a place near the B&J ice cream factory for their one day off. Michael was very helpful in answering my questions and setting my daughter at ease for their great adventure. His communication was prompt and well detailed. Afterwards, in order to give a fair review, I asked my daughter how she liked the stay, comfort, convenience, parking, location, ease of finding the place, cleanliness, etc. She told me this: It was clean. Finding the place was easy, especially with the red light. There was a living room downstairs that we didn't spend much time in, but a chair and desk in our room, in addition to the beds. There was also a futon upstairs, actually, for us to sit on as well. We parked next to his truck and it was fine, and I'm sure we could have parked behind the house too. The lighting was nice, the bathroom was lovely (obviously recently redone). He provided body soap and body lotion. He was very nice, welcoming and friendly. It was less than 10 minutes from town. The beds were fine, and the yard/view was totally stunning.

Just as labeled, Michael's is a beautiful farm getaway - with a spectacular mountain setting. The main bedroom is large and includes everything you could need; then there's the sitting room and beautiful bathroom. My husband especially appreciated the soaker tub, after climbing Mt. Mansfield. Lots of space for the whole family, and stunning views out of every window: a huge vegetable garden, many flower beds, a couple of cows lounging under a tree, the pond, lots of birds, and the Green Mountains. Peaceful and restful, especially after a day spent dealing with Stowe traffic! Michael responded to all texts very quickly and was very accommodating. We appreciated his restaurant suggestions and other local knowledge, and his welcoming manner.

Kohl was the perfect hostess! She didn't mind that I arrived looking like a drowned rat - she immediately offered me hot coffee and then spent time chatting with me, before leaving me alone on the couch to write my postcards! (The next morning she even gave me handwritten instructions on how to get where I was going that day - my phone and satnav had died a watery death the night before!) So Kohl was lovely. The bedroom was fantastic - comfy bed with clean sheets, green and leafy view and the essential alarm clock! And best of all, her shower provided a warm, powerful, waterfall of water - not a tepid sprinkle - hurrah! So if you'd like somewhere comfy and relaxing to stay in Waterbury, close to Ben and Jerry's and the Shelburne Museum, somewhere with at least one cat, then do think of Kohl!

This was a unique little apartment very close to downtown Montpelier. The location was fabulous for exploring the city. The bedding was ample and comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax and all the conveniences of home. Patti greeted us warmly and gave some great recommendations for breakfast as we arrived too late for dinner. Everything was private and the Wifi worked well.

Although Will and his family were not present the weekend I stayed, I still felt very welcome. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, spacious and airy, and very convenient to the center of town. The stairway up to the listing is wide and well lit, and was easy to navigate, even for my elderly mother. The beds were comfortable, and the towels in the bathroom were plush and plentiful. Everything was easy to find, and the full kitchen was nice to have. There was also coffee, tea, and oatmeal in the cupboard, which I wasn't expecting. The porch was a great place to relax, and we spent much of our time out there. It has a roof, so even though it rained part of the time, it was still comfortable. Will even has an umbrella for guests' use! There is also WiFi available. As I have family in the area, I visit regularly, and would certainly consider staying here again.

The apartment was nice and quiet. The rooms were nicely decorated and cozy. Some nice touches was the chess board my granddaughter liked and the extra soft mattresses. The location was spot on, within walking distance of downtown Montpelier. Will definitely return if heading up North again.

I found Will's place for my mom and her friend. It was super charming, very clean, and well equipped with everything that they needed. They were very comfortable and happy there!!

Will was a fantastic host! After several long nights camping in thunderstorms, Will was a gracious host to me and my dog and extremely accommodating of my early arrival to get some much needed rest. He was warm and welcoming and the place was spacious, with great light, a lovely breeze and a comfy bed. To top it off Will left me some of his delicious kombucha to enjoy. The location is great. I easily walked 5 minutes or so to pick up some pizza, thai food, and coffee and pastry. I would recommend this spot to anyone, particularly those who have a dog. The space is charming and comfortable and the location is super. I very much appreciated the warm hospitality.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful. Will was an excellent host and provided everything we could need or want. He established communication early and was very responsive to questions, and was very accommodating when our expected number of guests increased from 2 to 3. He had everything arranged so that we could easily find the location and check ourselves in. The apartment had everything we could want, including great wifi, a nice shower, and a full kitchen. More comfortable than any hotel experience! The location was great, too -- a nice residential neighborhood and an easy walk for us into the downtown for dinner. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montpelier, and I hope to visit again in the future.

What a great escape! Very quiet, just enough seclusion and magical during the snowy season. We were able to slip into snow shoes that the host provided and explore a few of their acres. The home was warm and cozy at all times. We shared a sweet breakfast and opted for deep tissue massages in John and Galen's professional studio space. Everything was wonderful.

Galen and John were kind, generous, and hospitable. They have a lovely, bright home, which provided a great mid-winter getaway--an opportunity to enjoy, and not be inconvenienced by, the snow. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the region--and the company--again.

This is a great spot to stay. Rod is an awesome guy and his guest bed is easily the most comfortable I've encountered with Airbnb. He works hard to make sure that you have everything you might need. I had forgotten a charging cable. He had a whole collection of extra cables in case any of his guests forgot there`s. Awesome! Monpellier is a cool place with a real small town feel. It`s close to a bunch of Ski resorts so if you plan to hit the slopes, this is a perfect home base. I`m coming back for sure!

The sunlight greeted me each morning in the kitchen as I enjoyed my cup of coffee. The comfortable bed provided a great night's rest before each day of testing. The home's location is perfect for spending time in town without the hustle and bustle of Montpelier traffic. Definitely recommend this home for travelers of all kinds!

Cozy and comfortable. Amy's place had everything we could possibly need, even for a wet and chilly weekend. My friend and I kept plenty warm with the space heaters, extra blankets, and hot tea on hand. Thanks to the mini fridge and microwave, leftovers didn't have to go to waste. One warning/suggestion: it is very dark when returning to the room at night, so I recommend bringing a flashlight if you plan on walking.

A last-minute family emergency prevented us from staying with Amy, but I can say that she provided very clear instructions regarding our stay and responded quickly to our communications. I feel quite confident we would have had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at her home had we been able.

A very clean room and private bathroom in a quiet and delightful residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown. The beds were very comfortable, as advertised (we are fussy). Unanticipated benefits included the lovely smell of Amy's lilac bushes wafting into the room as well as the antics of the woodpeckers in her front yard. Plus the price is right. I'd do it again!

For two nights, I checked in late in the afternoon and left at the break of dawn. It was a perfect place for me to rest my head and feet. Private, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Staying in Kim's apartment turned an already great trip into something we will absolutely do every year! He was very helpful in finding local attractions - from morning breakfast to a nearby disc golf course. Kim left us beverages in the fridge, clean towels and linens, and delicious apple cider donuts every morning. Staying here was a true embodiment of why we love to visit Vermont - great people, natural beauty, and local interactions. We will definitely be back!

The Waterbury Center Studio was perfect for our brief stay in Waterbury Center. The space was very clean and welcoming. My wife and I were traveling with our 2-month-old and we had enough space to spread out our baby stuff (pack-n-play, play mat, etc.). The layout of the studio was great with the separate sitting and sleeping areas (helped with night-time nursing). Being close to Stowe, this would be a great place to during ski season. The 'sleeping nook' by the entry is unique and would be a good place for a kid or two to bunk up while parents sleep upstairs in the main part of the studio. The location is within a short drive (5 minutes) to downtown Waterbury shops, restaurants, and the Ben & Jerry's factory. And, if you're into beer, the Alchemist (Heady Topper!!) is about a 10 minute drive away. Make sure you get there early, or they may sell out...that's what happened to us. Kim and Jane are extremely kind, fun, and knowledgeable about the local area. Kim is a big time cyclist and skier, so if you have those interests, pick his brain and be prepared for a lot of info! We would recommend staying here, and if we find ourselves in the need for lodging in Waterbury again, we'll be sure to check in with Kim and Jane. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a great stay at Kim's. The location worked nicely for us to be able to visit Waterbury, Stowe and Burlington. After being out and about all day, we enjoy ending the day at a peaceful, quiet and comfy spot like Kim's apt. It had everything we needed PLUS a cider donut delivery in the morning.

We came to Vermont for a summer getaway and chose this place because it's close to Ben and Jerry's and within minutes of Burlington and Montpelier. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our hosts, who are warm and welcoming. They gave us great tips on what to do, where to eat, and, especially, what beers to try. Cause when in Vermont, one MUST have local brewed beer. The apartment is much more spacious than the pictures, well decorated, and filled with amenities that one can easily forget to bring. We could not have felt more welcomed by their hospitality. We even woke up to a delicious surprise every morning...apple cider donuts!!! Both Kim and Jane know how to host and make their guests feel right at home. No doubt, if we come to Vermont again, we will be staying at their humble abode. Countless thank yous to Kim and Jane.

We had a superb night in this lovely, spacious studio apartment. The apartment was clean and with nice features including an extra double bed in a separate sleeping area, a open and large living area, fully stocked kitchenette and bathroom. We only stayed one night but would gladly stay there again.

We had the best AirNB experience here! Amy and Mike provided world class, seriously world class hosting! The apartment was impeccable!

Wow! This was my first AirBNB experience and I was blown out of the water! Amy and Mike are incredible hosts. I came here for 48 hours of introvert time- which Amy and Mike completely respected. Amy pointed out a couple of great restaurants (within walking distance!) and sent me on my way. A short time later she emailed me to let me know that one of the restaurants she suggested was closed because it was Easter Sunday. So thoughtful! The place was spotless. The king bed was so cozy! The jacuzzi tub came stocked with soap, towels, and candles. There were even chocolates, and supplies for waffles! Perfection! The next time I come to Vermont I will be sure to stay here again!

Amy and Mike are so nice and thoughtful! The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Everything was nice, neat, clean and in new condition. The bathtub is heavenly it's like having your own personal hot tub with soothing jets and remote controlled candles to set a relaxing mood. The bed is huge and super soft. We had everything we could possibly need with a plethora of fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Amy even set out a bag of Easter candy for us since we were coming up Easter weekend to snowboard and plan our wedding in Waitsfield in the summer. There is a cute restaurant that you can walk to across the street for a delicious breakfast and an amazing farm to table restaurant that Amy recommended close by. They even set up waffle mix and a waffle maker, coffee, fresh cheese, butter, condiments, etc. if you feel like cooking. The wifi works well and the TV is hooked up to Netflix if you feel like relaxing and watching a movie at night. I can't wait to stay with them again soon and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!! ❤️

Amy and Mike are awesome people, and their place is great! Truly glad we got to meet them and chat for a few minutes when we got there. Super clean, and has everything you need. 1 minute walk into town to hit some restaurants and bars, super convenient. Communication was top notch. They couldn't have made it any easier!!! Highly recommend this place for 1 or 2 people!!

Amy and Mike's place was so cozy and super close to all the great craft beer spots in Waterbury and Stowe. They could not have been nicer and all the extras they set out for our arrival were beyond fantastic - coffee, tea and waffle fixins!! We would love to stay again the next time we need to restock our Heady Topper stash!

Amy and Mike's place was a nice location for a weekend getaway! The apartment very clean and spacious. The bathtub was amazing and the access to Netflix was just as good. The kitchen, while stocked with minimal groceries, was enough to get us through the weekend. They even provided us with waffle/pancake mix, a waffle maker, coffee, and tea! I didn't want to leave as it was one of the most comfortable Airbnb's I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I hope to get back soon, thank you Amy & Mike!

Great Airbnb with all of the essentials. An easy 25 minute drive to Stowe Mountain Resort. Lori and Oliver are wonderful hosts who made our experience extremely easy and comfortable.

Oliver and his family are really nice, and the apartment is clean. This is my first experience with airbnb and even though we only stay in Oliver's apartment for one night, he invited us to his home and introduces his family. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends.

Great space, a bit removed from touristy business but close enough to get in on the action if that's what you're looking for. Easy commute to Stowe and/or Downtown Waterbury.

Lori and Oliver's place is clean and well kept. They communicated well and were happy to be hosts. The apartment makes a good crash pad after a day of skiing.

We had a great stay at Lori and Oliver's place. It's in a beautiful location, perched on a hill, and has easy access to nearby Stowe and Waterbury's downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Just as the pictures appear--we had a great stay here. It is very close to downtown Waterbury and all of the attractions. It was neat/clean had amenities and was easy to find. It also had lovely views of the mountains!

Lori and Oliver's apartment was a perfect getaway. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast in the morning. Their place is a great location between Waterbury and Stowe. Thanks for a great weekend!

Secluded and gorgeous location, yet convenient to local restaurants and highway. Very private with limited host interaction.
