Clean and tidy. Heather is a super great and responsive host. Her home was very welcoming. She does have a cat who likes to sneak into the room if the door is left open.

Gail is an awesome host! She was very kind and understanding. Our checkout was at 11am and she was kind enough to let us check out a little later to wait out the rain. The casita is exactly as pictured and beautiful!! Very clean and super cozy. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Gail’s casita and will book again when we are back in the area!

Gail’s casita is amazing! It’s such a beautiful place and neighborhood! The shower is awesome and the a/c system is a life saver in the Arizona heat! Gail is such a nice lady and is very good with communication. She offered us rides to save on some Uber/Lyft prices and anytime we needed anything she was right on it! I’d recommend her place to anyone and hope you enjoy it as much as me and my lady did. Thank you Gail. We will be back in the future for sure!

Cathy was a great host. She had several thoughtful amenities, including: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, fan, Alexa, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Cathy checked with us daily if we were comfortable, needed anything or had questions. Will definitely be staying there again.

My wife and I stayed seven days at Cathy's. The room is large with everything a person would need for a stay. Comfortable king size bed, your own bathroom right outside your bedroom. The place was very clean with parking on the street right in front of the house. Cathy was a great host and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. If you are staying in Gilbert I would highly recommend staying her.

This little gem is perfect for visiting the Phoenix area. Asheli was prompt with her responses. Her place is very cute, clean and centrally located. I recommend it 100%!

Asheli’s place is lovely, neat, and esthetically pleasing to look at giving it a very warm and and home away from home feeling. The bed is lovely and comfortable with a wide selection of pillows to find the type that works for you. The way the sun hits the room for sunrise is perfect giving you a pleasant wake up every morning. Definitely worth booking if you find yourself in Arizona.

Perfect little place to stay. Asheli and her husband are so sweet, and right on top of communication which was very helpful, and they did a great job using the space for a guest suite. She had a fully stocked coffee bar with some stuff for breakfast! Everything was immaculately clean. Absolutely reccomend her place!

Clean and comfy

I stayed at The Farmhouse for one night as I needed to catch an early flight out of Phoenix the next day. It was a great choice to stay there and provided me with what I really needed, a comfortable bed and clean shower before a long day of travel. Although I didn't use it the coffee station/breakfast bar was a very nice touch. My host Asheli was great about getting back to me when I had questions. It was a great location, about a half an hour from Phoenix Sky International airport, and close to downtown Gilbert where there was a plethora of restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying at The Farmhouse if you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, and welcoming.

Great place if staying in Mesa. Very clean and owners are super responsive. Love the breezeway and the kitchen is the perfect size. Very neat place. Note: futon is for a small child. No adult should sleep on it....rock hard. Perfect place for a couple or single. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem! It's hard to believe this cute little place is in a backyard, feels cozy and airy at the same time. Bright and welcoming. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The bed is adjustable which was awesome, especially for watching movies! Great location not far from anything you need.

We were just in town for a couple nights and Anita & Aaron's little "casita" was perfect. Very clean and very cozy. Checking in and out was simple. Just wish we had visited when it was a bit warmer because the pool looked very inviting! We'll definitely keep their place in mind for our next visit!

I had a lovely experience staying at Anita and Aaron's guest house Casita! I was in town for a wedding, and it was great having a small place with all the amenities I needed and more. It was very clean and the perfect size for someone traveling by themselves, or with someone else. They also have very clear and descriptive instructions for how to use their facilities/amenities, and what to do before check-out. Through out our exchanges of messages, it was clear just how helpful and accomidating Aaron and Anita are as hosts and as people. I was able to meet Aaron for a few minutes as I was rushing to get to the wedding, and he was very kind and hospitable. I'd definitely recommend staying with Aaron and Anita!

My boyfriend & I took a small vacation out to AZ & decided this cute Airbnb was the one for us! The location is very centralized, closed to a little bit of everything. It was clean, cute, and perfect for a weekend getaway!

It was so easy to check in here. She gives photos so you know where to park and enter and how to get in. When your tired from a long flight the last thing you want to do is drive up and down the street looking for the space or struggle with some hidden latch you don’t know about. The host is also very quick to respond to questions.

Nice place, close to dog park, felt safe walking my dog at night, small enclosed outdoor patio, there are two flights of stairs to top floor where the bedroom is but wasn't too much of a problem. Overall a good stay.

It was a wonderful place with plenty of space and true to the photos. The location is excellent! Be sure to take a walk or run on the adjacent trail and tranquil riparian preserve that is a short walk from the home.

The place is super clean, clear check in instructions. When you get accepted to stay at Tina's place, wait for 2-5 minutes and you will get a string of check in instructions into your email. They are very clear. The place is in a good neighborhood approximately 30min from Phoenix downtown.

Nancy's home was very comfortable, cute, and easy to get to, and she was prompt with messages during my stay. The private rooms and bath are as described and very comfortable. I used a few kitchen basics available (plates, cups, microwave), and dishes were conveniently labeled in cabinets. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler with a rental car. If you're staying at Nancy's home, I highly suggest visits to the Desert Botanical Gardens, Usery Mountain Park, Sunnyside Breakfast Lounge, Sweetz Cold Brew, and Chupacabra Taproom. Downtown Gilbert is also a great place for a night out.

Andrew’s guesthouse is just as described and very comfortable. The location is ideal! It’s not too far from the Riparian Preserve, Gilbert Heritage District, Superstition Mountains and numerous shopping destinations. We had a great time and hope to visit again!

Frank's place was a great first experience with Airbnb. He answered questions quickly and was easy to get in touch with. The place was clean, comfortable, and catered to travelers. We didn't stay long enough to utilize all the amenities, but there are plenty of them: pool, xbox, DVDs, basic foodstuffs (coffee, tea, spaghetti, spices, oil), desk space; and a backyard. Sheets on the bed were so soft!

I just stayed one night for a short transition, but it is very close to downtown Chandler, walkable (~15-20 min) and a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and my room and bed comfy with a pleasant smell. Hosts were responsive and check-in easy.

Perfect stay for myself, my wife, and our dog. Excellent communication. Nice turf patio and bbq grill. My wife worked from the home all week and had good success with the wifi. Bed was very comfortable. The place looked to be recently renovated and the pictures were accurate. We did have a neighbor in the other unit, but we never heard them. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location (walking access to Light Rail and restaurants, plus park across street for dog-walking), well-stocked amenities (special touches in kitchen and bathroom), caring hosts (timely responses to questions, and had fan and lights on for late arrival), and up-to-date stylish accommodations. Have a car? Want to cook your own meals? This is a fantastic, affordable location on the outskirts of Phoenix with plenty of room and enough kitchen utensils to cook a turkey dinner. The pictures are accurate. The guest house is spacious, and there's a nice sitting area on the porch. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the laundry facilities, but if you want to do laundry plan to do so in the daytime because they are located in the bedroom and rather loud. Top notch value. Recommended!

The guesthouse is in the back of the main home. The area in Mesa is awesome , very close to the mountain trails for hiking. Area is in the east side of Mesa which was easy to navigate wherever a person wanted to go. Guesthouse is very comfortable and private from public area which was important to us. We stayed a month and were very content. I recommend Guesthouse to all Airbnb guests.

We stayed 2 nights, but I wished I had planned longer. This guest apartment is better than pictured! Our host, Heather, communicated Check in and out instructions perfectly and we met her briefly as her family lives on the property. It appears to be part of a new housing development on the very northern edge of Mesa and is very quiet and traffic is light. Plan to bring some groceries, as the apartment has a full kitchen and there did not appear to be any restaurants in the immediate blocks surrounding the home. PLEASE explore the trails of Usery Mountain park with access just north of the home and stop at all the sites along the beautiful Apache trail and the Superstition mountains. It was also easy to get to other sites via the 202 hwy. This apartment was a great location for us.

Another exceptional Airbnb stay. Rene's place was comfortable and well stocked but the main attraction was the pool! We actually skipped a whole day of sightseeing to lounge by the pool. My daughter said she thought Rene's pool was better than going to Maui! So, needless to say we'll be back. We also had a fun family night at organ stop pizza right down the street!

We loved staying here! The house was clean, well laid out and had everything we could have asked for (even the grocery card for the local store!) We also loved the neighborhood including the hot tub across the street! I would definitely stay again!

As all other reviewers have stated, Rene has a tastefully furnished and fabulous town home. Everything one would need is supplied. The clubhouse is exceptional and the fitness room is wonderful. The heated pool and hot tubs are great, even in winter. It was also a pleasure communicating with Rene.

Carolyn gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had what we needed. There are comfy armchairs and a front stoop by the flowers for morning coffee. The bathroom has his and her sinks to avoid bumping elbows in the morning.

Clean and accommodating. The desperate space is walled off of the main home. Front entry, front room and private bathroom separated by the walled of kitchen and remaining area of the home. Close corners, but very clean, tidy and close to stores

My stay at the casita was just what I needed. The space is plentiful located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and located near enough to shopping and eating. Hosts are really nice and accommodating. I would stay again.

A great place to stay, many amenities over and above what we expected. It was new, clean and had a good living area, with easy access to the place with your own entry. Felt like a 5 Star hotel. It is 30 minutes West of the airport with easy access via 202.

I was in Mesa for the marathon and stayed at Cheryl's place. This was the perfect location, about a 20 minute walk from the finish line. Plenty of room for stretching and rolling out my tired muscles in the spacious bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the unit had everything you would need. I was particularly grateful for the filtered water. The unit had easy access to entertainment, groceries and to the Interstates. If I’m back in the Phoenix area, I would definitely stay here again.

A very handy location to Sky Harbor and anywhere in the East Valley or Southern Arizona. Cheryl has ready for you, a wonderful lady.

Great place for a work trip!

Great place to stay! Very clean, had everything we would need plus extra nice touch of a kuerig with coffee pods and bottled water for drinking. The bed was very comfortable. No problems checking in with the keypad with code. Highly recommend this space!

This place is impeccable! Terri is a great host and the house is beautiful. Communication is quick; all amenities are the best / bathroom is perfect and beautifully decorated and the room is quiet and comfortable. Access to everything in Phoenix area. Best place !

Great location if wanting Gilbert as a center.

Terri's home is beautiful in a lovely neighbourhood. The bedroom is small but comfortable, with access to the kitchen and sitting room. Terri is welcoming and warm while giving you privacy. It was a good experience for my first Airbnb.

This private casita is so comfy! The bed is nice and firm which is a must for me. The towels were so luxurious and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Kylie was an incredibly kind host and I can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend this casita.

Kylie and her family were very sweet and wonderful hosts. They have a beautiful safe space which was overall within a 30 minute distance to anywhere you would want to go explore. Gilbert is one of our favorite places to visit with awesome shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Very comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we needed! The price was great as well! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and we loved how close we were to shops and restaurants! Kylie was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property is amazingly beautiful and spacious, privacy is easily achieved although the hosts are more than happy to meet and greet. The private space is plenty, everything but a kitchen, which is just a short walk across the yard. Wish I would have booked more nights but only did 2. The property booked 6 more scheduling’s and I wasn’t fast enough. If given the opportunity, I would pack up now and head back in a heartbeat. Thank you guys again!

I only stayed at Tina’s place for one night but I must say this was such a nice place. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Definitely recommend!

Tina is super communicative and gives you everything you need to know about your room and the house before you get there. The rooms have the cleanliness and the presence of a hotel room but the warmness of a home. There were even little pamphlets about local spots to visit in town. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the Phoenix area!! We stayed a full week at Tina and Robert’s while in town for some Spring Training games. Very clear instructions and as a result we found their home easily, despite arriving at night after a long day driving. Warmly welcomed on arrival! Comfortably settled in right away. No difficulty finding what we needed in the house. The odd thing I couldn’t find or needed help with was quickly resolved by either Tina remotely or Robert on the spot. Plenty of space to eat, relax, read or watch TV in the lounge after a day at the ball park. House is both extremely clean and comfortable. Beds were great! There is an interesting nature preserve right near by with multiple ponds and wildlife - great for a morning walk. I would definitely stay with Tina and Robert again!

4 bedrooms with two shared bathrooms. Very well maintained house with nice floors and clean new carpets. Owner very attentive. It’s a shared space but I found the people there when I was there were very quiet and considerate. It was much more peaceful than a hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and Tina was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect place for a stopover. Clean, safe, spacious. The very nearby Observatory has free Friday and Saturday viewing. My Phoenix go-to!

We always stay at Shawn's place when we are in the area. Her place is clean and ready when we arrive. In addition, Shawn always responds promptly to emails. I would highly recommend.

Shawn's place was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to every place we were visiting. Definitely recommend staying here. Easy check in to extra linens, was just perfect.

Shawn's place is just as the pictures advertise! It's a little dated, but it has everything you need and is well stocked. The added twin bed in the loft makes for a great extra spot for kids to sleep or even hang out in. Shawn was very easy to contact and was flexible with a few small accommodations that we asked for. It's a great place to stay for the price and we will look for it again when we are in that area.

Spacious, clean rental within driving distance to great hiking, horseback riding, food and dancing! Shawn is a great host!

Whenever I stay at beautifully decorated and accommodating places like this just please remember to leave the place nice and be amazing to these people so they keep opening up thier homes for us. I was lucky to find this gem for me and my girlfriend. It was quiet, we had our own bathroom and privacy. I love clean air bnbs. She put many cute little touches everywhere. So thoughtful

I wasn’t sure about staying IN a house with strangers, but it was surprisingly refreshing to be in a HOME. My husband and I had the Master Bedroom which is downstairs; upstairs Heather and her daughter share a room and the other bedroom is for other Airbnb guests. I was fortunate to be there on days when Heather’s hair salon (off of the kitchen) was open and was able to get an appointment! It was peaceful even though people are coming and going, but so were we. We would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed there twice as it’s a very good value and close to the airport!

Very clean and comfortable room. Heather is very clear in communication and willing to accommodate needs. Sad we didn't make any popcorn or coffee, but we were out and about most of the stay.
