Tropical Mountain Valley Casita

This is one of two houses on a 2.5 acre lot with desert trees, palms, and lot of aloe Vera. There is a pool, playground, and a child sized ride on train. This is a newly remodeled house with a grey wood tile floor. The kitchen has a full-size side by side fridge, cooktop, and is stocked with cooking necessities. It also has private drive and entrance with a patio and grill. A castle gate next to the house creates a unique area to relax in. The area is quiet and dark, great for star gazing.

Table top bar that can also be used as a desk. Small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and grill.

No washer/dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. Bath tub drains slowly. Studio is not suitable for *any* animals.
