Chalet with one bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, a bathroom suite/social, kitchen integrated with the living rooms, TV, refrigerator, grill, cooktop and basic kitchen utensils. A seaside cottage near bars, restaurants and a number of beaches that you can get to in a few minutes. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to this Brazilian Caribbean. The most peaceful location in the region, in front of the natural pools and a few meters from the Caminho de Moisés and Antunes Beach. Private parking, we have a day and night caretaker. Comfort, convenience and privacy.

🏠 Seaside waterfront in Peroba Beach with warm and crystal clear waters that at low tide form very attractive and relaxing natural pools. We have 1 Stand Up Board, 1 Kayak, Beach chairs, frescobol , etc. Due to the privileged location on the border with the states AL/PE it is possible to visit beautiful PE beaches: São J. Coroa Grande, Praia dos Carneiros and Porto de Galinhas and coastline of AL: Antunes, Barra Grande("Caminho de Moisés"),Ponta de Mangue, Maragogi and more. It's guaranteed fun!

It has 2 en-suites and one bedroom, 1 social bathroom, living/ dining rooms and kitchenette. Rooms with split air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Solar heating for showers. Own generator. Barbecue, oven and wood stove. Energy shared between guests and the owner (20Kw/ day franchise). All this for just 8 guests.

Cozy Flat with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, terrace with hammock, bathroom and aerial service. It also has a smart TV, air conditioning, microwave, cook top, utensils, bed/bath linen and parking. Pets are welcome, but always let them know before they will be part of the stay. I am in the best neighborhood in the city, Carvão, right next to the Center, just 6 minutes walk from Maragogi beach.
