Casa Foot in the Sand, very comfortable, with a wonderful view. All items in perfect condition. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and attentive ( he prepared coffee if he served macaxeira cake on our arrival). I and my family will definitely return .

The stay was very good and the structure of the house made all the difference as we took rainy days and thanks to the structure of the house, the trip was very enjoyable. We had an issue with the water pump that was promptly resolved by Tati, quickly sending someone to solve. I will definitely return and will refer friends to Maragogi.

The house is very well equipped with many kitchen utensils, all rooms with air conditioning, however, attentive to the fact that there is no fan in the living room and this makes the house very hot. Almost didn't even stay in the room because of the heat. We had to stay on the balcony or outside area. We love hosting!!!

We were pleased to return for the 2 time in the accommodation, always very clean and smelling, we feel that the hosting is always prepared with great care and affection, Lídia is a great host, when triggered returns with agility and willingness to help. I look forward to returning soon!!

The apartment is very good in a gated community. Everything in the apartment was new and worked well. For two days we had to work in the apartment and the wi-fi is good. It doesn't have that much speed, but it wasn't a problem for two people. There is also Wi-Fi in the restaurant just across the street, if needed. The condominium is very good with a great swimming pool, restaurant, 24-hour grocery store. The beach in front is good for swimming and the condominium has chairs and umbrellas there.

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Host) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children as well as being on the sand. Also offers chairs, sun umbrella and table. Making everything more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. It has fixed tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
