If you are looking for a break during this challenging time in our beautiful country then come and relax, stress free, at our cottage. Lots of space to walk, bike, run, you can cook for yourselves and isolate in the beautifully decorated cottage...on your own...you don’t need to see anyone and the cottage will be spotlessly clean for your arrival. The cottage is a cute wee cottage that has been fully restored into a modern space with gorgeous fittings, furnishings and design. If you require dinner then please ask. I love cooking and it is no problem to do this! When booking then please ask and we can sort this out!!
We live on State Highway 1, 20 min south of Taihape and 30 minutes north of Bulls. We have 1200 acres here with beautiful views that you are more than welcome to walk over and have lunch 'out the back'! Summer time here is amazing, swimming in the Rangitikei River is a wonderful day out. We are an hour from Ohakune, so easy to get to for some winter skiing. The Feilding Farmers Market every Friday is a great morning out, one of the biggest markets in the country and it's only 40 minutes away. The Wanganui Markets on a Saturday morning is fabulous too with lots of food treats to have and also buy to bring home!
  • Nice and charming house on a farm, felt very welcome. Enough space for 6 people, well equipped kitchen and nice BBQ. Communication was very efficient, we booked almost last minute and everything went smooth.

  • We had the most relaxing 4 days with our small kids. The size of this farm is just unreal. Waking up every day with a beautiful view in this cute styled cottage was amazing. Our kids really loved the sweet pony, the cows in front of our house, our own garden and the river. Beautiful! Oh, and the fresh corn. Yum! Never taste it this good. Would definitly recommend this AirBnb. We’ve seen a lot, and this one is def one of our favorite!

  • Our two nights of accommodations in the farm cottage was wonderful! The cottage was nicely decorated with modern appliances. It was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. Over all the farm was quite, just good fresh New Zealand air! Come and enjoy this farm retreat. Be sure and try one of of Gina’s home cooked meals. We truly enjoyed our stay! Harbor Town Fly Fishing

  • Wow, what an amazing place to stay! I was travelling for work and only needed a simple place to lay my head, but I got so much more. The house is beautiful first off, what a uniquely lovely place to stay. The room and house were extremely tidy. The bed was comfy. But the highlight was breakfast in the morning; muesli with fresh fruit (plums from the garden!), a hearty vege quiche, bacon, muffins and coffee. I felt so spoilt! Would certainly stay again.

    Benjamin2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this beautiful old villa and while the room is small and cosy there's a spacious and comfy sun porch next door in which you can relax and take in the view. It is also centrally located - very close to shops and restaurants. Fiona was very friendly and helpful, she was always available to assist us if we had any questions. We had access to lounge area, patio and kitchen, where we cooked our dinner. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided in the morning at the time most suitable to us (time agreed with Fiona the night before). Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place!

I bought a bank... The old BNZ Bank in Kimbolton is now my home. Eventually the bank (which is almost in its original state) will be properly converted into a self contained B&B. At the moment the "Manager's Office" is a lovely bedroom. The Bank has teller boxes breaking up the space - the second bedroom is actually the original customer section of the bank. Old Teller boxes make a private seating area and office space. A door separates the bank and my home (for shared areas and bathroom).
Located on a very pretty half an acre, with the back of the section looking out over the Oroua Valley to the Ruahines... the perfect place to sit with a drink and relax. The bank is almost true to its original form including the vault and safe (which are currently storage).... If you are interested and the bed configuration or dates are slightly off, do send a message as there may be options which suit and I could change the listing for your booking.
Kimbolton is a lovely little community close to both Cross Hills Gardens and Heritage Park (Rhododendron country) . I'm new to the area and can highly recommend driving the scenic routes, I'm still to explore all the wonderful things I've heard (and read) about. Please see the "irongates" and "manawatu back country road" websites (airBnB doesnt let me show the actual address, so google will help you ) it is possible to spend a week exploring. The Pub is across the road (open from 11am - serves meals and provides takeaways) Hansens Cafe is a few doors down (open three days a week 10am - 4.00pm) The Apiti Tavern is a scenic 15 minute drive away.. they also have a cafe in a lovely setting, but the are not open every day. The Cheltenham Hotel is a 7 minute drive in the other direction.. also have meals 15 Minutes away is Feilding - it has everything you'd need and a fabulous Farmers market on a Friday. If you don't have a rural background I would also recommend the Friday saleyard tour. 35 Minutes to Palmerston North.
  • Somewhere different with a great host.

Just 24km from State Highway 1 you enter the hidden world of Rangiwahia. • My parents stayed at Jim’s place for 4 nights and had a really great stay. The house is old and a little tired, but it’s very comfortable and spacious and in an amazing location. Jim was a kind and generous host and helped make their stay memorable.

    David2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s spot was perfect for us. Very quiet and rural. We arrived late and had no trouble finding it or getting in despite it being dark. The driveway is well marked. The house is one of the most unique homes we have stayed in New Zealand and seemed very authentic. Definitely rustic but that was right up our alley. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back to visit the arts center next time we are in the area.

    Rachel2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Tranquil setting in rural NZ. Jim was friendly with great communication. House was tidy and clean and had everything I needed. Would happily stay again if I was passing through.

    Stacey2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • A great little stop over for us, on our way home to break up the trip. Its in such a quaint little rural spot. And such a loved character home.

    Katherine2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent value!

    Matija2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • We spent two very relaxing days here - it is incredibly peaceful, just what I was wanting. Older house as described with good stove, huge fridge freezer and new TV. Comfy bed. You will need to bring all your food supplies and note there is no microwave (which wasn't an issue for us). A tip for mobile reception - We found the best mobile signal was up behind the house on the road where the cemetery is. Would love to return for another stay - thanks for your fab hospitality Jim!

    Ali2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Our holiday in Rangiwahia was exactly what we needed- beautiful rural setting, peaceful nights, incredible beech forest to walk through, a nearby swimming hole, birds, trees...not to mention the vision and creative energy at the Rangiwahia Environment Arts Centre next door where Jim and his partner live and work. What great people doing amazing things. It's a unanimous vote, we'll be going back to Rangiwahia for sure!

    Kate2020-01-04T00:00:00Z

Fiona made sure my food allergy were taken into consideration too. The bedroom was gorgeous and really comfy. Thanks so much, we'll definitely stay again on our way through.

Siberia Station is isolated, so if your looking for a tranquil experience where you can look at the stars and wake up looking at the hills then come see us. Siberia Station is an iconic hill country farm owned and operated by the Hurley family. Guests have their own private area with tea and coffee facilities, microwave, fridge and home baking for a little treat. Your space is warm and welcoming, the perfect spot to relax. Breakfast is homemade and homegrown produce brought to your door.
Guests will have there own private bathroom inside the main house with an outside compostable toilet for during the night if need be.
Just outside your morning window will be the opportunity to see horse, dog and stock work. The valley is home to all native birds, parrots and cokatoos. A range of animals at your door step too, that love pats and cuddles.
  • Emma and her family are really jind and friendly. The place was very tidy and nice. The Breakfast and cakes were delicious. We would recommend this place to everyone, who want a Location away from the "cities".

    Benedikt2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • This would have to be one of the best Air BnBs we've stayed in anywhere in the world. Emma is an outstanding host, the accommodation is beautifully clean & presented, the bed is super comfy & the home baking just topped it all off! The view from the room is to amazing & there is so much to see and take in just from the window, let alone if you head out for a walk on the farm. Breakfast was wonderful - the french toast is cafe quality! And there are loads of friendly animals to keep you company around the place, plus lots more to see on the farm. Emma & Alex were so generous with their information and knowledge about the farm, their lifestyle & the surrounding areas. We loved learning a bit about life on a large station. A few things to note: you will need to be a confident driver on NZ roads (especially gravel) and I wouldn't suggest taking a camper or large van, etc on these roads. They are narrow and winding, but taken slowly and carefully are a great drive. The property is a wee bit from town and the closest shops, so you need to stock up on dinner supplies before you head to Sibera. The bathroom is in the house, which is about 40 steps from the room but didn't worry us at all (and the bathroom in the house for guests to use is pretty luxurious). If you are looking for a geniune rural Kiwi experience with outstanding hospitality, this is the place to go! We can't wait to come back!

  • Dewy morning roses, being swaddled like a baby in fleece sheets and and an impeccably clean, wonderfully smelling home you will find at Wendy’s. It was everything we needed after a long drive. Plus the stars were everywhere! It was perfect!

  • Wendy, her dog babies and property are lovely. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and enjoyed the bush walks and babbling brooks alongside the paths. Unfortunately we had a cold while we were staying and Wendy was kind enough to offer the use of her diffuser and magical oils to alleviate our congestion. Very kind, knowledgeable, warm welcoming host. Thank you Wendy! I highly recommend

We live in a small, friendly rural community on the Whangaehu River, farming sheep and beef cattle, 40 minutes from Whanganui City, 90 minutes from the ski slopes. We are experienced hosts, HelpX travelers have stayed with us from across the world over the past 10 years. We are offering somewhere different to stay where you can just relax, or bring your kayak and experience two local rivers (Mangawhero & Whangaehu), your horse, mountain bike or walking shoes to explore farm & forestry trails.
Recently renovated, self contained studio accommodation adjacent to, but separate from the main house. Continental breakfast, plus fresh farm eggs, included. Kitchen includes jug, toaster, microwave, fridge, 2 element cook top, water filter, toastie pie machine, nutri blender and BBQ. All crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans etc supplied. Amazing star gazing on clear nights. Somewhere your cellphone wont ring! We are happy to give you a tour of our export kiwifruit orchard, or you can help feed the pet lambs, or calves in Springtime. Collect farm fresh eggs for your breakfast. Or just relax and read your book away from the hustle and bustle. Wanganui is steeped in heritage buildings, fascinating architecture, with Museums, Art Galleries, Glass Blowing Works, a riverside Farmers Market every Saturday morning, 3 movie theatres, many cafes and restaurants, and lovely walks along the riverbank boardwalk or around Virginia Lake. We are just 90 minutes from Ohakune for the keen Skiers. We don't recommend following GPS directions in wet weather from North of Wanganui. Stick to the State Highways as there can be slips on the roads :)
Mangamahu is a small farming & horticulture community, with a local school with currently only 5 students. With no light pollution, we are in an ideal spot to view the Starlink Satellites going overhead.

  • For me the place was terrific, a close up farm experience, cattle, sheep, chickens all within 100 meters of cottage, beautiful country — BUT not for everyone — my travelling companion did get bored. Hosts were caring, informative. Another Feb review that is worth quoting — “ While it is a bit out of the way, if you have the time to enjoy a stay at this farm, do not hesitate. It has complete privacy as it is the last farm on the road. You are surrounded with a peaceful feeling while listening to the sounds of birds, Cows, and sheep. • While it is a bit out of the way, if you have the time to enjoy a stay at this farm, do not hesitate. It has complete privacy as it is the last farm on the road. You are surrounded with a peaceful feeling while listening to the sounds of birds, Cows, and sheep. The views around the farm are beautiful and you can walk the property for different vantage points. The space itself was really nice and perfect for 1-4 travelers. It was so bright and warm feeling when we walked in. It is separate from the house so we he had our privacy as needed but yet we were close enough in case we needed anything. Beth was a wonderful hostess. She had a nice spread of breakfast food set for us which included homemade blueberry muffins, honey, plum jam, and farm, fresh chicken eggs, butter, cream, and milk. There was also bread, tea, coffee, ecereal, fruit, etc. if you do stay here the nearest town is 40 minutes away so I would recommend eating before you get there or bringing something to cook for lunch or dinner. We were not prepared but we had plenty of extra breakfast foods and even offered to make us fish and chips. Beth was a great hostess and communicator. We even had a bit of puppy time with the recent litter. When we left we wished we had stayed several days and just relaxed on the deck, watched the animals, and relaxed. Five stars!!!

Hosts were very friendly and prompt with their responses, offered lots of practical tips. The location is remote and very beautiful- exactly what we were looking for. • 5 stars are not enough to rate our time at Kate and Jill's - this was far and away the best place we've stayed. We had a fantastic time - the house was amazing - the home grown and home cooked meal was delicious - the hospitality and company was great - extremely good value for money. And the icing on the cake was sitting in the sun in the morning on the front porch with 2 very affectionate dogs! Thanks very much everyone.

  • Feb 2020: We stayed at Paula's place for a little over two weeks and cannot speak highly enough about our experience while there. This rental is an incredible value however you gauge it - cost, hospitality, amenities, location...you name it. Mark and Paula are a couple of the nicest people we've ever met, and their friendship, advice, and good humor made this a wonderful trip we'll never forget. They are the best! • This is a home and experience that truly reflects the souls of those who live there. Heartwarming hospitality and charming in every way. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and comfortable after a grueling hike over the Tongariro Crossing. We had one of the best nights sleep of our lives. Spotless and clean, very spacious, super comfortable bed. Meal prep was easy with their kitchen set up and appliances. Do not hesitate! Book your stay, here in Kieitea.

  • Fantastic place to stay - the hosts were welcoming and but very respectful of our privacy, and very generous. They were also very accommodating when we got confused about the date of our booking! It was extremely comfortable and quiet and well equipped. A great location for exploring bush tracks and for cycling - we stayed 5 days and would happily go back - there is much more to explore in the area.

  • Idyllic setting, quiet and relaxing. Spotlessly clean, cozy and stylish, overlooking an organic garden. Excellent amenities, home baking treats and numerous options for breakfast and snacking. Thoughtful personal touches throughout the property. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. A great find - highly recommended. Thanks You.

  • Paula’s cottage apartment is beautifully decked out and she has literally thought of everything. With freshly baked rolls, along with all the ingredients to cook a big country breakfast each morning and some Brie, olives, fruit and yogurt in the fridge we felt so at home. This is s gem of place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful district surrounding the property or to relax and enjoy some reading....all just a couple of hours from Wellington. Oh how we hope to return! Thank you Paula and Mark!

    Narelle2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent accommodation in a farmstay-like setting. Paula and Mark went the extra distance providing a selection of delicious treats and various thoughtful touches which made staying with our 7 month old daughter a very enjoyable experience. Loved seeing the lambs, ducks, hens and calves, and the organic garden is a wonder. Rural attractions in the vicinity included 2 x formal gardens and country pubs, cafes and stores etc. Feilding is a short drive away and has everything you might need. Highly recommended!!

    Amy2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • A slice of paradise... such a beautifully restored cottage. So clean, comfortable and cozy. Thanks for your warm hospitality, home-baking and treats and gorgeous cottage. Tastefully done and stunning. The wee extras including arriving in the rain with the heater on, the home baking and letting our 7yo play in the garden complete with a tree house! Such a delight and rural treat. Your family were a joy to chat with and we felt like we were all leaving friends. We hope to return one day soon. Thank you.

  • Without a doubt, the best place we’ve ever stayed on AirBnb. Pictures and words hardly do justice to the rustic but well equipped cabin, which is situated on the river amongst the rolling New Zealand hills. Callum - our host - couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Highlight of our New Zealand trip. Thank you very much for having us!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our time away together on our anniversary. It was a private slice of heaven. From the swimming hole to the outdoor bath to the fire under the stars, and the luxurious cabin, we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys.

  • This cabin is situated in remote surroundings. Very clean, and the outside bath was a perfect touch. Great place for a bushwalk and to view native birds. The river is close by, and the hosts kindly drove guests to and from the cabin. Great place to stay to just relax.

Rangitikei River Views is a character 12 meter container home overlooking the beautiful Rangitikei River. Very private accommodation surrounded by farmland. If peace and quiet is what you are after then look no further as you are completely off the grid it’s just the sound of nature. As we are completely off the grid there is no electrical appliances at bach (microwave, hair dryer, tv etc) but everyone that has stayed just loves this back to basics living yet still has everything you need.
The main house hosts a bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity - kitchen & lounge area with pull out queen sofa bed for extra couple or the kids. A Rayburn wood burner for all heating & cooking or bbq on the deck as this unique home is completely off the grid
Hunterville is only a short 10 minute drive away. It has two pubs that both cater meals, Hunters Cafe, two petrol stations and Taylor’s offers groceries and a bottle store. Rangatira Golf Course is 10 minutes North. Only 2 hours to Taupo & 2 and half hours from Wellington
  • Rugged and scenic stay by a wild river with beautiful cliff views. You can walk to the river to swim and hunterville is a five minute drive away. Bex was very helpful and responsive. The property is quite basic with no electricity, no wifi and no air conditioning and in the heat of January it can be quite stifling. Probably fine throughout most of the rest of the year. Bed is comfortable. A big property to explore / become friends with the cows. The hot water is a bit unpredictable when coming out of taps. Overall if you are in for an authentic , bush style rural adventure it’s grand. Views of the stars and sounds of the river.

River Valley is one of just a handful of Adventure Lodges in New Zealand. We are situated in the wilds of Taihape, next to the beautiful Rangitikei River. Very definitely not a mainstream tourist area! Within our extended family we can lay claim to three generations of Rafting and Horse Trekking Guides. Unique amongst adventure operators.  Experience knowledge and insights that have been treasured and added to over decades by the family.
Rate includes 1 night in a Deluxe Garden Ensuite Room (double or twin). Enjoy a high standard of comfort after your day of adventure! Each room features it’s own unique decor. Each bathroom has under floor heating and is tiled in it’s own distinctive pattern reflecting the local environment. Each of the guest rooms can be either double or twin. Each room also has tea and coffee making facilities.
We are located approximately 30kms from the nearest town of Taihape (between Wellington and Taupo off state highway 1). We are an Adventure Lodge. We highly value getting out on both the river and land, exploring, experiencing, normally by raft or horseback . If being outside cell phone reception for more than a few minutes is a major issue, or where shopping is a an essential part of your day – then this is not the place for you!

  • High Peaks is well worth getting off the beaten track for, the scenery is stunning and we had the most warm welcome from Michelle. We were very comfortable and cosy in the cottage and the highlight of our stay was the tour by Stuart around the farm and up to the highest peak. Fantastic views and wonderful friendly people, wish we had longer.

    Susannah2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle was an incredible host - she was so warm, friendly and inviting but also allowed us our own space. This place exceeded our expectations and we all left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The views from the top of the farm were also sensational. We'll definitely be back!

    Meriana2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle and Stu were amazing hosts. Michelle left farm fresh eggs for us. Stu took time out of his busy day to take us on a tour of the farm. Very relaxing stay and good to be away from WiFi and phone.

  • The farm stay was such a delight! Michelle and Stuart are very nice and the view on top of the farm is stunning. Most fantastic view we've seen in North island :D Everything is so peaceful and good. Lovely animals all around but still the cottage is clean and tidy. Really worth staying for several days on holiday. We would certainly want to come back and stay for longer :) Thanks again!!

    Bella2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • A fantastic retreat on a stunning piece of farmland. The view from the top of the farm has to be one of the finest on the North Island.

    Matthew2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • So cosy, beautiful, friendly to visit and absolutely stunning to be shown around the property! Lots of space, toys and pets for little one to play with, a warm fire and green views out of every window, with books to read and lovely spots to relax offline. Michelle and Stuart thank you we all loved our stay! We are grateful to rest there, and see such a wonderful part of New Zealand with you.

Whether you're coming to Waiouru for a specific occasion, or just for some well-earned R&R, this is the place you've been looking for - comfortable beds, endless hot water and free WiFi. Close to skiing, fishing, hunting, tramping and bike trails - and the highest 18-hole golf course in New Zealand is only minutes away. Mordor and Mt Doom are just up the road. Or you can explore our country's history and your own part in it at the National Army Museum.
The apartment is cosy, private and self-contained, with its own bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette and deck. The beds are comfortable, the hot water is endless, and the WiFi is free.
Waiouru is the southern gateway to both the Desert Road (SH1) and the Adventure Highway (SH49). It's an ideal base from which to discover all that the Central Plateau has to offer. See the other side of the mountain: ski Tukino as well as Turoa and Whakapapa; explore the Rangipo Desert, Te Onetapu and Ngauruhoe - for LOTR fans, that's Mordor and Mt Doom. Walk the trails and visit the nature reserves that most visitors never see. The world-famous Tongariro Crossing is an easy drive away, but there are many other hiking and tramping tracks, huts, nature reserves and other places of interest. Other opportunities include, climbing, fishing, hunting, and mountain-biking. As well the world-famous Tongariro National Park, access to the Kaimanawa Forest Park is a short drive away. Waiouru is well-known for its Army connections. From 1940 onward, generations of our soldiers have done their training and their balloted national service here. We are particularly happy to host them and their families for reunions or graduations - or simply to revisit and remember days gone by. For those interested in learning about our country's military history, the National Army Museum, with its library and archives, is just around the corner. The National Army Marae and the more recent Garden of Reflection are also close. Golfers, here's your chance to play a round at the highest 18-hole golf course in New Zealand - just minutes away.

  • What a beautiful farm stay this was! The farm cottage was immaculate with homely touches! Rita gave us a guided tour around the grounds and inside of the property giving us insight into how the cottage ran during the era of it’s original owners. Rita went above and beyond for us which took the stress out of travelling with a young child! Will definitely come back and recommend to others! Thank you so much!

The house is a living piece of New Zealand history. And you could get closer to lovely alpacas as a bonus. You just can't beat this place. And of course it's sparkling clean and quite.

Set in an idyllic country setting, this lifestyle block is only 10 minutes from Feilding but it feels like a world away! At TEN54 Makino you can retreat to the farm and also enjoy the native bush walks and Makino stream. Bambi and Bam, the pet lambs, love a scratch behind the ears and if take some sheep nuts with you, they'll love you for life. You might see the Kereu up close by or the Fantails fluttering around the Panga Ferns. And on a clear night the night sky canvas is simply stunning!
  • Wendy responded straight away when I messaged her. She explained that she had shone friends staying and would I mind having the Queen room, not having seen it I agreed. I was very happy with having a queen sized bed. Wendy's place is a lifestyle block, it has all the advantages of a farm, the Bush while being close to Fielding (which is a really sweet place and has all the amenities you could need. Wendy Tom me on a walk through the Bush with her two border collies and her friends and pointed out the planes and birds, it was really interesting. She has some lambs that you can touch and some sheep that are wild. It's a really peaceful place to stay, especially I'd you want to get away from the modern world and leave your gadgets behind. I had the use of my bedroom, the dining room, the bathroom and the kitchen as well as being able to wash my clothes. Wendy is very enthusiastic about clean living and explained how to keep the house clean without chemicals, she even has a massage and therapy room upstairs where four a further fee she does raindrop massage therapy. To top it all she has a swimming pool, which is such a bonus on hot days. It was like a mini holiday. I was able to park my van her driveway which made staying there so convenient. I would recommend staying with Wendy, you will live her enthusiasm and knowledge and leave feeling refreshed.

Wi-Fi throughout park!! Note: this is in a tourist park/caravan park on the main road between Taupo and Wellington. I wasn't aware of this being a tourist park until later (though I never looked as I really don't mind) Lovely little touch regarding ear plugs in pods if required for the road noise. The accommodations were so clean (even the kitchen and bathrooms!) and we loved all the family friendly things to do on the farm!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!! We stayed in one of the huts and it was great to have a fridge, electricity, our own water spigot, and even a little heater! It was great also to have a little chair the folded out as a cot for our daughter. This was a wonderful safe, clean, and FUN family experience!

  • Great space, love the feel of the pod and the wood aroma, holds the day's heat nicely too.

  • The hut is really nice and cosy. For us it was perfect as a one night stopover.

Tucked away at the base of the Ruahine Ranges and Mt. Aorangi, on the banks of the Rangitikei River, River valley lodge is the perfect escape from the stress of every day life. The lodge has always been family owned and run, and started out on the family farm. Being away from the main tourist centres, we have tended to develop systems and ways of doing things that are often unique to us. This approach is quite holistic, whether it be Natural Horse Training at the Stables, growing our own vegetables for the Lodge kitchen, having an extended family relationship within the staff, or doing practical things for the natural environment. This rate includes 1 night in a Deluxe Riverside Ensuite Room (double or twin). Our 3 Riverside rooms are in their own block, right next to the Rangitikei River. Enjoy a high standard of comfort after your day of adventure! Each of our rooms features it’s own unique decor.
