This place was great. It was clean (always a must), comfortable, cozy and convenient to public transportation and the village. The condo had everything that we needed, including a nicely stocked kitchen. The hosts were great (friendly, helpful and responsive). Definitely a great place to stay if you are in Mammoth.

Kaia's rental was a great spot within walking distance of the village. Unlike most rentals I'm used to, the kitchen was super nicely stocked with high quality cookware and sharp (!) knives. Having two full bathrooms was a must for our group of 6, and it was nice to have one on each floor. Kaia made sure before we booked that we would all have a comfortable place to sleep. Two people slept on the pull-out couch downstairs, and four of us slept in the loft bedroom on the bed and nice foam mattress. There were a couple minor issues upon check-in as a result of the previous guests, but Kaia was helpful and responsive. The hot tub was awesome!!!

Great spot in the mountains. Host is very very responsive and accommodating. I asked if she had a crockpot and in addition to her immediate reply , she went out and purchased one for us ! Loved the hot tub and ability to bring our pup. Would stay again. Thank you very much !

This condo is very centrally located - close to both The Village and Canyon Mountain and right by a trolley stop. We were a family of five and though there were enough beds it was pretty tight. The place has basically everything you might need but it is very dated and some things were not working (blinds, shower knob, etc). Sergey did respond to the issues when we contacted him but there were quite a few and definitely more than we wanted to be dealing with on our vacation. The hot tub, game room and laundry room (coin operated) are actually two buildings down which we were not aware of and does make a difference when it's cold and snowing outside. If you don't plan to spend much time hanging out in the condo then it is a fine place to lay your head after a great day on the mountain.

This condo is perfectly situated between Canyon Lodge and the Village. It has every amenity you need and is clean and comfortable. We will try to stay here any time we come to Mammoth!

Terrific place. Much bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to Vons, tons of shops, and shuttle to mountain. Parking was easy, the place was spotless, and overall it was just a really great pad. Would love to go there again.

Great place to stay over in Mammoth

This unit is located in the center of town and is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It needs a remodel as it's a bit tired especially compared to all the other Airbnb places I've stayed at. I thought the cleaning fee is a bit high and the quality suspect as the oven was just terribly filthy.

There are 2 jacuzzis and a dry sauna onsite. The jacuzzis fit about 6-7 people comfortably. When we were there, only 1 had working jets but the jets were great. Rob was a great host on the condo had all we needed. Pellet stove cranks heat and that was great! Recommend this place to travelers.

Rob is a great host. He was so communicative, responsive and accommodating. The condo was in great shape and quite comfortable. Top flight provisions and amenities.

I liked to stay at Rob's place. Rob was on the last minute trip, but he had all necessary set up done for us. His friend welcomed us and helped us. Overall great experience.

Caleb's place was very welcoming and cozy, and made our stay at Mammoth enjoyable. It is close to pretty much everything around Mammoth, which made for an easy drive to the store or the ski lifts. He answered our questions promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would happily stay here again.

The location was fantastic - easy access to everything and walking distance from our favorite coffee shop in Mammoth. Shawn did a good job of fixing the place and giving it a modern look. The location of the place is central and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a nicely remodeled one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of shopping and some good restaurants. The owner, Shawn, was very responsive to inquiries and when we had an issue with getting the door to lock properly. The complex itself was OK, other tenants were friendly, but when the upstairs neighbors were up and walking around at 6:30 in the morning, it woke us up as well. The unit is not particularly easy to find and there is not easy access from the parking lot. This unit would be great for younger renters who are up early and out taking advantage of all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer.

Shawn was a great host. His condo is really convenient for the mammoth bus system and easy to get to. The place is clean and well equipped. There are restaurants and other stores immediately nearby that are walkable and is only down the street from Vons. Great place and a great stay. Thanks Shawn!

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, comparing to other places we've stayed in Mammoth. The updates that were done to this apartment, made the difference. Maybe the bed in the bedroom could have a firmer mattress, but that might be a personal preference :) We would always go back there. Shawn is very professional and prompt with any questions we had. We had a great time in Mammoth. Condo is very central to activities and restaurants. Had all the things we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The check in was super easy and the apartment was clean. Had a great time exploring and visiting the Devils Postpile National Monument. Great location with lots of amenities around the area, all within walk distance.

We loved the place Shawn had! Like he says it's a bit older but he has certainly redone a lot of it and it works very well for mammoth trips! Very close to canyon lodge and shops! Great bathroom and shower and the tips he gave on the heating worked well. Will definitely be back.

The host was available and the condo was clean and ready for our stay. We visited in the summer and the neighborhood seemed to be a lot of locals. It was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. There was road noise as well as late night soccer games in the parking lot below. The beds (sofa and main) both need updating but other appliances worked fine. Parking was not assigned but we were lucky enough to get a spot each day. It is close to vons and several restaurants if you want to leave your car parked.

Great location. We stayed with another couple and our dog. The 5 of us fit great. The place have everything you need, a fire place to keep the room warm, full kitchen, close proximity to grocery, gas, food, and the slopes. Mark is great with communication. He lives in the area so that helpful incase it's snowing super hard and you need some advise (like we did ). He's a wonderful host !

A perfect place for 4 people! The condominium area isn't the prettiest, but the house was exactly what we needed and really well done, and well located.

The Good: Great location (on main shuttle/trolley line), responsive host, and easy check-in. Good shower pressure with ample hot water. Good hair dryer. The Not-So-Good: The pellet fireplace/heater had a mind of its own. When it's on, it's an inferno with rumbling sounds at peak flames. If someone sleeps in the living room, they better be a heavy sleeper. Overnight, it stopped working temporarily because the pellets stopped dispensing = woke up feeezing. The pillows need a refresh, the ones in the bedrooms are lumpy, the ones for the sleeper were smelly. There are details that can easily be shored up to elevated the unit (showerhead shoots out the top a bit, there's a gap between the stove and fridge that needs painting, etc.) Overall, it's a good place that serves its purpose. The pictures are accurate. Sleep is the biggest thing for me and the noisy/temperamental heater and subpar pillows really did me in.

I loved staying here. The feel and coziness of the place was perfect for my three day vacation!

Mark's place is really cozy. Super easy check in/out, and Mark seemed friendly and was easy to communicate with. Wood pellet stove was fantastic, bed and sheets were soft and comfy! Place feels darker than it looks in photos. Partly because of dark decor, and partly because there is so much snow right now that the bedroom window was boarded up to protect it! So don't plan on waking up to the sunrise. Not a big deal though - the snow made it totally worth it! Don't expect luxury, but do expect to be really comfortable when staying here.

It was great staying at Mark's place in Mammoth Lakes. The condo is close to a number of restaurants as well as Footloose Sports, where you can rent bikes and other outdoor gear. Mark was a great host, and we loved the condo's lock system, which doesn't require keys, so you don't have to worry about finding the keys on arrival or getting locked out. All in all, we had a great weekend in Mammoth and hope to come back in the future!

Comfy spot to lay your head. Would not recommend for a one night stay. Felt the property was underwhelming when you add the 85 cleaning fee to a one night stay. 230 for a place that has only one bed for one night felt a bit much. Didn't appreciate the note about taking out trash, doing dishes and cleaning up otherwise we'll charge you more -- considering the large fee for cleaning I'm not sure what the cleaner would have had to do apart from change the sheets.

Lovely apartment, great location, easy to find, electronic door access takes away the hassle of coordinating check in.

Perfect place for a couple. Right near everything. Super clean remodel. Affordable. What impressed me most was how perfectly the place was designed. A fire place that turns on automatically to heat. Easy to access keycode system, stainless appliances. Would give it a 6th star if could.

We stayed here for one night because we decided to come up a day early/before the storm hit. Nathan was easy to communicate with and the location was easy to find. Overall, the place was nice and the location was great! Unfortunately because the storm hit in the middle of the night, the plows started moving snow at about 3AM. The plows pushed the snow from the highway to the secluded area behind the house for the remainder of the night and through the morning; making it tough to sleep. In the morning, we were able to walk to P3 and get our boards waxed and the simplicity of that was really nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nathan's place. The space was cozy and convenient (right next to Schat's!) and generally well furnished. I thought the price was fair considering it's distance from the village. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

Great place

What a fantastic spot to land after a long drive to the mountains. The place was impeccably clean and in fact even better in person than the pictures. Every amenity worked great, from the fireplace, to the smart TV to the hot tub, couldn't have felt more at home. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was really well appointed for an Airbnb (and I'm a chef so this means a great deal to me!). A very short walk to Canyon Lodge was really the major selling point. So convenient! Masha was extremely helpful with any question I had, as well as responsive and courteous! Will book again! Can't wait for another epic season in Mammoth!

Was pretty much exactly the kind of place I was looking for, a nice condo very close to Canyon Lodge/where I was going to be going snowboarding. A noise issue that arose during my stay was quickly taken care of. Masha was very accessible communication-wise.

The condo is great. It was spacious, everything you could need, large lounge, kitchen area, master bedroom. The place was modern TVs for the kids, a great fire, 10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge for ski lessons etc. Hot tub just a short walk away which was great. An enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends

Very convenient to the slopes...walking distance

This condo was great! Location was perfect for skiing (we loved the walking-distance proximity to Canyon Lodge!) -and the first floor location within Chamonix was ideal. House was well stocked, very clean, and was exactly the cozy fit we needed for 4 adults. Hosts were easy to reach, very communicative and friendly - highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Casey's condo in Mammoth Mountain. Casey was very responsive to out questions, and gave us valuable tips for our stay. The condo was spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). We loved the fire place and jacuzzy (which is just steps away from the condo). The kitchen is basic (there is no dishwashing machine), but has a large fridge, stove, and table for 4. The condo is newly renovated, and was very clean upon our arrival. There was plenty of parking, and the location is ideal, being close to restaurants, ski rental shop, and also not too far from the ski lifts. The bed in the condo was very comfy, and there is also a pull out couch in the living room. We also loved the extra lavabo/wash room to dry the wet ski clothes. The only negative perhaps was that the windows/views of the condo are facing the bland parking lot, although there is a bit of views of mountains also. Overall I can highly recommend Casey's condo! We had a great stay! Thank you Casey!

Overall, we had a great time staying at Casey's Condo in Mammoth! However, there seemed to be a number of items in the condo that were falling apart or on the verge of coming apart, including: the sink faucet, two of the chairs, TV cable box, lights (wiring), coffee cups, screens on the deck doors, etc. That said, it's impossible to say whether these items are the host's fault, or if the previous people to stay at the condo really did a number on it. One final note: the neighbors were very noisy during the day, but were quiet at night. While the items mentioned above were a bit of a drag, I do have to reiterate that overall we had a good time staying at the Condo, and in general, we would recommend it! Come explore Mammoth!

Casey was just so nice, super responsive to messages and always making sure to let us know to contact her if we needed anything. The place was perfect for us, had everything we needed and it was really close to the bus stop to go up to the mountain.

I loved that it was a nice adequate size for 2 adults and 2 young children who enjoyed the bedroom and television. The kitchen was functional and included stainless steel cookware plus syrup. The spa and sauna are super and the location is great for a quick drive to Canyon Lodge. All was neat and clean.

The location of the place was easy to find. Parking is easy to find too. All questions I had were all answered very quickly. The place had towels and blankets provided.

Although we are world travelers,... This was our first Airbnb.... As such comparisons are difficult.... The unit was clean and convenient.

The place was just as described and had more than enough room for 10 people. Anya was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we felt welcome during our stay. There was no problem getting into the place, and we will definitely book again when going to Yosemite!

Great location. Clean but showing signs of wear and tear in some places. Perfectly pleasant stay.

Anya is amazing and quick to respond to any issues. She was very accommodating to get us checked a little earlier. We were slightly disappointed with the area the condo is located. Not that there are any "bad" places in mammoth. It just didn't feel as luxurious as surrounding homes and condos. A lot of things were newer and updated in the condo however the counters and bathrooms were not. And the heating system isn't very efficient.

Found this gem and was able to book this place for a couple days during a busy spring break. This place is great for a close knit group of friends or even a small family. It had more than enough room for myself and 3 others. It's conveniently located by Vons and a few other restaurants. The bus stop is also located right around the corner, which we took advantage of to get to the lodge. Anya was very prompt with her responses so I didn't feel lost in a new city. I will definitely be back to book this place again for my future visits.

Once the host realized her condo's heater did not work, she stopped communicating with me. She never offered to call a maintenance guy to fix the problem. My family stayed in a condo that had no heating for the living room, the hallway, and the loft where there were four beds. It hovered around 50 degrees for most of the time we were there. If you have a family, especially with little ones, or if you don't want to be cold, I strongly recommend not staying here. We stayed in the winter, and we had been looking forward to being in a nice place, warm and cozy. What an expensive bummer this experience was. It felt like the host didn't really care about our experience at her place.

Wonderful, spacious cabin! So cozy and great location. The shower head is a little short, and we had to bring our own soap, but otherwise our stay was better than we could have hoped for!

Traci is very warm hearted. It is great to stay in the nice cabin. The town is one of the best places to visit. Definitely revisit again.

Traci accommodated my late arrival, we had a nice chat one afternoon, and our dogs got to play together :) The cabin was quaint and cozy; just what I wanted from a cabin. And the location was nice- at the end of a quiet street. Everything was perfect and it was a great place to start off my hiking trip in CA, UT, and AZ. I would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Mammoth!

Cozy, comfortable room in Mammoth. In winter, I would recommend 4 wheel drive to get in/out of the unpaved driveway. With Traci's help, I managed without 4 wheel drive or chains but it was a little hairy. Problems with the wifi due to the heavy snow this year, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time!

Traci was really wonderful in replying to all our needs in spite of being away due to a family emergency. She helped us get extra linens and even offered a pet sitter when the need came up. We didn't end up calling but it was so nice to have options and maybe we will still use them in the future. This was also a great place for dogs. The lot (when full of snow) was secluded enough to throw a ball for my dog and not have worry about him dragging me down on a leash over the ice. There were lots of other tenants with dogs for mine to greet and play with. One of the neighbors dogs didn't like my dog much but his owner was so nice and very careful about his dog around mine. He was also very helpful in Traci's absence.

Traci's place was so cute. Exactly what comes first to your mind when you here the word "cabin". Traci was a great host. We would definitely come back!

Traci was everything you could hope for in a host, accommodating and caring without being too in your face, but super accessible when you need something. The cabin was exactly as advertised and very comfortable, plus it was dog-friendly, which can be so hard to find.
