Quiet cottage, the countryside in the city

This comfortable chalet is located on the heights of Besançon, on the edge of the Bregille wood. You are 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, 5 minutes by car). Very natural atmosphere, quiet in a functional accommodation renovated with heart. A parking space (free) is adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

Very nice little place in the center of the Loue Valley. This newly built studio is located a few meters from the hiking trails. You will find the start of the descent of the Loue by canoe very close by. You will be in the middle of the emblematic villages of the region, on one side Lods (ranked most beautiful village in France) and on the other Ornans (country of the famous painter Courbet).
