It's really amazing If you have a Swiss Pass, don't worry, I would recommend this Airbnb. I'm close to Jungfrau, so I go to Interlaken a lot. It's less than five minutes from the train station. There was nothing more uncomfortable than I thought, and I was close to Lucerne, so it was very comfortable to go to Grindelwald !! There's nothing in Patrick's house Can I just come in? There's a guest toilet and a refrigerator I was looking forward to seeing a 5 star hotel in the late days, but I really expected it. Which Airbnbs have Jacuzzi? But here it is I felt Patrick really cared and cared for and I'm very comfortable in Switzerland !! The air is so nice and the lake is so beautiful. The sunset is so beautiful. I will come again. I only want to know but I love it so I leave it for a long time.

Patrick is a very nice person who introduced the house to us with great enthusiasm. It is very clean. It is the cleanest house I have ever lived in. The room is very warm, the utensils are clean and tidy, the towels and bed sheets emit a clean scent. The living room is very spacious and warm. The balcony is directly opposite. Really crazy for the price. If you're staying in Lungern, there's no reason not to go. It's really flawless, but the smell of cigarettes leaks into the living room. Not in guest room! I rented a room, but I actually use a whole big house.

If you rented it is recommended to go unconditionally. The view is awesome

If you are traveling with a rental car, be sure to go. Even if you don't have to worry about parking and the road is a bit twisting and hard to drive, it will take you less than 30 minutes from Interlaken. Stop there and take it in your eyes. And the hostel itself is so good, the jacuzzi is so easy to relax, the dishes are ready, the coffee is delicious, the patrick is very friendly and clean.

Great accommodation, great location for hiking and not far from ski resorts as well. We spent two nights there, very peaceful environment, very warm welcome, everything you need is available, we highly recommend this address.

Great accommodation with a private entrance, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We lacked nothing. The house cats visited us regularly and we felt at home. The ski area is about 10-15 minutes from the house.

I have never slept as well as with Jessy. I just felt comfortable in this studio. We recommend.

The studio is small but fine and very nicely decorated. The gondola to Turren and some hiking trails, as well as the train station can be reached on foot. The garden is also attractive and invites you to linger. Jessica is very friendly and helpful.

Jessica's cottage is a quiet place on the south side of Longjiang Lake. Every morning, I bent from the hut to the lake, watching the sun rise slowly from the top of the mountain, and the sun was a little bit full of nowhere in the town. Looking at the starry sky on the lawn next to the hut in the evening, I felt like I was back to the stars of a long time, a long time. In addition, the kitchen utensils in the cabin are enough to use, three pots and different kinds of cooking equipment to meet the basic needs of the Chinese. A very good trip to Longjiang Town, it is worth a few days for you.

I could not have asked for better hosts than Monika and Andy. They were incredibly fast with their responses to all of our questions and even picked us up from the train when we got to Lugern! Their place was in a great location near the lake and walking distance from the train station which can take you anywhere. Very clean and stylish place with enough space and kitchen including coffee and tea every morning. Additionally, they proved to be great tour guides and mapped out the town/hours/ restaurants and suggestions for things to do. I would highly recommend staying with them 10/10 experience!

I stayed for a week and stayed well without any inconvenience. Everything was very comfortable with everything. There was a lake and a mountain near the house, so it was beautiful. It was a shame that there was no more. The hostel I want to come back later in summer.

The view from the balcony is particularly beautiful. This winter, most of the towns are covered with snow or yellow grass. I was so surprised when I couldn't find a place with green fields, lakes, snowy mountains and blue sky. The beds were soft and they slept comfortably. The landlord also prepares sweet coffee. It is a wonderful experience to get up to make breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

You live directly with Helena in her apartment. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a wonderful view and is very quiet. I was able to relax wonderfully at night.

The house is in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from a very nice beach at a super clean lake with astonishing scenery. Like the host mentions, there's no kitchen. Be prepared. As Lungern is a small town/village you might want to come equipped with your own knife/plates/spoons as it's difficult to find a place to eat out and you will not find anything else than a kettle and 4 mugs in the flat.

If you are looking for a private location away from the mainstream of tourists, this is the place. Set in the beautiful Lungern valley region, this apartment provides the serenity of the mountains and many spectacular views. Take the time to walk around the area and breath in the fresh air along the lake. There is a also a little market located just steps away which is convenient for small items. We stayed in a two room unit that has one private bedroom and an attached open area with a second bed and private bathroom. The apartment is part of a multi-unit residence and is like staying in a private home in the village. The unit and building is impeccably maintained and check-in is very efficient with a lock box for the keys. The area is central to many regional destinations like Lucerne or Interlaken and local ski areas if in the winter. Do note that this unit does not have a living area or kitchen, but we were only needing it for a few evenings. Nathalie was extremely responsive to us when asked a question, and a great host. Would stay there again.

Zita is wonderful. Our experience was different. We arrived the night before the travel ban due to COVID-19, so we had to leave in a hurry. Zita was incredibly understanding about all of it. The place was perfect, had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Snoopy the friendliest cat around. The views were breath taking. If you have the chance to stay here 100% do it.

I can only warmly entrust this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax in an idyllic mountain region for a few relaxing days or is also ideal for a hiking holiday, the hiking trails around Brienzwiler are incredible. Otherwise you will find clean and quiet accommodation. Zita welcomes you with incredible hospitality and can provide tips and recommendations about the area.

It's about an hour from Interlaken, but there's a lake on the way, so you'll be back home with a beautiful view. The facilities are spacious, really clean and all. I really recommend the accommodation

Zita is a wonderful and kind host whose apartment is ideal for a vacation in beautiful Brienzwiler. Local public transportation is convenient and easy to use to explore the amazing alpine region surrounding Brienzwiler. We had a peaceful and relaxing time and felt more than welcome at Zita’s apartment.

Jos’ place is very well designed at maintained. It is within a few minutes from the Kaiserstuhl train station, which allows you to explore the region easily. The loft is very comfortable though and the view is stunning, so you may not even want to go anywhere at all!

Jos is so friendly and willing to give you anything you need to make your stay easier. He helped me and my girlfriend so much when it came to advice about where to go and where to park etc. He's such a cool guy and his place is absolutely remarkable, couldn't recommend him and the place enough when visiting Switzerland

Spotless accommodation with a beautiful homely atmosphere!

Out of the 5 places we stayed at in our Switzerland trip, this was our favorite. I’d say it’s perfect for two people. Eldiweiss outside the front door, and red and white plaid curtains that match the bed sheets. An amazing view out the window and honestly, an amazing experience if you want to get your hands dirty. We were so happy that we got to help and learn the dairy farm experience. And Monika’s husband was very kind to let us tag along and teach us. It will be a memory we have forever. This little cabin was also cozy and perfect for a day after the farm life. The bathroom is conveniently located right near the front door and the bedroom/kitchen is up the stairs. It had things a lot of other places didn’t, like a microwave and toaster which was nice. It was also the only place out of the 5 that had different door knobs and locks (the sameness of Switzerland was driving me a little crazy). The layout was unique in a very fun way, perfect for summer or even now in late October but I’m not sure I’d want to stay here in the dead of winter as the walk to the bathroom would be a little chilly but maybe worth it as it was kind of fun having the change of temperature and getting into the cozy room at the top. It was such a fun experience in an adult size playhouse. The people who live in the main house are very nice, their animals are very sweet and it’s fun to be able to pet their cows. The bed was very nice, not soft by American standards but a softer “medium/firm” than the other beds we slept on during this trip. Overall, this is the only place I liked enough to stay at again. Very small town romantic, not to mention you can have an amazing romantic dinner at the very elegant Wetterhorn Hotel down the road about 5 minutes.

Monika's place is a great spot to relax in the Swiss Alps. The converted barn is is nicely reconstructed to accommodate two people with what everything that you might need for a stay in the nature. As the description suggests the ceilings are a bit lower, but I am 187cm and still found it to be alright, if you don't bending over a bit here and there. As everyone said, the view is really great and you can use the outside furniture to enjoy it. Monika and her husband are very nice too. Would definitely recommend it.

Monika is an exceptionally hospitable host. The property is on the north side of the valley and it takes considerably longer to drive down to Meiringen/Brienz/Interlaken than the proximity would indicate - be sure to check your route on Google! The building is an old farm guesthouse and is quite small and also low - I'm 6'4" and couldn't stand up so be aware of that. That said, the place was wonderfully atmospheric - the views are fairly amazing, and we really enjoyed waking up to the cows lowing in the rain one morning. Cooking breakfast in the small kitchen was a challenge but really worth it. WiFi was available to us most of the 3 days, which I don't think is listed. There were several Swiss power plug adapters on hand as well. We came for Axalp Fliegerschiessen and hope to return someday!

Unique sleep possibility at the Hasliberg! It is located on the upper floor of a former washhouse. The decor is very loving, nothing is missing. The view from the windows to the mountains is stunning. Hospitality is very important here. The accommodation can be warmly recommended!

Very quirky, rustic, traditional chalet - the property is the self-contained middle section of the chalet with 3 storeys - with beautiful views over the lake/mountain with waterfall and cable cars and boats etc, in a very peaceful, respectful Alpine village. Free parking, very easy walk to local supermarket etc. We also found it helpful to have our own hired car to drive into Lucerne etc. Very communicative and helpful hosts but we also had total privacy. If you are looking for something standard or modern this is not for you as the ceilings upstairs are low and the staircases need care, but the house is comfortable with a lovely atmosphere and has ample heating so even in the autumn when we were there it was warm and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would just say please go and for sure stay at this property. You will love it and most important things is the care taker of the house. She means by the word care taker not only care taking the property but care taking the guest. Heidi thanks for your wonderful support.

In the central area of Longjiang Town, a log cabin next to the most beautiful lake view, the scenery outside the window is unforgettable. The room is small but clean and well-equipped, and parking is convenient.

This is a lovely self-contained part of a chalet by a lake. The location is splendid! The station and nearest restaurant is about 10 mins walk away. The building is old and quaint, with low beams and steep stairs (and the odd creaky floorboard!). We had a great time, and had no nasty surprises with our stay. You can hire a pedallo from about 50 yards away, and there's a cable car up the mountain to some amazing views (about 15 min walk away). The property doesn't include outdoor seating, but there are park benches overlooking the local tennis courts, boats, and lake about 20 yards away. Five Stars all around!

The house was lovely and had a great view of the lake with a direct access to it. It had a large spacious backyard which was really great for the kids. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need. It was located in a gorgeous area right next to the lake. We met Alice and Patrick and they were very helpful and kind. This house was the highlight of our one month trip around Europe and if we were ever to go to Switzerland again, We would definitely return!

The house is absolutely perfect. The house has everything you need and more. It included: great beds, bikes that were nice and useful, a boat was fun (slight fee for using this), firewood for two different fireplaces, everything needed for cooking inside or outside, movies, books, etc. Lungern is so amazing and beautiful. It's a great central location between Interlaken and Lucern. This was the trip of a lifetime. Bring your camera because every moment you are surrounded by stunning mountains, lakes, and waterfalls.

The prettiest spot in all of Switzerland! From the view, the amenities, the hospitality, the lovely house and the attention from the hosts, there was nothing lacking in our stay! The lake is gorgeous and prettier than even lake Lucerne! We even used Alice and Patrick’s bikes to go to the local bakery every morning! The view is marvelous on all sides! For families with little kids, the park at the tram station and the access to the lake behind the house near the campground provides for a lot of fun! The house is very good, in the mountains, the Dragon Lake, floor to ceiling windows is a beautiful lake, suitable for vacating the vacations, the town is beautiful and quiet. The landlord is very friendly, pick us up to the train station and give us a bottle of red wine and chocolate. The landlord details the use of each electrical appliance in the house, Household appliances are more complete than the description. The only thing to note is that the train station is in the mountains, the house in the lake under the mountain. If you drag luggage to the train station, then you can let the landlord to help you. So I would recommend friends here.

This was one of best places that I have seen. The location is unbeatable, we had our private access to the lake and Patrick lend us his nice boat and it was wonderful experience. Patrick was always quick in his response and the check in was so smooth. He even bought us new socket adapters. The house was so clean and it has everything you might need. The house is beautiful much more than the photos. I will definitely come back again and I do recommend this fantastic house for a great holiday. Please make a reservation if possible date! The price is really good and the price is perfect. First of all, it's really clean and the host is very friendly. Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, pot, frying pan, dishwasher and more. Outside the window, the courtyard view is fantastic. It's snowing now, so the white snow mountain is so beautiful. I think every season will be beautiful. Healing wherever you go and staying at your accommodation Great location It's closer to Grindelwald Station than other famous chalets. Right next to the famous Belvedere Hotel. 5-10 minutes walk from Grindelwald Station. Is a 10-15 minute walk. Scenic Swiss lodges are steep on the way, but not as steep as the scenery. Strongly recommended.

The room is complete, especially the kitchen supplies. For a Chinese, I really appreciate this kitchen. A simple tomato scrambled egg also saves my stomach. The location is a dream hillside, especially beautiful

A beautiful view if you have arrived on the mountain since, it is worth it. There are also small cute restaurants on the route to eat. Speaking of food, the breakfast is in preparation of Marcella sufficient and delicious, cereals, yogurt and bread with jam and homemade cheese, expect you. The room is super spacious and seems very dark in the photo. But that's nothing! We'll be back! From there you can also great visit the Trift Bridge, by the short drive!

Lungern is a wonderful place, but staying at this house makes it unbelievable. i can say this is my best Airbnb experience. the lake, the view, the weather, everything was like a paradise. Very friendly welcome, sparkling clean and practically furnished accommodation, flexible check-in, everything was very uncomplicated. Although there is no kitchen, according to the advertisement, you can have breakfast, dishes, cutlery, etc. everything is there. Coffee and tea are even free and various snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. There is also a micro wave. Gladly again.

The apartment is well furnished and is in a nice little village surrounded by mountains. Everything you need is available, only the "right" kitchen is missing. But you can also come to terms with it well if you adjust to it. Everything else is there, coffee, tea and a few snacks if you are hungry. Everything was totally clean and we couldn't complain. Oh what should I say about my host Heinz he is just fabulous. The house was sparkling clean with all facilities. 5 minutes walk to station and 10 min walk back to home. Lovely location. He took us for twice for groceries and also on a weekend took us to Aareschlucht. I just can't thank him enough for being so gentle so friendly and so amazing. Everyday he used to check where we are and how are we doing. Hope to meet him soon in Dubai.

We had a very warm welcome and we got more than we expected. Every morning we had breakfast with cereals and fruit. The room was clean and tidy and the house is in authentic Swiss style. Eva and her daughter are interesting people and are very hospitable.

I recommend his place. People usually book a hotel nearby the big cities or popular places. But I chose here because I prefer to stay rural area. And it was just right for me. She was so kind, and I almost owned the whole second floor because there was no one on the second floor during my stay.

Re-visiting Doctor Ohio. Friendly and nicely located in the middle of Lucerne and Interlaken. I give banana and cereal for breakfast. Discovered the serial of life. The accommodation was very clean and the cleanest toilet I've ever been to. I also found shampoo and body wash scents so I couldn't see them. Let me use the kitchen and the atmosphere is retro and good.

Eva is very warm and helpful. We spent one night in the beautiful old house. The room and bed is very comfortable and you sleep there like at home. View is great and in the morning a small breakfast is prepared in the kitchen. We can only recommend.

This might be my favorite AirBnb EVER! My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) found this home to be clean, well-stocked with essentials (fondue pot, wood for fire, blow dryer, washer and dryer, I even saw a highchair and portable crib!) and in the most spectacular location. The scenery was gorgeous and the close proximity to the grocery store and local restaurants was perfect. It was a great jumping off point to explore the Lauterbrunnen Valley, ice skating in Interlaken, skiing in Hasliberg and hiking around the beautiful trails of Brienz to see a waterfall. On top of all that, Monique and Dorentin were lovely hosts who took the time to greet us, and make sure all of our needs were met. We can't wait to come back!

Great location! One minute from the station and 10 minutes to Interlaken highly recommended for ppl who just want to chill and relax. Then apartment itself is spacious and clean with everything you might need in the kitchen. Great sofa and good view of the lake. Instruction to check in was clear, smooth and swift. Room is clean and nice with amazing view! Heater works very well for the winter weather. Brienz station is just 5-7mins walk from her house. Things to take note : 1. Fridge is very mini, only suitable to store snacks. 2. Toilet has no door, just a curtain cover. 3. Street is very dark after the sun sets as there are no streets light once you reach the main road outside her house.

Fortunately this homestay is set, otherwise you will really miss the beautiful town of Brienz. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful and the location is very good. This house is the best house on my trip to Switzerland. The house is very close to the station, it is very beautiful, and you can see very nice scenery all around, and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The house is fully equipped and although there is no kitchen, the independent entrance is very convenient and easy to find. Please don't navigate by address, just follow the directions to find the road and house number 16. In fact, the most recommended place to live in Switzerland is Brienz, which is much better than Interlaken, not only the scenery, but also the traffic. Although Interlaken is a transit station, it is not convenient to have too many train stations, but Brienz is a ground station. It is very convenient to take the train and to various places. All in all it is best to live in Lucerne and Brienz in Switzerland, this house is highly recommended and it makes us happy! Thank you also Julia, she is a very good landlord. Although she has never met, she can feel her intentions and friendliness, perfect stay!

A lovely cosy room with a great view on Brienz lake and mountains. As it has a separate entrance it feels like a private space. The room looks very authentic with wooden furniture, super cute. It was exactly what we needed for a romantic weekend away! We came with a car and there was a free parking spot next to the house. Julia is a very nice and friendly host and gave us tips what to visit.

The location and view is what really makes this places special. After a pleasant, but slightly unsettling drive up drive up the mountain (narrow roads and steep switchbacks), you are greeted with a gorgeous view of the surrounding valley. The living space is rustic, but clean and inviting. I enjoyed looking at the farm animals (dogs, llamas, chickens) and Marlene was flexible and accommodating, as we arrived a little later than expected. Apart from the view, I think that the best part of this place is the accessibility (if you have a car) to other areas nearby. (Luzern, Interlaken, ect.)

We have passed a wonderful night at Madame Marlene's house. The view is perfect, nothing more to emphasize but strongly recommend.

The place was beautiful but it was hard to find. It’s better to go there in summer. During fall & winter, it’s mostly heavy cloudy and roads are unsafe towards the top

It was a clean, comfortable, peaceful and cozy stay! Check in was simple and amenities were all working properly. For those who are used to city living, this place might seem like a tough location to reach especially on the first time you drive up. But the stay was eventually so worth it! There were so many cute animals too. I could even see the Milky Way from the room that I stayed in!

I booked for 2 nights, but when I opened my eyes it was so good that I extended my stay for 2 more nights. The neighborhood is pretty, the mart and amenities are good and the station is right in front of it. Phoebe was so cute and the room was clean and tidy. If you come to Switzerland, I will definitely recommend it !!

Kathleen and KC are very nice and experienced Airbnb hosts. They have made videos on how to find them and what is important in the apartment, which means that you know your way around and can easily find your way around. Everything is very nice and clean, you can use the kitchen and even get a delicious breakfast. They also have loads of tips and ideas on what to do. The apartment is very centrally located near the train station and the mountain railway is not far away. We were there three nights and went skiing in Hasliberg. Just great!

This was my 2nd time using Airbnb and the first time doing the "private room." Kathleen and KC are AWESOME!!!! They made my experience great! I felt like I was staying with family. They were able to get me a lot of info about Meiringen... where to go and places to eat. They are just great people and if I ever go back to Meiringen, I will stay with them again. After staying with them, I like staying with local people because they have great insight into the community. Also, the room is a very nice size room and the view is beautiful. You will enjoy your stay with them.

Wonderful accommodation, warm hospitality, all around a place to relax. Kathleen and KC are great hosts, the room is spacious and bright and you can see the mountains from the window. I was on site for a week and felt very comfortable. There are countless great hikes to take and thanks to the great location, you are quickly at the train station, supermarket and the gondola. Simply a recommended place to stay.

Beautiful cabin with an amazing view to lake brienz, close to lovely places like Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald, Brienz is a perfect town that everyone will love, the cabin is well equipped with all you need to cook, clean and sleep really confortable

We had a wonderful time at Christoph's chalet. It's homely, cosy, clean, and set in a wonderful location for whatever activities you're looking for: hiking, swimming, skiing, relaxing, biking, shopping. The house has nice views and it's well equipped in general. It would be nice to see a better kept garden though. The chalet is in a very good location, close to Bern, Luzern, Thun and Interlaken, but with the charm of a traditional town of the Berner Oberland. There are supermarkets, Post Office, Banks, artisanal shops, restaurants by the lakeside: everything you can need for your holiday. The lake is absolutely stunning (and cold!) and it worth a swim. Be aware that Brienz is a quiet town, so if you're looking for nightlife and vibes it's certainly not the place to go. But if you're in a family trip or you are sportive and love nature, you will definitely enjoy Brienz and Christoph's chalet.

The environment of the cottage is very good, the windows face the Lake Brienz, the traffic is very convenient, it is very convenient to go to the train station by boat, and it is close to the supermarket. The homeowner is very enthusiastic, questionable and very timely. Check-in and check-out are easy and convenient.

The room is clean, many amenities, beautiful interior design and fabulous lake view

Our family loved staying at Christoph’s apartment. It was spacious with a unique layout and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. It was really neat staying in a chalet built in the early 1900’s that has been maintained so well and the grounds are filled with flowers and plants that give it a ‘fairy tale’ feel. Beautiful view of the lake and a waterfall. Our kids loved wandering the grounds and using the fire pit in the evening. If your looking for some family fun in Brienz, we highly recommend going to Strandband! There is a pool, playground, diving boards into the lake, restaurant, rent kayaks, SUP boards etc. I’m so glad we chose to visit this lake town! Very peaceful and low key compared to some of the other areas.

Andrea and Reto’s top floor studio is perfect. My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and had a very relaxing time. The kitchen not only had all the cookware you could need, but also extra things like olive oil, salt and spices which made it super easy to cook dinner both nights. The location is ideal as it’s a 5 minute drive from Sarnen and local supermarkets. 10 minutes drive to Alpnachstad to hike or train up to Mt Pilatus or 20 minutes to Lucerne. You also have an amazing view from the kitchen window and balcony of the Lake. Self check-in was easy and instructions were super helpful. Bed was super comfortable and the place was sparkling clean and tidy. They even had extra shampoos/body wash in the bathroom. The only thing that was unpleasant was that we could hear kids below us early in the morning and the neighbors started using power tools on their house around 7am. But since in the winter the days are shorter getting up early to start the day wasn’t a problem for us. We would highly recommend Andrea & Reto’s place to anyone and looking forward to coming back in summer.
