This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.

This private guest suite is uniquely located in the back of Waco's local art supply store. The unit is located in the Uptown neighborhood, just adjacent to downtown with Pinewood Coffee Roasters and Harvest on 25th just around the corner. Private entrance with keyless entry allows you as much privacy as you want. Two bicycles are available at no additional charge allowing you to explore Waco up close and personal.
