Tina and her mother were great hosts! They were very accommodating and flexible, which came in very handy with all of the delays getting there. The room was very comfortable, the location beautiful and very well connected with the rest of NJ. Over all a lovely experience that I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Christine and her mom were very welcoming. It was a pleasure to live here for two months, they made me feel like family and the room was everything I needed: clean, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area or a student rotating through Kennedy or Rowan. I really enjoyed my time.

We had a good time staying with Christine and her mother. They were very sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The room is in the basement, so it was nice and private. It was clean and spacious, just as pictured on their listing. There was also a mini fridge downstairs for our convenience. We were given full access to the laundry and kitchen. We were in NJ for a medical school rotation with ROWAN. Their house was just around the corner from the main campus and within 30 minutes of all the Kennedy hospitals. They host alot of medical students since they are so close to everything. They are also very close to the PATCO station, which made taking the train in to Philly on our days off very convenient. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Tina and her mother Rosemary are awesome hosts. The room was just as described-very clean, spacious and quiet. The wifi provided was high speed and parking at the residence was not an issue. The home is located in a wooded area so you can often see squirrels, birds and an occasional deer hanging around. There is a little back patio which is a nice spot to do some daytime reading. All in all, it is very peaceful. This is the perfect place for medical students doing rotations away from home. Rosemary is often home throughout the day and is available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this location to fellow students in the South Jersey area.

I stayed in the large room on a separate floor which is basically a basement. Very cozy room and the carpet is so soft! House was well kept and clean they do have a cat but I only saw him/her once so if you don't like animals it's really not a big issue. Its a Nice little condo tucked away in the woods. Very quiet and just down the street from a wawa which has basically all the food amenities you'd need. (They have really good subs too). 10/10 would stay here again

This place was awesome. Very quiet neighborhood, with friendly people all around. Ella did a fantastic job keep us up to date with any news or updates that we needed to know. Her demeanor was very inviting and warm. She kept cold bothlesyof water in the fridge for us to drink, and she gave us a set of keys allowing us to come in as we please. Not mention she allow us to park in her driveway without a single problem. She honored her word by keeping them, and I would definitely recommend her place for those looking to say in this area.

Ella is an amazing host! She had everything ready for us and she helped us a lot with our trip as well. Very nice and warm lady. I wish we could stay for longer than one night so that we could get to know her better. Would definitely recommend her!!

Ms Ella is by far the BEST experience I've had with AirB! This is my third host and I wouldn't book ANYWHERE else when in this area! The neighborhood is private and quiet, the home is clean and VERY comfortable! Ms Ella has an open heart and she's opened her home to me at a time I needed the most! Rosa is the best, she went way out of her way for us when we showed up late at night! The place is big and the rooms are great! Very comfortable!

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a cozy stay - Rosa was very communicative and responded immediately when I had trouble operating the heating system, and made sure I was warm and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again! The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you may want to prepare!

Rosa´s house was the perfect place for our stay while visiting my son who is working in the area, a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, with a parking space just in front, also close to public transportation to Philadelphia and many stores around. The house has everything you need for a short stay and a confortable couch to rest at the end of a walking day out. Clean and spacious apartment at a great price point. Emil, the host, is very reliable and responsive. I visited with a group of friends and the apartment could comfortably fit 10. If would visit again if the occasion called for it.

Amazing house. Has everything you'll need for short and longer stays. I was here for 4 weeks and Rouel was very generous with opening his house for me. His kitchen has everything you'll need and the view isn't half-bad. The room itself is HUGE!! I wasn't used to having such a large room and only utilize half the room during my stay. Definitely looking to stay here again if I ever needed to stay in New Jersry again.

Very quiet location. Townhome complex surrounded by woods. Nice walking around the complex. Rouel is a busy guy so you will have quiet time to relax in the townhouse. Comfortable kitchen and living room. Very interesting conversations with Rouel. He was renting another room to a young woman for a longer stay. Enjoyed meeting her too. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice deck looking out on woods. Rouel is on top of requests and offered me rides that really helped me on my trip. Room is simple but very adequate with plenty of space.

This is a great apartment! Exactly as listed and even more comfortable that the pictures can portray. Oladunni has provided extra essentials in the bath, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Communication with Oladunni was easy and she provides extensive details about check-in and -out. Definitely recommended!

Jim is a fantastic host. He made sure to provide basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and internet, but also cooked for me! He has a dog who is a well behaved sweetheart. The place was a value, significantly cheaper than a hotel. And Jim was easily available by cell to answer any questions or logistical details. His home is in a quiet suburb. For travel to Philadelphia, it clearly is not as convenient as being in the city itself, but is close to the PATCO rail line. Everything considered, I highly recommend staying with Jim.

I couldn't have asked for a more gracious and thoughtful host. Jim was very accommodating to my crazy schedule, even skipping a class so he could be there to greet me and introduce me to his adorable , sweet dog! He made sure I had first rights to the bathroom in the morning so I could get ready for work. Again, very accommodating! I will gladly stay here every time I come to town.

Husband and I stayed here two nights while visiting our son at Rowan University. The apartment was as descibed and the location was perfect. There was even a movie playing that evening on a big screen across the street at the park. Parking for your car was on the street, right in front of house. Water pressure in shower was fine; hot water great. We also appreciated the paper plates, cups, and utensils for our use. Our hosts were very gracious, considerate and kind. We enjoyed our stay and the place was otherwise spotless, but for full disclosure, please note that those with allergies to pet hair may have a reaction because, despite the hosts' best efforts to eliminate it, we found a clump on the sheets and some on the couch- and chair-pillows throughout, which then transferred to our clothing. So even with Benadryl, husband suffered mightily the first night. Also, although the apartment is private, it shares a common door with the hosts' residence; we could easily hear them as they could no-doubt hear us.

I *love* staying at John's place. This is the second time I stayed with them and I looked forward to it! It is a quiet space: very private, clean, comfortable and as such a great value. It has everything I needed for spot to stay while my daughter was at a camp for the weekend. The location is right across the street from a park, and across the street from the park is a shopping center. So although the house is more recessed from a business district, getting to one is very easy. I highly recommend this place to stay and hope I have a good reason to return.

This listing was amazing, very accurate, the pictures dont make justice on how beautiful this in-laws apartment is. John and his wife Sonia were very responsive on all our question and more that accommodating. I love the fact that in front of the house they have a huge park, close to a lot of stores and dinners. I would definitely recommend this apartment and visit again to explore more of Philly and AC.

Josephine was a stupendous host. The room and bathroom were immaculate. She kindly provided snack and toiletry baskets. It felt like a real bnb! The tv screen was gigantic. We had a private entrance. And the backyard was grrrreat for my dog! Nice, safe neighborhood; much better than a more option. Everything about the stay was ideal.
