Lucia and her family are very kind people. We had good reception. Location is very good - quiet and peaceful. The caravan has a comfortable and insect nets - you can sleep with the windows open !!! Kitchen, shower, toilet, WIFI - everything works perfectly !!! We also received the most detailed instructions on the area (supermarkets, public transport, free beaches), just huge amount of leaflets about the region and about the available entertainment))) - one of whom was a booklet about the "Cinque Terre" for this fabulous place you need to thank separately !!! (There is a direct train from the station next to the house). We have always received help when we needed it. We enjoyed the stay at Lucy. All words can not describe! Recommended !!!

Our arrival was nice, they already were expecting us and it was no problem that we arrived very late and had a delay. The hosting family is really kind and helpful. They only know a few words English but nevertheless the communication was possible. The camping trailer was cosy. Small and comfortable, but not isolated. The outdoor kitchen was really nice and bigger than expected. It feels like an own little home. The toilet is very narrow, but the shower is good and we enjoyed the warm water. All in all a nice stay for 3 nights. thank you

It was fine for a few nights and efficient alternatives. Not close to the sea, but you can get there comfortably in the car. Overall we had a good stay and we were welcomed and treated with kindness by the owners.

My wife and I have made a night we had a great time. It's like being in a campground but private where it was just us. There is everything you need also a kitchen on the patio where we ate in relax. The bathroom is clean and equipped with everything. comfortable bed, small but is ok in a caravan you can not expect more, if you enjoy camping here is perfect and Luisa is very kind.

I have been to Claudia for one night with my girlfriend. We had a great time and especially Claudia was very kind and extremely available. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially in summer.

A cozy little apartment with everything you could ask for a romantic and carefree weekend in Tuscany. Claudia extremely available but at the same time discreet. Bikes to get around a real added value!

Everything was fine except for one major aspect. Pros: - Claudia was always reachable although she was not there in the beginning - The pictures show the place as we found it - Locations is nice and in a quite neighbourhood - Beach and points of interest in Lido di Camaiore can be reached by bike - Bikes were available - Cozy garden Cons: - Unfortunately the one room appartment smelled like it had a lack of ventilation before we arrived. We couldn't get rid of the humid smell during our 5 night stay. Good to know for future guests: - Kitchen equipment is very basic. It's good enough for pasta but there is no oven or special equipment.

Excellent accommodation and availability. The house is gorgeous and had a great time. We were 4, two adults and two children and we all had a great time. The loft bedroom is very beautiful. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious and the house has everything you need. great location for the sea: less than 5 minutes and you are in the water !! I recommend to everyone.

This beautiful house is really well equipped to a very high standard. It is a short walk to the promenade and bars and cafes. Due to the weather I didn't get to use the bicycle- hopefully next time. The front balcony has a lovely view of the promenade and sea and the small side balcony got the last of the sun -just right for a chilled glass of prosecco. The place is plenty big enough for a couple with a large bathroom which houses a washing machine. This really is a lovely holiday home .

It 'a real candy. Small but equipped with everything you can find in your home and even more. A few meters from Lido di Camaiore and a partnership with a bathroom whose owner, likely future mayor, is friendly as all of its employees. The food is also very good. From the terrace of the apartment you can see the sea and you can watch beautiful sunsets. Every day on the beachfront there are markets of all kinds. The hostess was very kind and helpful, definitely you will recommend great places to see. Thanks Camilla and Rossella.

Camilla is a fantastic host, quick to respond and offered helpful advise on tourist attractions in the area and with recommendations on which beach club to choose. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed (the aircon, wifi, and washing machine deserve special mention). It is close to the beach and offers a sea view from the balcony. It served as a great base to explore Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre as well as for relaxing days on the beach. Lido di Camaiore has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets allowing you to choose to eat at home or eat out. For anyone visiting by car, it's worthwhile buying a parking pass for the duration of the stay. It will save you from having to buy a daily parking ticket. The tourist office in Lido di Camaiore can assist you in obtaining a parking pass.

Hosts very friendly and helpful, he waited until after dinner because we were late. The apartment fits the description although smaller than it looks in the photos. but it compensates with many cabinets to store things and a large bathroom.

Very cozy and clean apartment. We were greeted by Camilla's mother. Conveniently located a few steps from the sea and in a central position with respect to the services and to the life of the country. We stayed in three adults but we find that the apartment is more suitable for 2 adults and 2 children; the second bedroom is small and thin mattress.

Silvia is a wonderful host! She is very thoughtful and always takes care of her visitors, does her best to provide them with all needed for successful holidays. We enjoyed staying at her place.

We had an amazing holiday, whilst staying at Sylvia's place. The house is big but cosy, due to Sylvia and all the other people living in the house. Everybody is so friendly, helpful and willing to give recommendations on which beach to go to, where the best restaurants are and where to buy the most tastefull icecream. Although the house is old and the private bathroom is very small, we would immediately go back if we could. The house is more or less on the beach, the garden is lovely, the wifi is good, the kitchen is fully equiped, you can park your car for free and use bikes. Absolutely perfect for a holiday at the beach.

Silvia is the nicest italian lady you can wish to have as your host. Her beautiful house is really close to the beach and not far from the nightlife at the lungo mare in Camaiore and Viareggio. It is lovely decorated with old collected furniture from the beginning of the last century. Thank you a lot for these wonderful days.....

The reception was very good, the room corresponded to the description and the location is actually very good.

The positives of this property are the location (on the sea and close to shops and local), private parking, the kindness of Silvia. The downsides are the tower structure (so many stairs and narrow), the very old and nn nice, the bathroom in the room (in 1 square meter shower, sink and toilet ..).

Gabriele has' been very thoughtful. I had rented his Casareto 4 nights for my daughter is a friend of hers. It was their first holiday alone and he 'was very present helping when they needed something. The house is' big and clean. The garden is' comfortable and very pleasant especially in summer. Not close to the sea but there are provided two bicycles that make everything more comfortable. Supermarket next. Recommended.

Just returned from a weekend in Versilia, we stayed in the apartment of Gabriele. The apartment is extremely comfortable and functional, equipped pretty much everything, even basic necessities! It is located in a quiet residential area in the green, the waterfront is easily and conveniently within walking distance. Very nice garden, which for obvious reasons we could not take advantage, and convenient parking space. The house is furnished in a simple but really nothing is missing! Excellent for a beach holiday. Gabriel and Barbara, his sister, who welcomed us are people really delicious, a welcome manual! And really polite and friendly their father! Friendly owner, clean accommodation, great service!

We are two adults with a dog and we enjoyed our stay at the home of Gabriel. The neighborhood is quiet, with small houses and gardens. A walk will get you to the beach or shops although we have always moved by car to reach the beach in the reserve Massacciucoli San Rossore, natural wilderness spot highly recommended with immense beaches and endless pine forest just 15 minutes by car. The house is not new but well maintained, spotlessly clean, with freshly whitewashed walls and décor years 70. The rooms are large with an always windy terrace. reserved and great garden to read and have lunch if you defend the daytime mosquitoes. Our dog had a blast with the garden pine cones and balconies. Gabriele has proved helpful and friendly. What to say? We will be back.

We stayed at Isottas place for two nights and it was pleasant. She was really friendly and the welcome and preparations were on top. We even got some bottles of water prepared for our arrival. The apartment was ok for 4 people and the balcony was big enough for everyone to have dinner. The kitchen was small but you could cook breakfast and lunch no problem. We had only 200 m to the sea. We will definitely stay there again!

The apartment is as photos: cute and cozy .. Fantastic the terrace with sunset views .. deserves, x relax .. The bathroom is a bit 'small but nothing is missing. Close to the sea, you can park under and 2 steps there is the Mojito Bar, nice little place x cocktail / evening. Isolde was very kind and even recommended places in the area according to our needs. Alone report, x those who have trouble sleeping with the light, that the curtains do not darken much, so .. Move a mask! :-D Recommended!

The studio is very nice and exactly as it appears in photos. Isolde was helpful and fast in the answers to our questions. Upon arrival we did find tourist information for our stay and towels. The only flaw the lack of wifi.

Isotta is a Kind host and was very well prepared. The Apartment (especially the kitchen) is well equipped and it's located very Close to the beach. The beaches are all private and it costs to rent sunbeds, umbrellas etc. and the free beach is a 10min walk away. I would recommend though to invest in renting sunbeds since you're on Holidays. We had a Problem with the air conditioning but Isotta, who was abroad herself, did everything she could to get it fixed. All in all we had a great time and i wouldn't hesitate in going back! thank you!

Beautiful terrace to dine outdoors and enjoy the sunset. Isotta greeted us upon our arrival and was very kind. If I go back to Lido di Camaiore I would stay here again!

Elisa e Francesco sono molto disponibili e attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti. L'appartamento è confortevole, molto spazioso e ben attrezzato. Si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo, nei cui dintorni sono presenti diverse attività commerciali e un grande supermercato. Il parcheggio nel giardino interno è un altro vantaggio da non trascurare. Siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi da Elisa, che premurosa e sorridente, al nostro arrivo ci ha messo a disposizione acqua, frutta fresca e il necessario per la prima colazione.
