We were only for two nights there, but enjoyed our stay in Javiers Guesthouse very much. The apartement is in a quiet area and was clean and lovely. There is also enough space to take, in our case, the pushchair and stuff like this in. Outside you have under a tree a patio with a fireplace (but we haven't used it, because it rained ;) Javier was always reachable by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Also to deposit the key at 3 o'clock in the morning wasn't a problem. Because there is no or only rarely reception for smartphones etc. in this area you have to organize your stay before your arrival, but Javier is very helpful (than the rooms have WIFI). Yes, we recommend it!

It was a great stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped, well maintained ... The perfect place, near Las Negras and Rodalquilar and very quiet, besides being very easy to find and access ... and Javier is the best host! A great part of falling is helpful, friendly and was outstanding everything was perfect ... We have already decided that we will repeat!

Pasamos el puente de mayo en Las Negras, y estuvimos muy bien. La casa limpia, muy tranquila, nada de ruido. Pudimos descansar muy bien. La única pega que pasamos un poco de frío por la noche, nos llevamos una manta nosotros, y junto con la que había en la casa, era como dormíamos. La ventana del baño no fuimos capaces de abrirla, por ventilar un poco y que saliese todo el calor de la ducha. Salvo esos pequeños detalles, todo bien!

We have loved Loli's house. We not met her but to her son, who was waiting for us at the door of the house. Very friendly taught us and left us, courtesy of the house, some things for breakfast: juice, coffee, biscuits. The apartment is so cute, comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect to explore every corner of the park. No doubt, repeat.

Joelle at all times was communicative and responsive and willing to tell me all about the great places to go and visit places and small beaches to enjoy. Actually I had less time for her than backwards. A charm. The area surprisingly easy to reach, close to the beaches of the area taking car. Joël's cottage, is a very cute little house cqerquita Black and Rodalquilar, both charming villages. The house was very well equipped although some things I think you should renew, since the use deteriorates. According Souad arrived we were greeted very kindly and gave us the keys to the house, it was very clean. The house is in a very quiet town, but spends a road very close to what we sometimes hear cars. Something important to say, at least we nonteniamos coverage and that was sometimes a problem, but when you go to rest also is a problem :-)). The nearest village where a teller is disponeis Campohermoso if you need him. The setting is enviable and beautiful, I recommend traveling to this area, we were comfortable, and greatly appreciate people like Joelle to admit pets, because that gives us a lot of life for family trips ;-))

We really enjoyed our stay in Las Negras Julio. The apartment matched the description of the ad. Julio was available for nuos. We were quiet, the pool was little more of it. We were very well placed to enjoy the activities of the Cabo area of Gta. Las Negras is a charming village in Andalusia. We felt very welcomed and it allowed us to rest in peace. I recommend this ground floor apartment with a beautiful view. We were able to enjoy the last heat of the Spanish summer.

We spent a very pleasant holiday in Almeria, and the fact finding accommodation with were generally satisfied that it was an important part of it. Julio and his family are lovely, and welcomed us with great kindness, being at our disposal for anything we could need. The house itself was exactly what we expected with a single exception: there is a whole apartment, but a plant, fully equipped as accurately reflect the photographs of the terraced house where the owners live. In our case, this was no problem.

The entire stay was lovely and Julio and his family were really helpful. The hidden gem here is to appreciate the hiking and outside adventures one can have. The place itself was cozy, comfortable and very clean! The house is more like a duplex and does have the family upstairs, so maybe not for a romantic weekend, but suitable for families of 2-4.

Julio's house is very nice, located a bit outside the small town of las negras. is very well decorated, there are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. there is also a beautiful terrace from where you have access to the pool, which we used only us. The car is parked in front of the house on the street. the apartment is located in the ground floor of the house, Julio and his family live directly above. you hear the noise of their TV, but when we asked Julio to decrease the volume in the evening because our daughter had to sleep did so immediately. Also for the rest Julio was always very courteous and polite.

A very nice and functional to enjoy the Cabo de Gata house. Joaquin was aware of our accommodation and Consuelo, who was commissioned to facilitate our stay was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing. Strongly recommended!

Our stay at the home of Joaquin has been a great experience ... At home we felt practically like ours ... But the best has been known to Consuelo, who greeted us warmly, introduced us to the neighbor across the street that gave us some bread and cokes that were delicious, and our Boleta was entertained with Teo, a dog who lives opposite, Cabo de Gata will not make unnecessary comments. Let It has been a journey that, if possible, we will repeat soon.

Perfectly situated for visiting Cape Gata, in a quiet village and yet close to all beaches and major sites. The house very well equipped three floors, spacious with a provided everything we needed, a terrace and a wonderful courtyard with barbecue included. Well attended, they were waiting for us when we come to give us our keys and commissioned bread for breakfast in the morning (recommended typical cakes) All as it described the announcement. The walking tour that goes from the Genoese to Monsul of extraordinary beauty. The playazo, the escullos, walk to visit the island Moor, St. Joseph or black worth it in two days will not give us more time to return.

A wonderful week, thanks among other things, to the house we rented Joaquin. Everything was as coming in the ad. Plenty of room, all very comfortable, well equipped with all necessary things. It notes that is a house that is designed for owners live there and rented seasons when they are not. Excellent location, quiet, stuck to Las Negras, already halfway to many interesting places National Park Cabo de Gata. We have spent some fabulous days in the house of Hortichuelas, pueblín very quiet and strategically well placed to hear beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata-Nijar. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to not throw anything at fault and feel at home. My dogs have made great friends in the village also :-) back.

We didn't meet Joaquín Manuel but the place he has chosen, the house he built, and advice we get, say he is an interesting person. He and Consuela, who meets guests, will make you stay comfortable for sure. I like to wake up early, so I could enjoy cooking breakfast with the great view sunshine in the mountains and crowing. Silence, birds singing, easy access to lovely beaches such as Monsul Beach, Playa el Playazo, Genoveses.. The house is well organised and neighbours are very friendly including cats and dogs. We felt care in every detail. Thinking to come with our parents next time. And thank you Joaquín for great impressions!

We spent a few days in Cabo de Gata and we felt at home. Hortichuelas village is very quiet but close are Las Negras, where you go to eat, shop and drink ... with great views and a very friendly atmosphere. The house is very cozy and as shown in the pictures. With a very nice decoration. The only slightly awkward is the shower, but very complete and nice rest. Fine, we have agreed little, but been kind and has dismissed us with some details for the whole family. We return without hesitation.

We had a great few days with Fina. The area despite being dry is very nice, the beaches of the most quiet to unwind and the house is spacious and inviting. We recommend stay.

Fina's house is great. The photos do not do it justice it deserves. We spent two days there and super comfortable. It is located in Hortichuelas, which is a very quiet and beautiful in a picturesque hamlet, next to the Black and Rodalquilar small valley. The house is very well located, it is the second time I traveled to Cabo de Gata and I've been wanting to see some more beach. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, but some put the house .... the bathroom is chiquitin. The owner was very kind to us, even though only two days we stayed we was very impressed. Great house near Las Negras and Rodalquilar. Very well connected. Although we could not enjoy because of the wind, the room opens onto the terrace leading to a vast stay. Sometimes it smelled of pipe but easily vented.
