Large bathroom with shower, a hairdryer is available In front of the apartment door are 2 garden chairs to enjoy the sun on the lawn in front of the entrance door (shared use of the garden). De studio is uitgerust met een kingsize bed, Smart TV, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, kleine eethoek en badkamer met douche en toilet. Onze gasten komen voor een korte vakantie in Kyllburg en omgeving om te wandelen, fietsen en motortours te maken of voor langere tijd vanwege werkverplichting. In combinatie met andere appartementen groepen tot 16 pers mogelijk. Bedlinnen en handdoeken worden verzorgd.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
