Luxury archipelago house with sea view and hot tub.

The apartment is about 1.5 kilometers long, has about 150 permanent residents and there is a guest harbor, restaurant (summer time) as well as a grocery store, barbecue areas, swimming in lots, sauna and kayaks. The store is Hökeriet at Hyppeln and the restaurant is called Stora Oset. The island is connected to the other parts of Öckerö Municipality through Nordöleden, a free ferry connection to Burö ferry location on Nord Hälsö. Walk a few meters to Klåva harbour where there are shopping opportunities and a good selection of restaurants and cafés. Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.
