Located just a few miles from the Stone Mountain Arts Center and only one mile from the AMC hiking trail, making it the perfect home base for outdoor adventures.

The Carriage House Apartment

A unique and inviting second floor apartment. Located in what was originally a carriage repair shop. Renovated into living space, the apartment offers a comfortable living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. A well equipped kitchen area, bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom. Our beautiful area offers a variety of activities including a scenic town beach a short walk down the road, hiking trails for all level, antique shops, great restaurants, seasonal fairs, and orchards.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Apartment on the Farm

Relax with the whole family at this unique countryside farmstay. As part of your stay you are welcome to participate in the daily barnyard chores and seasonal farming activities on this active working farm. Guests will be close to no tax NH shopping, ski mountains, hiking, snowmobile trails, ponds, rivers and lakes for all seasons fishing and water sports. The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Mountain Treehouse Guesthouse

Just two miles from Stone Mountain Arts Center, 15 minutes from Fryeburg village, and only 25 minutes to neighboring North Conway, NH. A great retreat for all seasons. Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
