My husband and I had a nice stay. The condo is in a good location and we walked to several restaurants and little shops while we were there. We highly recommend going to Kenny B's while you are there which is less than a mile from the condo. The beach is a few short steps from the condo which is awesome and the pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables.

Great value and location. Room was clean and perfect space for 2 people. Jeremy was good to communicate with. Location on the beach was a plus. Pool is small but overall great value for where the unit is situated next to shops and restaurants.

This was a beautifully appointed apartment. The location was perfect. It was right on the beach. It was a quiet complex and people were friendly. We felt very safe. There are many things to do within minutes of the apartment. Jeremy communicated well. The check in and out information made our arrival and departure very quick and simple. We had our 16 month old grand daughter with us and the accommodations were just right for her. If you are considering a stay at Jeremy's, do it! You won't regret your decision.

Awesome place! Perfect villa to stay on the island

Kathy's carriage house was the perfect place for us to relax during a long destination wedding weekend. The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious. A quick walk to the beach and a short drive to everything HH. Kathy kept in touch and gave great directions. The added touches of beach gear, snacks etc was nice. We would definitely stay here again. We spent Labor Day weekend at Mira's studio apt. It was fantastic from start to finish. Mira was very responsive to inquiries and knows the area very well and provided great suggestions. There is also a binder in the room with all the info you could possibly need about the Island. She even texted me to give me an alternate route to avoid the holiday traffic. The neighborhood is just beautiful and the beach really is a 5 minute walk away and shopping and restaurants are a also a walk or quick bike ride away. The part of the beach that was accessible through the neighborhood is semi-private, which was EXACTLY what we were looking for. When we looked further down the beach it was crawling with people. I was a little nervous about the "futon bed" but it turned out to be EXTRA comfy. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was well equipped and the bathroom was My favorite part was the 9 am knock on the door. Mira brought us a continental breakfast which was a great way to start the day. Overall it was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a quiet beach get-away in Hilton Head I highly recommend staying here.

This was our first Airbnb experience and staying at Mira's could not have been better. The location is convenient for walking to beach and restaurants. Mira's suggestions for dining were great. Had a memorable experience at the Santa Fe Cafe. The binder full of information about the island was nice and we really enjoyed the use of the bikes. I will be recommending to family and friends. It was great meeting Mira.

Mira's apartment offered a private entry and kitchenette, both of these amenities were wonderful to have and the cost of her rental kept our budget on track. My fiancee and I booked this trip as a celebration of our graduating college and recent engagement. It was the perfect getaway and everything was just as described. Mira was a great host and offered more than enough help finding local fishing and other great things that Hilton Head has to offer. This is the perfect location for a visit to Hilton Head for those who love the beach, shopping, and other adventures. We were within walking distance of the beach and the plaza, just a 10 minute drive to kayak rentals, yet still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the ocean, and great food and fun down at the plaza. The next time we visit Hilton Head (hopefully soon) we refuse to stay anywhere but Mira's place. Thanks Mira for providing the restful and adventure filled gettaway we needed before the next phase of our life begins!

Mira was the sweetest host! We really loved our little get away in her home! Everything was perfect just as described! It was very homey with many amenities, including breakfast! Her breakfasts were so delicious! We super loved that she had 2 bikes that we could use to ride around the island on, it was a much better option than driving! She provides this amazing book of restaurants, live music places, and excursions. The food recommendations were really fantastic, there was not a place that we did not absolutely LOVE! You are within walking distance to the private beach area which is just so beautiful! It was not crowded and the view doesn't get any better than that! We truly appreciate Mira's hospitality and definitely will stay there again the next time we are on HHI!

Mira is a delight! Her apartment is located centrally and is easy to find. It is close to the shops, restaurants and bars at Coligny. The apartment itself is furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture and accessories. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is über comfortable. Mira has covered every detail. And she brings you breakfast!

The bed is so comfortable! Location isn't far from anything. Cozy with a private bathroom. Hotel like but for half the price! Did I mention how comfortable the bed was?!?! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This was my first visit to HHI so the guarded check-point caught me off guard (though I learned that it'a pretty common on the island - also delivery drivers have to pay to get in if you arrive late and need food). After getting settled in everything really fell into place, every person I interacted with was so warm and laid back. Steven's place is right on the beach and bike rentals are also right there. I had a truly magical time here and may just make it an annual trip!

Stevens place is great for families with small children. 3 of us fit perfectly! We loved the ability to make our own meals but still eat on the property or near by. You definitely need a car to get around the island but there are lots of activities to do!!

Steven's condo is the perfect backdrop to an amazing vacation. It's small and quaint yet roomy enough to not feel cramped. The location is unmatched! Everything is within reach: food, shopping, activities, etc. We will be returning soon! I highly recommend!

Enjoyed staying in this location as it was very convenient to the beach. I appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us, and we really loved the beach supplies just waiting for us on the balcony! That was incredibly helpful, we didn't even bother getting our own chairs out of the car. Especially nice was that an umbrella stroller was left for our use with our 5 month old - we had no worries about needing to use ours while on the property.

What a lovely little condo! Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a holiday getaway. Very cozy place, perfect for two people. Steven was very quick with communication and answering any questions. Had a wonderful stay!

Our host was wonderful in our communications. The condo itself was not in the state I expected. I do believe that had I brought it to the owner's attention during our stay, he would have called someone out to clean. The condo just looked like someone hadn't really done a good cleaning in a very long time. There is a bit too much stuff (decor) in the condo which makes fitting in your own items pretty difficult since it's such a small space. Very easy to get to beach and pool, which was nice. Nice wide beaches and food and drinks by the pool. Pool facilities were clean.

This was an excellent experience. Steven thought of everything, including a bottle of wine to welcome us! We were close enough to the beach that we could go back to the condo for lunch. Also, the resort has nice amenities which include a nice restaurant/bar as well as a nice beach bar just steps from the ocean! I will definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing environment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oceanfront Villa. Everything was very clean and the location was great. The private beach access was very nice as well.

You can't find a better location than this condo. It's steps away from the pool and the beach. Owner is nice and friendly, very easy to talk to. We had to change schedule at the last minute, and the owner graciously accepted the change. My daughter had a great birthday party there and we will definitely be back next summer.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days. Had a good time! Couple things.. The condo is very small and pretty dated. Also, we found a handful of cockroaches during our stay, yuck. The location couldn't be beat though! If your looking good location, but willing to give up cleanliness slightly then this is your place!

The villa was exactly as advertised with great access to pool and beach. The resort is nice and getting through security and accessing the villa was easy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

The place was accurately described in the listing although we felt that the furniture was a bit old and there was a very distinct and unpleasant smell that we couldn't seem to get rid of. The view from the balcony was fabulous and the resort itself was lovely. The beach was so close and so was the pool. It was great that there was food on site open until 2am and drinks and ice cream by the pool.

We spend 3 wonderful nights in Jocelyn's house. It was a great escape from our busy life at home. We enjoyed this peaceful place, especially the delicious breakfast with a beautiful view on the pool and the lagoon. Jocelyn and Rusell are very polite and helpful hosts and made our stay at HHI unforgettable. A special experience was the nighttime session in the jakuzzi with a jump into the pool to "cool" down : O So romantic!!

Russell and Jocelyn are exceptional hosts. They have a Beautiful, masterfully built home, by the owner himself! We especially enjoyed their beautifully landscaped backyard with the scenic views of the lagoon. The pool was just what you needed to cool down from the summer heat. Jocelyn and Russell were so gracious and welcomed us into their home as if we were old friends or family, as well as being very attentive in making sure our weekend getaway was a Wonderful success. This was our first time using Airbnb and we only hope all of our future reservations with Airbnb are as Perfect as this one. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. A treasure of a place! Two quiet, restful days in Jocelyn and Russell's beautiful home overlooking a peaceful waterway and golf course. Russell was a most gracious host while Jocelyn was traveling. The rooms were well-appointed and quite comfortable. The spacious kitchen opened into the living room that featured a widescreen HD tv. The raised covered patio has a fan that takes the edge off the bit of humidity native to Hilton Head. We didn't take them up on the use of the jacuzzi or pool but just knowing we could was enough this time. One big plus for us was the easy going way Russell attended to our needs including breakfast. We enjoyed his company greatly. He was a perfect host. This was our first experience at their home and am sure we will knock on their door again. As a first time user of airbnb ... this certainly encourages us to do so again! Absolutely recommend Jocelyn and Russell.

If you are considering an overpriced hotel and have an adventurous spirit, look no further. Christopher made us feel welcome right off the bat. The provided essentials were a nice touch (coffee, breakfast snacks, and shower supplies). The boat is perfectly located near the restaurants, everything is within walking distance, so EVERYONE can have a drink or three and not worry about who is the designated driver back to a crummy, greasy hotel. That said, there is a short walk to the restrooms and the showers. It is an adventure, you are on a boat. This is not for a high- maintenance female (or male) who cannot appreciate simplicity. (Just had to add this bit for full disclosure sake :) ) Thank you, Christopher and Holly, for the great stay!

We had a great experience staying on Fore Sail! Both Holly and Christopher are friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions. Everything was neat and clean. Staying on a boat was so much fun too! It really is located in the perfect spot - so close to dining, golf, beach, water sports, shopping, you name it! All around wonderful time!

Great way to see Hilton Head

This wasThis was positively different from the typical hotel/ condo environment. Locatuon was great for walking to restaurants, shops, entertainment. Or you could just sit on the boat and listen to a band playing close by. Very clean, provided towels and starter JT for weekend. Thank you for helping us make a great memory!
