Townhome holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

Unit was as advertised. Everything worked fine. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The people from Beachside were friendly and very accommodating.

This was a great stay for me, my husband, and his family. In total, we had 6 adults and brought along our 2 dogs to stay and there was enough room to be comfortable for us all. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to cook in with all the supplies we needed. I loved that the garage was big enough to fit all of our vehicles! There were beach chairs and a wagon available to use if you didn't have your own, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner. You could easily walk the sidewalk from the house to access the rest of the island, and there were cute shops just one house over. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone as a great location for Tybee and Savannah!

Great location in Sea Pines. Easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach or you can hop on the complimentary trolley just a few steps away from the building. The condo was very clean and had great living space - we especially loved the screened in porch and nice selection of board games and puzzles. Anne was a wonderful host and very responsive. We loved that this unit was pet friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the place itself and location. Loved walking home from the beach and enjoying time by the pool or on the patio.

We had a wonderful family weekend getaway at Colleen’s Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. Colleen was a thoughtful host and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d definitely book again for our next trip! Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful with no complaints. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned to a hotel standard. Each room came with a box fan which was a great accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and had an overall great stay.

We traveled with four adults and two toddlers. We found the stay roomy & comfortable! Walking distance to beach, park, shopping and restaurants.

The pictures don’t show how great this place is. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very quiet and peaceful community. The home is decorated nicely. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Lynn was great she made sure we got what we needed and made sure everything was okay for us. Was a beautiful area and great place for walking and the pools was very clean and yards were well kept. Stores and places to eat were close and tours were close also such as fishing and seeing dolphins and historical sites. There was also lots of wildlife to see such as deer, cranes alligators and turtles and much more. Was a great and peaceful place to stay

Very nice, quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town Bluffton and Bluffton Parkway. The townhouse was very clean, well equipped, pet friendly and comfortable. We were in town for a funeral last minute so we didn’t spend too much time at the house. Booked it because it was pet friendly in case we couldn’t find a pet sitter, but ended up not bringing our dog. Just be aware if you have mobility difficulties, there are two flights of stairs to bedrooms and parking is free, but along the street or in a lot that’s about a block away.

Well absolutely loved Susan’s place. The unit looks better than the pictures with spacious rooms. Susan provided detailed and helpful instructions for check in and finding the unit. This is a peaceful and quiet area of Sea Pines. Quick bike ride or walk to the Shoppes for breakfast and about 7 minutes from harbor town. We would definitely stay again!

Anthony and Calynn were awesome hosts!! The space was very comfortable to stay in, and the pickleball court in the back is great! Would 110% recommend!

This place was perfect for us. Excellent location, walking distance to everything in downtown Bluffton. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were very well-appointed and even nicer than the photos. We had a small issue with the door code upon check-in, but Jeffrey was very accessible and helpful so it was resolved quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to stay there again when we visit Bluffton.

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. Thank you, Susan and Levi, for a great property allowing are family to feel safe and comfortable! Will certainly reach out on our trip for next year!

This was our second stay at Sue’s condo and it was just as lovely as the first time. The layout of the condo is great, the location on the Promenade of Old Town Bluffton is perfect for getting out and walking to meals or shopping or down to the river and the park, and the condo is spotlessly clean. Sue was the perfect host. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything about our stay far exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and well organized. It was evident from the time we opened the door that Shari had spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of her guests. The extra amenities such as bath soap/shampoo, dishwashing/laundry detergent, a Keurig coffee maker w/pods, beach towels/chairs, games/puzzles/books, even a helpful notebook about the island with maps and information about restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and we look forward to returning.

I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 40 years, but this was the first time visiting with my 3 boys. And my first time staying on Shipyard. What a gem Sarah’s place was. It was perfect for our group of 5. Very spacious. Layout was terrific. And neighborhood was absolutely break taking if you like a peaceful, quiet, setting with nature all around. We loved biking from the house to the beach or out to Coligny. It was perfect. And I loved my first experience staying on shipyard. What a great spot for biking, walking, and running. The beach access was fantastic too. And Sarah has a closet full of beach essentials, which was a pleasant surprise. Including chairs! This was a 10/10 experience for me and my family. We had so much fun! Sarah was a great host. Very friendly and proactive. I would definitely love to stay here again! Oh, and the beds were all so comfortable. The A/C was terrific. And it was so quiet. I slept better here than I usually do at home!

We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo for the weekend time this year! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and in a super walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants nearby. The condo itself had everything we needed, clean and comfortable with all the essentials. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, making check-in and our whole stay seamless. Highly recommend!
