I booked this location because I was in town for my college reunion. Check in was simple,This was my first stay and this stay was nothing short of amazing!!! My reunion itinerary was stacked and came and went with no problems at all. She recommended a great place to grab something to eat. It was delicious!! The room was spacious the bed was so comfortable. She was an amazing host. Kindall set the bar extremely high for future stays.Thanks so much for truly making this stay a home away from home❤️

This AirBnB was a very comfortable and spacious stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the common areas were always kept tidy. Victor visits on weekends and as requested to make sure the place is up to standards. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Other tenants were always very respectful, generous, and incredibly friendly. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place that offers space and a modern touch. 40 minute drive to Macon, GA; Publix, Circle K gas station, and other restaurants within minutes down the road.

This place is AMAZING! I travel and stay at air b&bs frequently and this is one of the best ones to date! Janet and Michael are exceptionally kind, warm and respectful towards their guests. I had a warm reception and then complete and total privacy. The space is so cozy, exceptionally clean, and incredibly beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. They had a very nice TV with Netflix, prime, etc. Janet went above and beyond and thought of everything her guests may need. All the little touches go a long way. From providing breakfast items (that met my dietary needs) to a mini pharmacy, to soap, lotion, q-tips, face wash cloths, etc. Surprised they don’t charge more for this space. Highly highly recommend you stay here! Could not say enough nice things. It will NOT disappoint. 5 stars!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Perfect for 2 people.

It took not even ten minutes meeting with them for my now-husband to say, “Can we give them 20 stars?” They are absolutely two of the sweetest people we have met. They gave us amazing tips and we asked them bunches of questions which they let us sit down and ask. We hung out just to hang out and become closer with them. They told us all kinds of awesome stories and when my parents came down for our wedding, they absolutely adored the couple as well. They have two of the cutest dogs that will just melt your heart. The room was absolutely adorable. Had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was probably my personal favorite part of the bathroom because it was so roomy and had a really nice shower head. Stay here because there is no place like this one. It is a second home for us here in Georgia and we are so thankful. ❤️

After reading many of the reviews from previous individuals who have stayed at Zachary's place, I was looking forward to meeting our hosts. That didn't happen but they did communicate clearly as to how we could gain access to their home in their absence. They are obviously very experienced at hosting / caring for the needs of those who choose to stay in their home. We were very grateful for the rest we received via their kindness.

Zack's place was fantastic, much better than I expected especially when you consider the cost of the stay. If you are looking for a place in the area, Zachs would be tough to beat!

Cute 3 bedroom ranch. Pet friendly, fairly secluded. Central Georgia, perfect for day trips to Savannah, Athens, Macon, etc. Will be returning.

What a great place. Amazing yard to play in. Clean and easy to communicate with. The doggies will love it and we loved the hosts dogs too. This is a perfect space to bring the family.

Very clean, quaint and quiet on beautiful land. A bit of a drive to anything (ie Macon 25 minutes away) which isn’t bad. It’s great if you’re looking for peace and seclusion. The host was very friendly and respected privacy with this being a guest house. Amazing value

If you're staying at Kimberly expect a home that is in Georgia because that's exactly what she prepares. She was kind and very patient, it was my first time traveling alone but her simple instructions into such a comfy room made my anxiety that much less! Maybe one day I'll be able to stay again!!

The room is accessible through a private entrance in the back which made coming and going whenever I wanted nice and easy. Kim has 5 lovely cats some of which appear regularly and some others that are pretty shy. She has the room stocked with a cute coffee station, snacks, refrigerator, microwave and large screen tv. I stayed here for 8 weeks while I was doing a clinical rotation at the hospital and I definitely had everything I needed. Thanks for being a wonderful host, Kim!

Very nice accomodations and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a work / volunteer event and were glad to have a nice place to come "home" when our day was over. Kimberly is a great hostess.

Great little hide-away just off the beaten path. Quiet neighborhood, but close/minutes away from stores, movies, restaurants etc. I was visiting the area for an event at the National Fairgrounds - Kimberly's place is about a 20-25 minute drive (@14 miles). I felt safe getting back late at night, even had a guard-cat on duty one night! Plenty of closet space, bathroom was a full bath, room has small fridge/freezer, microwave and most importantly a Keurig coffee maker!!

This was thee perfect place. Quiet, comfy, spotless, almost felt like I was home. Would pick her place every time if I could!

Victor was a very kind and accommodating host. He waited for me in the evening because I arrived much later than I expected, and offered fresh coffee in the morning. The home is in a newly constructed neighborhood, safe and quiet, 5 minuted from the interstate. There are other guests in the house, so you may hear them up until about 10pm, but overall great value.

Victor was the best airbnb host I have ever had. He was always respectful, thoughtful, friendly and gracious. He made me feel at home and welcomed me with warmth and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend staying in Victor's home. It was simply the best experience! A+++!!

This house was absolutely beautiful, Cynthia is the definition of Southern Hospitality. The room was spotless, bathroom so clean you could have ate a meal off the floor if you wanted, a comfortably sized shower, great bed, and the little touches she thought to include like the snacks, body washes, and toothbrush just show that she really puts thought into her guests comfort. If you forget anything during stay, no sweat, she has it. Very affordable and well worth booking.

This was my first time using a private room using AirB&B and I have to say that Cynthia has set the gold standard for hosting for me. From the thoughtful amenities like snacks/drinks/coffee to the toiletries she has thought of everything. I can’t remember ever a hotel stay that has ever provided this much for me. I had a great experience and I would recommend this stay to anyone.

I had a great stay at Caycee’s. Checkin was very smooth. Clear instructions posted everywhere. I especially liked the fridge and microwave Iin my room. Very close to everything. I will be back later in May.

We used the home for a quick overnight on a trip to Florida. Exactly 13 minutes off of 75. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Place was exactly as described. It is basic so don’t expect anything fancy but a great value. Will check this house out in the future when passing through. David was great to communicate with.

Peggy’s place is exactly like the description. Her home is beautiful , quiet,and spotless. I did a long term stay on a work assignment and Ms.Peggy really goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I never had an issue with communication she always has a quick response and Is very professional. Ms.Peggy is just a wonderful person all around , I wouldn’t hesitate to stay a second time .

Cynthia's place was great. It was quiet and very clean. The bathroom had everything I needed incase I forgot something. The room I slept in was comfortable too. I really liked how she had water in the fridge for me, along with oatmeal and other snacks. There was also a Kerug and a microwave in the room as well. I didn't use the TV, I was really tired I only ate then went to bed. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever need a place that's quiet and peaceful to sleep.

The house is/was a grand old lady that is being renovated...much history to her...ask Stephanie. The upstairs bedrooms have Netflix, but not cable tv yet, although you can use the downstairs tv for cable, news, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. A bit far off I-16 so be ready for a drive, but it was just what I loved....an old, Ga railroad town with some beautiful old homes and forgotten gardens with old timey plants. Stephanie is a great host and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I were traveling to Eastman with our six month old son and were recommended to this place by a local friend. We’re so happy that we stayed here! It was Christmastime and the decorations were in every room and were absolutely gorgeous! Our room and bathroom were tidy and clean, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Stephanie made amazing apple crepes! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This room was lovely! Stephanie made me a huge breakfast both days of my stay and was excellent at pointing me in the direction of places to eat and things to do. The house has a fascinating history that she shared, and the young family running the place are very sweet. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want a quiet, comfortable spot to get work done or just slow down for a day or two.

I would highly recommend Debra’s home if staying in the Perry area. The communication was great and I was given a code to use while staying at her home so I could come and go easily. The bathroom was well appointed with essentials and fresh towels . Great water pressure in the shower. The bedroom was nice with a super comfy mattress. I’ll definitely stay with her again in the future.

First I want to say to the lady who wrote the bad post SHAME on her not true... Miss Debra was a wonderful super host! Her home is beautiful and clean as a pin. She was very generous and shared with me I love her kitchen and she gave me 2 shelves and plenty of space in her Fridge! The bed slept wonderful she has everything in the bath you need and it’s really nice. When I come back I want to stay with Miss Debra. Definitely a 5 star!!!

Mrs. Debbie is a wonderful host, the bathroom is amazing and we felt like we were home. We had our own side to ourselves and she was even going to accommodate our stay for longer as our apartment wasn’t ready by the 2nd as we thought. She has the 3-4 closed and when we told her our situation she opened the schedule for us to book longer. She has great recommendations for places to eat at and visit. You will love her place and her.

Most relaxing shower with great water pressure, very important after a long day and drive, followed by a HEAVENLY bed.... The only thing to make it better would be room service...lol Ms Debra was a very gracious host, despite being under the weather. We will be back if the occasion presents itself next year.

This was our first stay at an arb&b. An earlier bed and breakfast cancelled so we got this late at night. The hostess, Pam was so friendly and made us feel welcome. We were overjoyed to have a great night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood. Patti and Pam are quilters so we will call this arb&b Quilt House!

There is a reason Victor is a Superhost - he's wonderful! I was actually booked in another airbnb where the host was awol and the situation was very sketchy. After I fled there I booked Victor's airbnb. I arrived traumatized from my other airbnb, and upset that the people at the Airbnb emergency line were basically no help. Victor is a very kind and empathetic man who made me feel calmer and safe when I arrived. That alone would make him a superhost, but in addition his airbnb is roomy, spotless, the bed was very comfortable and my room had it's own tv, etc. so it was a great stay.
