The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Also within 10 minutes you can reach Wattens and the world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds. The historic old town of the city of Hall in Tyrol with many shopping opportunities as well as great restaurants can be easily reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a single bed, a large bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and closet wall. A small garden and parking space are available. The apartment is well suited as a supplement to our apartment if more than 5 people are to be accommodated, or also as a worker's accommodation.
