The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Enjoy the tranquility in a village not far from Innsbruck and the many sights of Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens and Schwaz. Whether cultural, hiking in the mountains or skiing in winter. We, Elisabeth and Christian, with our dog Diego live next door and are available for questions and requests. With Wi-Fi, it is also possible to quickly check the email post on the terrace or even work from home with a direct view of the mountains such as Glungezer or the Karwendel.

An approx. 70 square meter apartment on the 2nd floor of a house in Absam. Absam is a small rural town 10 minutes by car from the state capital of Innsbruck. Also within 10 minutes you can reach Wattens and the world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds. The historic old town of the city of Hall in Tyrol with many shopping opportunities as well as great restaurants can be easily reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.

The center of Mils and Hall in Tyrol is within easy walking distance. Innsbruck is accessible by bus. Groceries or restaurant within walking distance. I am more than happy to pass on tips for near and far excursions, even with children :)
