Die Gäste benutzen den selben Hauseingang wie Bewohner, ebenso das Treppenhaus, das sich im Wohnbereich (Haus) befindet. Der Gast hat ansonsten keinen Kontakt zu Wohnbereichen der Gastgeber. Saunabenutzung (1.OG) ist nach Absprache möglich. Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche.
