This place is GREAT for an Orbetello home base. Edwina was super responsive, the place was easy to access per her instructions, clean, great location. We loved the loft bed! Super comfortable, and the "open bathroom" was not an issue for us at all. We paid for an hr of parking on the other side of town just to be able to walk around and get our bearings. Once we found Edwina's place and scouted out the surrounding area, we never paid for parking again! There are many restaurants and shops to peruse, just keep in mind the whole town basically naps from 1 - 6 pm :) We were a little leary of the instructions regarding the on/off of the water heater, but it made perfect sense once we were there and it was easy and painless. Any questions we had, Edwina was incredibly quick to reply. Our last night was the most enjoyable time in Orbetello, we had dinner at the restaurant/lounge just outside the apt. Baraka. The owner Matteo (sp?) was so kind and welcoming, the service was fantastic and they made for a really comforting experience. He and his staff speak more english than the other locals we encountered which was awesome. We were able to share stories, crack a few jokes, and get to know each other a little. Really good people. Food was superb, they even have a gourmet burger on the menu for us 'muricans! Highly recommend this gem, highly recommend Edwina's place!

Edwina’s apartment is beautiful and perfectly located for the bars and restaurants of Orbetello. It was great to come back to every day and very quickly felt like home. The bed is comfortable and the living space is perfect for a couple. We really appreciated the recommendations for nearby beaches. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Orbetello. Edwina’s apartment was so dreamy and unique but definitely comes with some quarks. There was no Wifi which was kind of a pain sometimes but great if you’re looking to disconnect. There were lots of cafes to use WiFi if needed. The kitchen is bright, spacious and fully equipped. Would stay again!

Great apartment, loved the outdoor kitchen and designated seating areas, all of which had beautiful views. Guilia and Pamela are lovely people. I recommend the Tuscany Honeymoon for a peaceful getaway. Lovely area to explore.

I've never stayed in a place before with such a stunning view, it's really uncomparable. The huge outdoor part is filled with beautiful sitting areas, green plants and an amazing outdoor kitchen. The apartment is small but very cozy and furnished with lots of love. But the best part of it were Giulia and Pamela, always kind and helping with great care, which made us really feel at home.

Giulia & Pamela's accommodation is lovely, waking up and enjoying the view and the tranquility that the villa offers makes your stay even more enjoyable. A few minutes walk takes you to the center of Porto Santo Stefano of which, especially thanks to Giulia's directions, we enjoyed the sea and good food. I advise guests who intend to stay in the busiest months to organize themselves for parking: in the streets of the city it is almost impossible to find a place and inside the villa, if you do not have a very small car, the maneuvers are quite difficult . Congratulations to Giulia & Pamela for this corner of peace and relaxation!

Such a friendly warm welcome and Guilia did everything she could to make our stay relaxing. The views are simply amazing and the location is perfect, 5 minute walk from bars/restaurants and the seafront. The accommodation was really clean and had everything we needed with three beautiful private areas to sit and relax, capturing the sun at different times of day and a wonderful outdoor kitchen. I could not recommend this place enough.

We had a great time at Giulia and Pamela, the villa is adorable and the view from the terrace is simply stunning! We were welcomed by Pamela and got immediate help when we‘ve had some issues with the warm water which she fixed immediately. The area is beautiful with sandy beaches and delicious restaurants - Giulia helped with great tips.

Beautiful place!!

Delicious little apartment, complete with everything you need, literally a few meters from the splendid sea of Porto Santo Stefano, and a careful and very quick host in the answers. A special place to wake up to the sound of the sea, 5 minutes walk from the town center: our excellent experience can only confirm what other guests have already highlighted, a "heart" place where I hope we can come back not too late. Fantastic location

Amazing place. Very hospitable hosts. Even in winter, it is a great place to relax.

Location is outstanding for a peaceful and scenic stay. Loved watching the fishing boats come and go. Lots of restaurants and bars along the shoreline although quite a few were closed (January). Alberto met us at the property and was very helpful and always contactable.

The apartment is very nice and is in a fantastic location. It has three private accesses to the sea.

Excellent welcome and assistance. Nice equipped and comfortable apartment with beautiful views and strategic location for sea life. Clean and tidy, it feels a little weary to stand by the sea. Bathroom a bit small but nothing is missing. Apartment definitely designed for the summer season. However very efficient heating. An excellent solution.

Experience Italy authentically. A real rarity and highly recommended. The apartment is located in an old architect's villa and is very tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and matching accessories. The garden is a dream and the incredibly beautiful view completes everything. It is worth getting up early, the colors at sunrise are unforgettable. The entrance is narrow, it may be advisable to check with Giulia how well your car will fit in before entering the country. We just made it with a fairly large car and were happy about the parking lot on the property. Otherwise, it is not so easy in Italian cities. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, but it is also worth exploring the island and the surrounding area by car. There are really great beaches, beautiful nature and small towns with very old architecture. It is also a paradise for hikers or ambitious cyclists. The warm and helpful hosts take care of everything and are absolutely reliable. Everything was perfectly organized, from directions to valuable sightseeing tips to farewell. Conclusion: it was really fun to live here and we would love to come back.

Giulia and Pamela were very friendly and gave us good advises for our stay at Porto Santo Stefano. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Especially the stunning view from the balcony to the sea was exceptional and unforgettable. We will come back:-).

There’s no way to add to what other reviewers have said about the view. It’s simply amazing from every location in the apartment and garden. We were always pleased to pick out the home on the hillside from town or the sea and admire its unique design. Giulia was very responsive to all of our messages and provided lots of useful suggestions for making our stay in Porto Santo Stefano one of the best we’ve had in Italy, past or present. The apartment is spacious and private and the off street parking was a nice benefit though we had a larger car and had to be careful negotiating the turns on the narrow driveway. The special touches throughout the apartment made us feel like we were at home. So much better than your typical hotel room. The garden and terrace below the apartment were filled with so many unique plants that were obviously cared for by someone with a very green thumb. I’m pretty sure Pamela deserves a lot of the credit as we saw her often in the garden tending plants and sprucing things up here and there. We hope to return someday and will definitely stay in Giulia and Pamela’s place again.

What a divine place to stay! We felt so privileged to be able to enjoy this place for 5 nights. The views are endless! The villa is so unique & has everything you could ever need! A great location for walking in all directions. We didn’t have a car, which suited us just fine. We caught a cab from Orbetello station & Giulia provided perfect instructions on how to reach the house. There’s a fantastic supermarket a short walk up the hill that sold everything you could wish for, as well as fresh hot meals that changed daily. 115 steps down to the foreshore & promenade area. Great little restaurants & gelato shops! Il Moletto beach was lovely for a swim each day & the restaurant there was our favourite. I would highly recommend staying here! Giulia & her family were so delightful & assisted us with anything & everything we needed. Just magical. X

Nice location with perfect view over Porto Santo Stefano. Great tips, easy communication. Giulia is very kind and friendly host. If you are sound-sensitive you might want to check, if there are any events line up "in piazza" during your stay.

Beautiful romantic pleace !!

A fabulous location, a garden and an extraordinary view, the beautiful house, very special and welcoming. Tranquility even if the sounds of the waterfront can be heard in the evening. Cats welcome. Going down the steps you are already in the village, climbing them is not for disabled or elderly people but there is a bus not far from the house. Ask the owners for information, which will surely help you. Super nice and accurate!

The villa is splendid, the view from the balcony, the dinners on the terrace. The apartment has all the comforts (we didn't feel the need for air conditioning) Giulia is a very attentive and kind host. We will definitely be back!

What a lovely apartment and location, and host as well! Nadia was very patient and responsive on my way to finding the apartment with all of my luggage, and sorting the transit and way there. I loved waking up each morning to watch the sunrise from the bedroom window, and enjoying both balconies, depending on time of day. There were very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment and I really enjoyed my stay during the quiet in mid October. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again on my return!

Nadia’s space in Argentario is a great landing pad for exploring the old city and enjoying some time by the many beaches in the area. There are so many nice amenities in this place, and the space is wonderfully decorated and surprisingly large given how dense the immediate area is. We fell in love with Argentario on this stay and that is in large part due to Nadia’s hospitality and wonderful space, and recommend it without hesitation!

A beautiful Apartment in the (for us) best part of Porto Santo Stefano. It’s the first time in holiday we had an Apartment, where everything was in the flat, what could be needed. We didn‘t miss anything. Nadia has a real talent to decorate, the Apartment is so lovely! And - very important - the bed is so comfortable, we slept very well. We really felt at home, grazie mille Nadia!

An apartment with a breathtaking view ...

We had 2 comfortable days here. The view is stunning from the smaller bedroom balcony, the garage & parking a bonus, and it is a short walk into town. While you are on a main road into town, it was quiet at night. Great boardwalk along the harbor. The living room is a bit dark and the building smells of cigarettes, but much less so in the apt. And there are big windows for air. Smoking is robust in Italy.

Good location, a bit noisy but the view of the port is beautiful. Two terraces according to the desire.

My partner and I decided to spend a week in this little paradise. Fabrizia welcomed us, who was a very pleasant landlady who knew how to put us at ease with her courtesy and refinement. The accommodation intended for us was equipped with every comfort, with a small outdoor gazebo, ideal for romantic candlelit dinners. The well-kept outdoor garden is also equipped with a comfortable swimming pool where you can relax after a day at the beach. Fabrizia, besides being a very cultured and nice woman, is also a wonderful cook who delighted us with fabulous tagliatelle with meat sauce made by her. If we go back to the area again, we will definitely return to this wonderful place.

It is a pleasure to rest at Fabrizia. On the territory there are gazebos, hammock, swimming pool. All clean. Close to the beach (free). Fabrizia is a wonderful hostess and a great person. Thank you very much, the stay was unforgettable!!!

Comfortable and clean apartment, set in a beautiful villa with several apartments and surrounded by a large garden with gazebos (personal) with swimming pool. A quiet place a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches of the Maremma, both equipped and free (the only drawback in the latter: a proliferation of insects, which however is due to the wild and pristine nature that is immediately behind). Many thanks to the kind Fabrizia, always present and never intrusive, who has been able to give us precious indications to visit this beautiful region in the best way!

Fabrizia is really a great host, very hospitable and helpful in every respect. The place itself is very conveniently located, in proximity of plenty of attractions. You will need a car to properly explore all of them. At the apartment (there are 3 in total to pick from) we found everything we needed. Plus, you get an access to a small garden where you can sunbath or take a dip in the swimming pool. Very much recommended.

Fabrizia made us feel immediately at home, making us find an apartment with impeccable cleanliness, very nice and equipped with everything. The location is great for us, an oasis of tranquility in Fonteblanda, a few kilometers from Talamone, but within walking distance you will find bars / restaurants and a supermarket. Although we were self-driving, Fabrizia also provided us with bicycles to reach the beaches or the town center. Alternatively, you can relax under the gazebo in the beautiful garden (reserved for guests of the apartment) or by the pool. Two words on Fabrizia: courtesy and availability for any need and advice on places to visit nearby, you will not miss suggestions of many small "goodies" on the surrounding places, which is why we will definitely return!

We had a fantastic holiday at Fabrizia. Everything worked perfectly. We felt very safe and very welcome there. Fabrizia took great care of us and even surprised us with a dinner and home-made jam. The car is parked in a closed area, the accommodation was very tasteful, stylish, modern and sparkling clean. The garden is almost a small park and beautiful, especially the trees. Everywhere one discovers a lot of attention to detail. We loved our little gazebo there and gladly took our meals there. The pool looks much smaller in the photos and there everything is lovingly designed and invites you to linger. In the village you can eat well and get a feel for the Italian way of life. You are also greeted as a stranger and the people are very helpful and friendly. From here it is not far to swim in the Tyrrhenian Sea and the thermal springs of Saturnia are easy to reach and highly recommended. However, you should be mobile. We had a really wonderful time and everything was much better than expected. Thank you very much Fabrizia

We stayed a week with Fabrizia with a 6 year old child. It was a wonderful stay thanks to Fabrizia who is an exceptional guest! He filled us with every kind of attention (excellent homemade jams, fruit and vegetables and his wonderful Bolognese sauce !!!) and valuable advice on the attractions of the area. The apartment was very functional and the well-kept garden brightened our dinners. In the evening, after having been by the sea or by bike (we missed one and Fabrizia lent it!), We enjoyed the pool with great care. What to say ... we will definitely be back because Fabrizia is a special person!

Fabrizia is a lovely host, we were about an hour late but it was no problem (we underestimated the traveling time from Pisa). She was very welcoming, her house has a lovelygarden and a pool, and she takes excellent care of them. There are 4 apartments in the house + her home, it was very peaceful. We had pretty much all we could ask for. If I had to add one thing to the apartment, that would be a microwave, that would made life a little easier. Fabrizia even arranged bicycles for our disposal,although we didn't use them after all due to poor weather. It's a small village but within a great proximity to many fun activities and sights. Fabrizia even invited us for a dinner one night, which was so lovely, so enjoyable to see how passionate a true Italian lady is about cooking. I warmly recommend the place!!

The stay was really great, the property is large and the apartments spacious and offer plenty of storage options. In the garden there is an assigned little pavilion with a table and chairs for each apartment, also hammocks and a pool are available. It takes only a few minutes by car to the sea. The landlady, Fabrizia, is super nice, helpful and also has great suggestions for good restaurants. I would recommend anyone to come here! Also for kiters this property is great, because the garden is very large and thus offers enough space to build his kites there and clean.

Thanks to Fabrizia and her excellent advice we have experienced an unforgettable holiday! The house was comfortable and equipped with everything, surrounded by a garden with beautiful plants, also having a swimming pool. Each apartment in the villa of Fabrizia has its own outdoor gazebo for outdoor dining, the respective deckchairs by the pool, and the parking space. We really appreciated Fabrizia's advice on the places to visit (I'm sure she wrote a small list tailored to our stay) that we listened to and that made our holiday full of wonder for Tuscany. We found Fonteblanda a strategic position to discover Tuscany; the car is needed to move. To return, maybe staying for at least two weeks, so you can also enjoy the beautiful villa of Fabrizia as well as the suggestive Tuscan places.

A fantastic week of relaxation and full of comfort. We were pampered by the Host who gave us advice on places to visit and provided useful addresses for the purchase of typical products. The Animo Emiliano of Host has shown in all his kindness to delight us with his handmade tagliatelle .... absolutely to be repeated ...

We returned for the second time and Fabrizia and her wonderful house turned out to be a great way to spend a weekend in total relaxation.

Great house right on the beach. Deserted beach. Very gentle entrance to the sea (ideal for children). Complete delight - the kitchen (with induction hob) and a warm shower on the street. It was very nice to cook in the Tuscan sun. The beach table has become our favorite place for lunch and dinner. The sunsets were amazing! The house is very comfortable. There were five of us (three adults and two children), there was enough space for everyone. The beds are comfortable. All our questions were answered quickly and in full. The meeting was at a time convenient for us. Special thanks for the welcome selection of products. We were pleased. Of the shortcomings, I note ants! In the open kitchen there are a lot of them. If you leave something meat on the table, they attacked right there. Sometimes wasps appeared, one of them bit our mother. It is not very clear why the windows in the rooms did not open. It would be great to sleep to the sound of the sea. The nearest store (Soor hypermarket) is two kilometers away. Walking distance, you need a car. In general, I highly recommend this house for recreation and travel in the region.

We spent a beautiful week at the tuscan sea in the cosy house of Gaia. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sea, the children are free to play in the sand all day long. Gaia is a very friendly host. Thank you very much for these fantastic holidays , we would like to return!

Lovely house right on the beach!

We were a family of 5 with 3 older kids and we stayed here the 2nd week of our holiday for 7 days. If you love watching the sun go down every night on the beach front then this won't be a disappointment. This is fabulous place for a beach holiday and the outdoor space is even bigger than is seems in the pictures. We were there in peak season, it was hot and sunny & still the beach was fairly quiet. Sometimes we even felt like we had it to ourselves. The local area doesn't have too much that can be accessed on foot so a car is necessary. Although a short stroll up the beach and you can drink / dine at a lovely beach front restaurant (not cheap though). There are others further up the beach too but we didn’t venture that far. The house itself is a dark wood cabin type house and is dark. It could probably do with some updating but it won’t impact on your holiday at all if the weather is nice. We had a couple of very small issues that were responded to very quickly and resolved by our host. All in all a great stay.

Great house by the sea, exactly as expected!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gaia’s place. Beautiful setting and a wonderful beach area. Perfect for young children as it is lovely and shallow and great for teenagers paddle boarding etc. The outside kitchen and eating area overlooking the sea was stunning. Gaia’s place suited our family needs well, the house a little smaller than expected from the photos. We loved visiting the villages around Orbetello and the ports. So much to see and explore and not enough time so we will have to come back!!

We stayed 8 days in the house of Elizabeth and we had a great time ... the house was stocked with everything and very clean! In addition, Elisabetta and her son were available with us ... Highly recommended!

Great house to spend a week in tranquility in Fonteblanda. In the family we are 4, with two small children (7 and 4 years) and we used it mainly from 4 to 11 August as a support to attend the beaches in the area. It is a three-room apartment with a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with two beds, ideal for two children. Comfortable bathroom with large shower. The living area has a sofa, TV, a table for 4 and a kitchen. Outside there is a small courtyard where you can eat and very cool in the evening. Quiet area, clean house and very courteous host. Recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Elisabetta, whose home is really comfortable and safe, especially for a family with two children, like ours! Definitely a place for holidays to choose from! We felt a bit at home.

Absolutely nice for a couple of days off in a calm and unique environment! We will be back hopefully soon! Just loved the view over the entire bay!

Spectacular views, very special place, highly recommended!

We had a splendid view on the sea and Talamone village and an amazing private site at the top of a mountain. There was a nice exterior terrace with a view. A bit small for 4 adults but would be perfect for a couple or couple with children. Must have a car to get there. Highly recommend this place!

Apartment Sereny is in a beautiful location. It's very private and very nicely decorated. The views are fantastic. Serena communicated with us by mail, but always on time and without problems. Serena's place is in an incredible location with views you'll never get tired of. It has everything you'll need to unplug and relax.

Serena's accommodation in the Forte di Talamonaccio is really something special - from the sun terrace overlooking the bay to Talamone and the walk around the fort also towards Monte Argentario and into the hinterland - fantastically beautiful and quiet. The apartment is also very nice and well equipped with everything you need. It's all like in the pictures! Serena was great to reach and communication worked perfectly. And their tips for shopping, restaurants, excursions and beaches were great! Grace!

Elegant apartment with an enchanting view

The apartment is very nice and is located in the middle of a small hill next to Fonteblanda. The view from up there is really fantastic, we enjoyed it a lot!

A really nice and well kept apartment, with everything you need to do a bit of cooking (if you want to!). Lovely pool and gardens. Fabrizia was really helpful and easy to talk to, and she was lovely with our baby daughter as well. Guests staying in the other two apartments were nice too. The location is great as well - Fonteblanda is a small village but has everything you need including supermarket, bakery, fresh pasta, pizza, pharmacy, all within ~5 mins walk from the apartment. We had a great time. Thanks again to Fabrizia!

Paola is hospitable and has a wonderfully beautiful courtyard where you can relax. For nature lovers exactly the right thing !!! Apartment was very clean, laundry smelled good. Paola is very hard and has a lot of tips in store. We would come back anytime.

The farm in the nature reserve is quiet and the apartments are well equipped. Paola herself is a host who enjoys helping with holiday planning and other issues.

Paola’s place is part of a farm house, surrounded by nature, horses, donkeys and dogs, in the middle of a nature park. Paola’s place is what vacation is meant to look like. Beautiful open space, surrounded by trees and lovely animals. Everything was clean, and tidy! Just the right amount of space for two people. Paola was AMAZINGLY THOUGHTFUL, taking the time to go over the nicest beaches and the best places to eat. We truly felt welcome and at home. Her daughter Vittoria is one in a million!! With the option to have a 2 hour horseback riding experience, she was insightful and enthusiastic. All in all a great place to stay, close to beaches and amenities. Highly recommend!!!

The house of Stef is ideal for a couple that loves to stay in the historical center where to find all the shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The space for two is more than sufficient and also well distributed (between kitchen area, living room etc.) that you always find good. We really found ourselves well and Stefania's father made us feel almost pampered ... Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Stefania's accommodation is a nice appartment in an ideal location close to the orbetello center, which is just over 100 meters. As soon as you enter the house you realize the attention to detail, there is a nice little fireplace that helps to create Christmas atmosphere. The apartment really nice and cosy, very good located in the center of the town, but on quiet street. Good kitchen equipment including capsules coffee machine, all are clean and new. You can have a wonderful house all for you, with a special seight on the hills around. Calm and relax is all you find around, together with amazing places to see, from a natural and historical point of view. A good glass of very good wine is guaranteed too.

My boyfriend and I discovered a little corner of paradise here in Scansano. From Casa Caneto you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The house is treated in detail and a 5-star rating would not be sufficient given that it meets every need. Sonia and her father were very hospitable, kind and helpful. The best equipped airbnb we’ve ever been to! there is literally everything you need to cook, eat, wash and hang out, plus a lot of lovely food gifts from the owner. The flat was very clean and Montiano is the loveliest little hilltop town. The best experience!

I stayed with my boyfriend for a few days in Stefano's apartment and we loved it. It is located in a small medieval village in the Tuscan Maremma. The place is very quiet and out of the chaos of the maritime cities. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need (sheets, towels, air conditioning, wifi, Netflix, etc.). Stefano is a very friendly owner. He also made available a very nice welcome basket for the first day and proved to be very helpful for any doubts or eventualities.

Stefano's accommodation is very clean and has every comfort, is located in a beautiful village of the Maremma, a strategic point to visit the beautiful sea of the Argentario and the charming villages of the hinterland. Stefano was very welcoming and kind in advising us on one of the most beautiful beaches of the island of Giglio. Not to be missed! I highly recommend it !!

We came across exceptional hosts! We were welcomed by Kamila himself. The apartment is very well located, among the olive trees .. There are products like jams, fresh eggs and farmers, biscuits, pasta, sauces etc. in the apartment. The bed is comfortable. Housing very functional. I recommend ! Clean and pretty house in a rural context, it is located on the Aurelia state road, which can only be reached by private means. If you love animals, there are the dog and 2 very affectionate and playful Kamila cats. The owners are always available for every need and advice on the spot. We will definitely return.

We stayed at Kamilas lovely apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was big and clean, and it is located close to the lovely monte argentario and Orbetello. Kamila was very helpful and sweet. Every time we had a question she replied quickly. She had plenty of tips for good beaches (and how to park there) at monte argentario and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to visit monte argentario or Orbetello.

My partner and I wanted to take a vacation at the Argentario, and doing several searches the night before we left we found the announcement of kamila. I have to tell the truth I didn't trust it at first, it was a new host and therefore it had no review. Shortly after booking, I began to change my mind, because kamila immediately contacted me to come to an agreement and was immediately available. Upon our arrival that initial doubt vanished .... kamila is so cute she welcomed us with her cute dog that was having parties there. The house perfectly matches the description ... it is located on the Aurelia about twenty minutes from Orbetello, and 30 from the Argentario (traffic permitting and in which beach of the Argentario you want to go). The apartment is very clean and is located next to the house of Kamila, below is the joinery where the husband works. I must say that despite the proximity of the carpentry we slept very well .... and also with regard to the mosquitoes we had no problems since the mosquito nets were not mounted, but kamila was cute apologizing several times for this lack, and has us said that this week they would be mounted. To forget from the bedroom window you will enjoy a breathtaking sunset, not to mention the evening ... as there is no lighting you will be able to see all the stars you do not see in the city. Thanks again Kamila we felt at home. We will certainly come back very gladly.

The house is in a good panoramic position on a small hill, between Alberese and Rispescia, very convenient to reach, very close to the Parco della Maremma. Very functional structure, very clean, well managed; TV and fridge in the room, food and crockery for breakfast. More than advisable!

The room where we stayed is perfectly functional, simple, but with small details that make one perceive the attention of those who designed it for the reception. The point where Podere Montenero is located is magical: from the hill you can see all the way to the sea and you can enjoy a wonderful sunset, plus it is very close to the entrance to the Parco della Maremma (where beautiful hiking trails start from) and to a dream beach. Never before has a house so perfectly clean happened to us. Certainly Chiara will see us again very soon.

We stayed at Podere Montenero from August 29th to September 1st, Chiara and all her family welcomed us warmly and were always kind and attentive to our needs. The room was welcome and every day it was arranged, cleaned and towels were also changed. The best place we stayed in Alberese, a place we have been to for several years. We hope to return soon.

Chiara is an exceptional host. She was always kind and hospitable, taking care that we had all the necessary information for our stay in Alberese. We have tried other B & bs in the Alberese area in the past but we can suggest this. Apartment in excellent condition, impeccable cleanliness, exceptional view. We found everything we were looking for! Panoramic and excellent position to reach the park and Marina di Alberese, closer than this ... Simple room but with everything you need, perfect cleaning. The hosts really kind and helpful, they gave us useful tips to make the most of our stay.

We spent a few days at Diego's place, and enjoyed the flat. We found very positive that the bedrooms were fresh, big plus in Italy in summer, and with no mosquitos thanks to the nets, another big big plus. Then everything is within walking range : pubs, restaurants, shops, beach. Perfect !

Awesome spot in a busy holiday town. Lots of action and an awesome swim jumping of the rocks below the castle and meeting the holidaymakers ( mostly Italians), lots of fun. Diego's house is in a great location (just a few steps from the beach area), clean and very fresh even without an air conditioner. Inside it is equipped with everything you need. We spent a nice weekend and we will definitely return to Talamone at Diego's place.

Beautiful studio apartment in the center of Orbetello. Very nicely decorated. Salvatore was so kind and came to pick me up from the station, then explained everything to me. There are bikes available and also red wine and Maremma sauces for pasta (for a small price). All very nice .... I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Salvatore is welcoming as a friend and the apartment is very strategic: in the center to take advantage of the life of the country (but in a quiet alley) and with the bicycles (provided) you can reach the most famous beach with the cycle path ....

The flat is a perfect fit for couples, netflix on, 2 bottles of wine on the shelfs, available kitchen and utensils, 2 bicycles available for a nice ride around town, and the location was perfect. Sparkling clean too. Highly recommended it.

This was a last-minute booking and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed riding the available bicycles to the nearby island on the dedicated bike and pedestrian path. Evening walks on the main village street were lovely. Access to food and the availability of a kitchenette made food easy. Salvatore was wonderful, we felt so welcome and taken care of.

Our stay at Chiara and her family was perfect! She personally welcomed us and gave us good advice on the beach, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was nicely decorated and incredibly clean. There were little things for breakfast and you could make your own tea or coffee. We felt very, very comfortable and will definitely recommend the accommodation!

Eva is a great host; she is polite, nice and kind. She gave me all the information I needed and reply to me almost at a real time. Her estate is a great spot in the Maremma country side: beautiful view and enchanting building. Relaxing and quiet. It was feeling like home. Breakfast is aboundant and some of the food is home made -great seeds bread, marmelade and tasty cake. I am sure I will go back there. Really really reccommended.

Eva's accommodation is in a beautiful location near many "very nice" beaches, in the middle of a small / typical Tuscany village. We felt welcome since the beginning, as Eva and very warm and open reception. All the people in the village were very open, too. Eva was fantastic from start to finish. She stayed up to let me and then walked me to my car with an umbrella as i left! The property is exactly as it is described set in the middle of a lovely village. The bed was extremely comfortable and waking up to bird song makes a lovely change from traffic noise!
