A very warm welcome from both Marla & her sweet dog Cassi Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely log home. The green room has a bathroom across the hall, & guests have use of the living room & kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Marla was a great host and very nice, we left after one night feeling like we had made a new friend

Joel and Katie's home was wonderful! It was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend, check-in/check-out was easy, and the beds were comfortable. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Joel was quick to respond and help us out. We highly recommend this Air B&B.

Katie and Joel made us feel very welcomed, they have a beautiful home and their house rules were reasonable and navigable. The listing was spot on, and the neighborhood was a classic suburb. Some families out and about, some people at the park down the street. We were very comfortable.

We enjoyed renting the camper for a family getaway in Minnesota. Delivery rate was reasonable and Liv was very accommodating. The camper is in the midst of renovations so realize that it is a work in progress. I felt it was a very good value for the price and loved stepping "back in time".

My wife has an obsession with vintage campers so I rented this as a birthday surprise and spent the weekend at a nice campground here in MN. We had a wonderful time and everything went very smooth and as advertised. Thank You!

Our two boys slept in the camper and enjoyed it very much. It was nice to have a microwave for heating up water quickly as well as a toilet that we didn't have to hike to!

Travis was very accommodating to our large group. The house is very spacious and clean. They were sweet to leave a smores kit on the counter for us which we ate of course. The fire pit was a plus. Would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay in Marie and John's lovely home while visiting Carleton. To start, Marie was extremely helpful in organizing our check-in, and very accommodating given how late we ended up arriving after going to a Twins' game. The homemade yogurt and granola made an incredible breakfast, and the beds and family room were cozy and comfortable. Overall, a really great place to stay when visiting Northfield for any reason. I hope to be back again soon.

We really enjoyed staying in Marie's lovely home. The space is exactly as described, and is private and well appointed. We slept very well and enjoyed the fresh juice and homemade muffins the next morning. The location is also convenient and a quick drive to Carleton college. We highly recommend Marie's home!

Marie is such a welcoming host and her space is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The two bedrooms and sitting room made our stay just like home. She also makes an excellent breakfast! Highly recommended for a visit to Northfield!

The rooms were lovely and Marie and John were great hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it is about half an hour's walk into the centre of Northfield, but it is a nice neighbourhood to walk through and Marie even gave me a lift into town in the morning so it really wasn't a problem.

Just perfect! The picture doesn't do it justice. From the fellowship/hospitality of the hosts, to the decor, the amenities, the price, the service, and the food, it was absolutely perfect! One of the two best experiences we've ever had at a B&B anywhere.

Very comfortable bed & bedding. Nathan's kitchen has everything imaginable, and then some. He is an incredible cook and generously offers yummy home cooked meals. The pulled pork and homemade BBQ sauce was over the top! Nathan's home is one that feels comfortably lived in and is in a safe neighborhood. I was there when the first 6" of snow fell and he was on top of it clearing it and snow plowing in a more than reasonable time.

Nathan was great! He cooked dinner twice for me and it was amazing. I could come and go as I please.

Nathan was a really nice host. He was easy to talk to and he will let you use his kitchen and sliver ware in case you want to cook your food.

Nathan was a great host for a relatively long stay of about 3 weeks. He responded to my messages very quickly and effectively before and during my stay. My room was really tidy and just what I needed while I was waiting for my apartment lease to begin. The bathroom was right next door. Stayed with two young child, during a dance competition. The house was immaculately clean and everything is automated and well set-up. Room, living area, (with cough and TV) and restroom (with shower) were very clean. Art even made special arrangements for late check-in without any issues. We loved our stay here. Would surely come back and stay here next time.

Barbara's home was beautiful and incredibly well kept with tons of space to relax and enjoy. It seems like every little detail of what you could need or might use in your stay was thought of and included, which was wonderful. Check in was a breeze, and we found the location of the home to be super convenient with access to everything we needed for our stay in Northfield. Our hosts were kind and caring, and left us a guide to the city and all the local spots that ended up being really useful to us. We would HIGHLY recommend staying with Barbara on your next trip to Northfield!

Perfect stay in every way as Barbara and Fred are expert hosts. Wish I had discovered their lovely suite during the earlier years of my daughter's time at St Olaf. The location is well situated for visiting the college and the room/suite is private, comfortable and very stylish. Definitely my first choice for accommodation in Northfield by far!

Warm, welcoming, peaceful and comfortable are just a few words to describe this wonderful "home away from home" located in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood conveniently located to shops, restaurants and area colleges. I thoroughly enjoyed my one day get-away in this immaculately clean and beautifully decorated private space in the lower level of Barb and Fred's charming character home. I loved the thoughtful touches that made my stay special like the chocolates on bed side tables, bottled water in the refrigerator, and freshly baked paleo muffins for breakfast.

I am a repeat 'customer' because Barbara is an excellent host, and the basement apartment is wonderfully appointed. All the details and your needs are either met initially or, upon asking, are met during your stay. My stay in Northfield, MN, was a multi-day stay during the end of July interrupted by a trip to northern MN. As usual, Barb was very accommodating for this split stay at the bnb. The location is ideal in Northfield for Ole parents or Carleton parents or anyone wanting to stay in a wonderfully quaint and friendly town. I will definitely return on my future trips to Northfield!

Jill's home is absolutely beautiful. She contacted me before the stay to see if there were any questions and was very welcoming and kind. I told her we were excited about the hot tub and she let me know it was cleaned before our arrival. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, a 15 minute drive to the airport and I got so many good bargains and the outlet mall. Oh and the bed I slept in was the most comfortable bed ever : ) thank you Jill, this was my best bnb experience yet!

The house was beautiful and in a lovely neighbourhood that was convenient for our family's activities. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family Christmas - with an awesome basement and pool table that was great for our teenage kids. My mom loved watching the wildlife in the back yard. Suzie was a wonderful host. I stayed in her flat (a whole floor of her house with its own separate entrance and bathroom, slightly beneath floor-level but with plenty of natural light) for three days and two nights. Her flat was clean, bright, and spacious—everything advertised and more. Suzie was very friendly, helpful in suggesting local restaurants, bars, and activities, always accessible, and generally went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay. I can't recommend Suzie highly enough!

Suzie was a wonderful and welcoming host. The suite was as advertised, clean, and refrigerator full of beer was a nice surprise! The location was wonderful as I could walk to town (4 blocks) and eat out and see the night life. Suzie gave great recommendations on restaurants and things to see. I especially enjoyed the arboretum which was a 5 block walk. Nice place overall and location cannot be beat! I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay. The home is in a great quiet, safe neighborhood, but only 1-2 minutes from the major highways serving the MSP area. Cornelia and Geoffrey were great hosts. We had complete access to everything in the kitchen for making breakfast, and the bathroom was 5 stars, with a great shower. Comfy bed, too. Perfect for a couple.

Could not have asked for a better location or a more receptive host. Wilson is friendly and gracious, and knows how to make you feel welcome.
