Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

An open living space combines a cozy seating area with a sectional sofa and colorful throw pillows, adjacent to a modern kitchen. Bar stools line the counter, offering seating at the granite surface. Natural light filters through the windows, illuminating the stylish decor.
