This is a great location to be in if you’re in Vegas and enjoying the strip. It is a simple $10 taxi ride to the strip and the views from the accessible balcony are stunning, especially at night! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was as expected. It was clean and functionnal. We had a good time at Alexander's, equipment was up to par and the strip very close so we could visit. The host was very reactive and let us know all the informations, further infos are printed around the house which was nice. Would recommend.

Judy’s place is an excellent place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. We could reach the Strip very easily and it was convenient for our drive out to Mesquite to play golf at Wolf Creek. It felt like home from home and it was perfect for all our needs. We would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

The place is located some 15 minutes from the Strip. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. We did enjoy the place as it had all the required necessities we looked for - private room, well-stocked kitchen (not with food) with enough plates, forms, cups, etc. Large TV was great, but we did not really watch it a lot as we spent our time where he action takes place. Judy was a lovely host - welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had, though we did not really have any... Strongly recommend

The hostel is in a quiet, comfortable place. There is a private airport nearby, but nothing is noisy. Clean and comfortable beds You can park in front of your house. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it because the coffee pot or toaster wasn't clean. The rest was good.

Victor's condo is a centrally located place, clean, in a quiet community. Victor was very quick to answer any questions or remedy any concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Victor is an amazingly sweet man trying his best to give you a simple and calm living space while you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Vegas life. His available units are ALL adorably decorated and taken care of. I do recommend a coffee maker is in each unit and no white towels. But it was SO QUITE and he was SO VERY ACCOMMODATING. The people who've written negative reviews about these places Victor has obviously did NOT try to reach out to him during their stay and waited until after to do a review. We hadn't any towels in our unit and had a few other issues that were quickly and easily taken care of by him. You, as a customer, need to remember that this is like a second job to the ones doing this. They have to pay for everything in these homes and more. So treat it as if it were your space that you cared for and someone was staying in. Communicate, because most things can be fixed and make a better experience. No, this is not a "high end" hotel or airbnb but it is perfect for a simple and comfy place to stay. You don't rent an airbnb to be IN IT constantly. You rent it to sleep in and hang in for a little while. If you want luxury and high end, rent a hotel and pay out the butt. If you want a homey feel and comfort, stick with one of Victor's places. He truly puts his heart into these homes.

Victor was great at communicating, and our stay was wonderful. Ample parking, and Ubering to/from the strip was about $20 each way.

The room is very cost-effective, the parking is convenient, and the facilities in the room are a little lacking, but the price is acceptable, the bed is comfortable, the host is warm, the communication is smooth, the check-in is convenient, recommended

Great place to stay in Las Vegas.

This space was clean, cute, and very accessible. It was a couple minutes from Walmart and Dutch Bros coffee and about 15 minutes from the strip. We woke up to the sun glistening against the pool water. It was beautiful. 😊 We didn’t get to meet Maria and Eddy in person but the communication was easy and fast. I would highly recommend this space to others thinking about visiting Las Vegas.

Maria and Eddy are very friendly, the place is cozy and very clean. The bed is quite spacious for two people, which makes it very comfortable, and the room has its own entrance which makes it very comfortable.

This Airbnb was definitely the best place I've had, and the house owners were so nice! They made our trip to Las Vegas such a special one and I would love to go back just for this place.

Well located apartment at the Jockey club, just at the back of Cosmopolitan hotel. Just a street away from the bustling strip and everything you've come to Vegas for. Beautiful view of the iconic Bellagio fountain show and the lights of the city. Definitely a great choice of stay.

Great location, easy access, downstairs is the busiest street in Las Vegas, you can see Bellagio's fountain lying on the sofa. The rooms are well-equipped and recommended.

Great value, located in the heart of Las Vegas, sitting in the apartment can see the fountain show of Bellagio, the room is clean and comfortable, the host is attentive and thoughtful. There is no Chinese style pot.

We enjoyed our stay at Raydel and Yilianis’s place! It was very clean, had a convenient location close to the airport, and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was exactly what we needed to attend a local sporting event. The space was clean, comfortable, and had lots of great little touches to make it special. The hosts also worked with us on special timing needs. We will definitely check if the space is available next time we are in town!

Close to the freeway and local restaurants and shops. Not too far from the strip as well. Krystyna was very accomodating from granting us early check in and late check out. Would stay here again!

Family-friendly, close to the strip, well-stocked kitchen, spacious rooms. The faucet is broken in the master suite and the heat (thermostat) also doesn’t shut off so don’t use it! (AC works well).

The place was sparkling clean. Very stylish and convenient for us, two families with kids. We had a car rented so it was very easy to drive to the strip. We felt it close, maybe 10-15 minutes depending on the traffic. We found a lot of free parking on the strip so having a car was a great addition. As everyone has said, beds are so comfy. We loved it so much. Recommended!

Nice big and quiet house far enough from the city life for it to be quiet, but not to far for ubering. We walked to a Mexican restraunt not far from the house and didn’t need to rent a car for most of the trip. Over all great place to stay.

Jacob was an amazing host. Anytime we had questions or concerns, he would respond in a timely manner. His place is also exactly like the picture. It definitely gives you a sense of luxury. Checking in and out was a breeze and all the pricing in the handbook was accurate. Over all I give Jacob’s place an A++. I’m so glad I stayed there for my birthday.

Xu's place was great! Stayed with another guest and we both enjoyed our time there. Had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Xu gave us detailed instructions/information we needed to get through the security and checked in. Close enough to the strip to walk or just a short lyft ride. Walgreens, places to eat and casinos were all within walking distance. Couldn't be happier with our decision to book this apartment!

Mary’s place was a clean, affordable place to stay while in Vegas

I've been staying at Mary's for several years. She went from being a host to a wonderful friend. It's always great to see her and Cuddles. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Convenient place to stay, close to the main LV attractions. Room was surprisingly big and roomy. Check-in was easy and Mary is a responsive communicator.

Affordable, clean Airbnb. Lots of rules, warnings, adminitions posted everywhere you look. I was lucky because there was no one else staying there while I was, but I could see the place getting cramped when full. However, it's an excellent value for the price.

You get your own bathroom. It’s a maximum 10 dollar Uber to the strip.

As a first time Airbnb customer, I had an amazing stay. Great response from Artem. The. Place was clean. Soap towels extra blankets/pillows and some goodies in the kitchen were delightful to find. What he explains in the listing of his Airbnb was in point, and you will find extra.

Artem & Olga have a great place to stay if you want to visit Las Vegas and ths area around. The house was clean and large. We didn't spen a lot of time but when we did we felt very comfortable, large rooms, clean bathrooms, nice place to sit outside before the nice pool and inside, a driveway and very large garage. With an escalade we just left it before the house knowing there where good camera's. Just a quick ride to the strip and we choose to take the ride towars lower antilope canion (amazing place). Host Artem was easy,fast and flexible in the communication. Hope to come back with family ands friends, highly recommend.

Awesome place with a great view!

Expect to feel at home at this place! Beautiful, clean and spacious place to stay!! Way better than a hotel and definitely will book here again.

This place is HUGE!!!! Marty was a great host and accommodated my party very well. Back yard is amazing also, looking forward to future stay here.

Okay this place is amazing! There was only 3 of us staying although I imagine you could have so many more people. The hot tub and all the outside seating is a great area for any group. The beds were comfy, the couch was comfy , well basically the whole place was. Quiet location. Marty the hostwas so great! We will be back!!

Marty is a great host. The location is close enough to the strip, but far enough to escape the chaos.

This was such a great place to plan for big events and big families. It has so many accommodations from the kitchenware, bedrooms/beds, and the extra activities that is provided. Definitely a great recommendation!

Great spot for a large family or group of friends! Short drive or Uber ride to most spots in Vegas. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable... Would recommend!

Great stay

This property is a perfect getaway if you're not wanting to hit up the strip. Located near plenty of good eating and drinking

We loved the venue. This place has increased my benchmarks of how awesome an air bnb home can be. We were treated families: 4 adults, 4 kids.. one of whom was an infant. Right as we entered we were blown away with the decor and spaciousness if the place. Then we going the crib and infant high chair which removed our worries of the baby sleeping and feeding. Super cool. The board games were amazing to keep the kids busy. The pool table kept the adults busy. We did not go out because of the cold but it was awesome too. For a future visit. Great communication from hosts. Completely great value for money. Loved it

I can't say enough good things about the house. The house looks even better than the pictures and lives up to everything that is said and the description. My out-of-town guests and I absolutely loved being there I got married over the weekend and it was the perfect place to spend time after the wedding. We absolutely loved the pool table and the outside fire pits the pit ran out of propane and they were very quick to bring another propane tank over. Right now I'm trying to figure out what else I could celebrate just so that I'd have a reason to rent the house again it's an amazing find amazing location are some communication easy chicken just the absolute best experience ever
