Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to the Strip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the backyard as it provided a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The billiard table was a fantastic amenity and our family really enjoyed spending time together playing during our stay. We had a great experience at Adrian's property and would return again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! It smelled and looked clean right when you walked in the door. Chucky was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions! This home is 15 minutes from the strip and was very close to Costco, Target, and other food places.

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

The house was just as advertised. We booked day of check-in. We were stressing about having a place to stay in Vegas for the weekend but Alexis made it smooth and quick. The pool was clean and the enclosed backyard made it feel safe. We really liked the high ceilings - it gave the place a luxurious feel. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

House was very private, quiet, and calm; it made the perfect place to relax! Backyard is beautiful and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

This place was excactly what i needed and wanted, not far from the strip or any other location around Vegas short 15min drives and a peaceful place to sleep and get away from all the lights. I will definitely be coming back whenever in Vegas, house was just as pictured a lot of space and clean.

This place deserves 20/10 rating! I absolutely loved this BnB! It was easy to find and get in. The host created this space to make you feel right at home! Very sweet and quick to respond. This place has everything! Whatever you could need for cooking is available, the bed was comfortable, plenty enough linens and towels. I will book again next time I stay in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place, it was exactly what he described, he was very communicative and even accommodated to let us check in earlier. Free parking was a plus, didn’t have to worry about anything our stay. Ty Gabriel.🌟

We had an excellent stay at Brandon’s place. The house was huge with plenty of space for our party of 6. The beds were great. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Brandon was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. It’s not far from the strip. Highly recommend!
