Great and budget friendly place to stay close to everything Vegas has to offer! Definitely a budget rental, but for the price you can’t beat it. Just don’t expect Caesar’s palace and you’ll be fine!

Very quiet and great spot! Nothing was longer than a 15 min ride uber/Lyft and stores are in walking distance. Really cozy and the air conditioning worked great! Will definitely book again!

This place was perfect, has everything that you might need, and only about 8 minutes from the strip. I extended my stay at the last minute and Yaimy was SO accommodating. Sidebar: There is a speaker built into the lightbulb in the bathroom that was so cool. The place is up to date and so convenient.

Another wonderful stay at one of Amanda’s stays. Nice clean comfortable place cute and free of clutter. And best of all a great host!!

Our accommodations were exemplary, from check in to check out. This home had many special touches that made our stay feel special. This host does provide Cadillac service. We loved the esthetic of the home, which was well represented and we appreciated the location. We would stay again!

We were there for a wedding, so it was nice to have a place that you could chill and visit. All the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and if you know you know.. she even had some humor around the place. It was lacking a solid place to put drinks but the bench outside worked beautifully. Only suggestion i would recommend, since we had so many showers, maybe adding a barn door for more master bath some more privacy. Other than the it was perfect ❤️

The home was incredibly clean — cleanliness 10/10 — and felt so fresh and welcoming the moment we walked in. It’s also incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably, whether in the living areas, bedrooms, or the beautiful backyard. Speaking of the backyard — pool and backyard 10/10! It was the highlight of our trip. Perfect for lounging during the day and hanging out in the evening. It felt like a private oasis. Alex’s hospitality was truly next level — 10/10. He was super responsive and helpful anytime we needed something, and always made us feel like valued guests. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great experience. The location was also perfect — 10/10 — super close to everything we needed: shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Honestly, we have nothing but positive things to say about this stay.

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

The kids and grandkids absolutely loved the place, the pool, and the whole experience. We had to find a place in a pinch and in the midst of our chaos at home with some repairs being done, Michele’s place made for a perfect staycation and break. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great getaway with an extremely convenient location, close to amenities and the strip. The pool was awesome to have and they provided pool towels and sunscreen, we will book with them again😁

Overall very good experience. The location is very convenient and safe. 15min to Strip or airport. The rooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t use the pool or backyard but they are nice. There are just a few small things. Both shower heads leak but just dripping noise nothing big. We didn’t have any washing pods or extra paper towel but the host delivered them once I told them. There’s no cooking oil so we didn’t get to make anything. These are all small things that can be improved. I would stay here again.

A more than adequate space, has everything you need. More than that AJ was very responsive to our needs. He had new bedsheets ready for the sofa bed, when we told him our coffeemaker wasn’t working, he immediately remedied the problem and brought a new one.

Joseph was a fantastic host. The condo was even better than the pictures showed. Will definitely be back.

Al was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was clean and a great location close to Rio, Gold Coast, and the Palms. Great place to stay if you want your family to be together with a living room and dining room table to hang out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and Mike was very nice allowing us to check in early which helped out tremendously since we arrived earlier than anticipated. The place was simple but elegant and very comfortable!! I would definitely book this place again for my future Vegas visits!

Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Vegas. Nice and quiet place close to the strip. Walking distance to South Point Casino that has stuff for the family (bowling, movie theater, and restaurants). Host was awesome and very responsive! Couldn’t beat the price! We will definitely look at this listing as our number one place to rent when we visit again!

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.

Our stay at Maya’s place was fantastic. The home was cozy, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of five. What stood out the most was the sense of security—the place felt very safe, and the added security features were excellent. Maya was an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. Her thoughtful gestures made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and welcoming stay

This place is perfect! Close to a Walgreens so you can get everything you need to stock your kitchen. There is also a Denny’s Chick-fil-A and a taco Del Mar all right next-door to each other. And it’s a 10 uber ride to the horshoe casino, unless it’s a Friday or Saturday night and that was 15. So it’s a great location, it’s clean and affordable! I’d definitely come back! Thanks guys!!
