This 40 m2 2-room apartment (renovated in April 2021) is not overlooked, and very bright with ideal southwest exposure for the living room! Bi-zone underfloor heating (possible to differentiate the temperature of the room). Fiber Wi-Fi, new 30" TV in the living room with NETFLIX! Free and easy parking!
