Everything was perfect! The room is small, but clean and tidy and Magaly is a wonderful host. The communication with her was very good and she has replied immediately to all my messages. The house is located just near the city center and there are several restaurants nearby. Parking is also available. Highly recommanded.

Wolfgang was an excellent host. Friendly, welcoming, and very quick to help whenever we needed anything. Home made wine was waiting in the fridge, kitchen was practical and had all the basics needed to cook. Flat was very clean. Thanks a lot!

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und in einem super Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, örtliche Informationen, etc.), sodass man sich um nichts kümmern muss. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wolfgang war ein sehr guter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der erfolgreich sein Bestes gegeben hat, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, ein Bäcker, Biergarten und andere Lokalitäten sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung jedem nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett bei der sehr netten Gastgeberin Barbara, die in der zweistöckigen Wohnung lebt und mit der man Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer teilt. Ideal z.B. für einen kurzen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt, nah an Innenstadt, Krankenhaus und Schnellstraße Richtung Stuttgart. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ein Kleiderschrank und evtl. auch ein Tisch oder Stuhl als Rückzugsort im eigenen Zimmer fehlen.

Barbara Maria`s Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ortsrandlage. Der Ort im Nahbereich der Metropole Stuttgart ist landschaftlich reizvoll in die idyllische Baden-Württembergische Hügellandschaft eingebettet. Die Wohnung ist - wie man am Eingangsbild bereits sehen kann - sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe ging problemlos unter Mithilfe der Nachbarin über die Bühne. Als Gastgeberin ist Barbara Maria herzlich, aufrichtig und unkompliziert. Die morgendliche Unterhaltung beim (nicht mitgebuchten!) Frühstück war sehr anregend und vielseitig - kein Wunder bei einer derartig klugen, kultivierten und sachkundigen Frau. Die Zeit verging im Fluge. Dies war mein erster AirBnb Kontakt und ich ich bin ziemlich begeistert! Wenn das überall so ist, dann hat AirBnb in mir einen Stammkunden gefunden. Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder anfragen, wenn eine Reise in die Region ansteht! Mit einem Wort: Großartig!

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara war super! Sie ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist vom Bahnhof aus gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen und zum Städtchen ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang (ca 20 Min.). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wie auch sonst die Unterkunft. Auch das Frühstück, dass Barbara für mich vorbereitet hat, hat sehr geschmeckt :-).

Wir haben eine Nacht in der kleinen gemütlichen Einliegerwohnung verbracht. Als wir ankamen begrüsste uns ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber,alles verlief reibungslos. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Bad mit Dusche und auch eine Mini Küche mit allem Zubehör. Alles war sehr sauber und im überall waren nette Aufmerksamkeiten für die Gäste bereitgestellt, falls diese etwas vergessen haben. Im Kühlschrank war eine kleine Minibar mit Getränken zu finden und im Bad kleine Duschutensilien, sowie eine Kaffeepadmaschine und ein Teekocher. Perfekt! Fast wie im Sternehotel;-). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Sitzecke, Schrank, Schreibtisch und großem Bett. Küche und Bad liegen gleich neben dem Zimmer und sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ich habe mich hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Parkplatz kann man in der Straße auch immer gut finden.

Die Wohnung war groß, das Bad war sehr modern und schön und die Lage sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft.

Monika hat den Superhost verdient! Sehr gute Kommunikation, freundlicher Empfang, alles super sauber. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich hatte Nachtdienste im örtlichen Seniorenheim und könnte tagsüber meine notwendige Ruhe genießen. Das Zentrum... ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Straße gibt es einen Bäcker, der bereits früh morgens öffnet. Ich kann Monikas Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped, spacious apartment with excellent Internet connectivity. It has everything needed to make you feel at home. The host and his family are caring and available if needed, and are super friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, in walking distance to shops (one open until midnight!) and to jogging trails and the swimming pool. I would definitely stay there again.

It's clean, everything looks new; good location, and comfortable. This is what you would feel when you arrive in Rene's apartment. Right next to the place you can find a big open place for jogging. I liked my stay here, and I will like to stay here in my future trips to Winnenden or Stuttgart.

I had much pleasure staying in Rene & Marie's apartment. The listing is equipped with a nice living room including a large TV, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a super cozy shower and a generously sized bedroom which also has a small desk to work on. Just outside the bedroom is a large wardrobe to easily fit all your clothes. The house is in a rural area where one can enjoy walks in the forest and hills to get a retreat from everyday stress. A supermarket open until midnight is in walking distance. Also in walking distance is a swimming pool and a bus which takes you to the train station in a few minutes. I recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in the Stuttgart area.

Steffen was a good host, communication was good and the place as described. A very nice, cosy place with everything you need.

Steffen and Martina were friendly and helpful. Both speak English fluently. We couldn't find our way to the house due to roadworks, so Steffen drove down to our van and led us back to show us a good route. In future, when the roadworks are finished, this will be easier. Plenty of parking on the street. It would be worth having Steffen's number, so that you can call him if you are stuck. The flat is spotless and Steffen and Martina have included everything you could possibly need: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, induction hob, kitchen equipment in general! Shower is reliable, bed is very comfortable, heating is efficient. Short walk to supermarket and train station. Easy journeys by train to Stuttgart City and Schorndorf Historic Town.

Steffen is a very friendly and an accommodating host. He left us some goodies in the fridge and treats on the pillow top as you'd usually only find in high-end hotels. His apartment is very lovely, newly renovated/updated, with a cozy feel to it. We didn't stay long enough and it wasn't cold enough to take advantage of the rustic fire place built into the living room. The house itself is situated literally on on of the wine orchards/hills the area is famous for, with an amazing view of the are when you go up to the terrace above the house that guests are invited to take advantage of. And the neighborhood was very quiet. Steffen was very flexible in supporting our odd-hours arrival & departure. We wholeheartedly recommend Steffen and his place, and we would gladly stay there again if our travels take us into the area again.

steffen, martina and benedict were great hosts. They were both very friendly and also very helpful, they were always there to help and answer our questions. They went above and beyond what we'd expect a good host to do, they even offered to drive us to the supermarket despite it only being a short walk away! The flat was perfect, it was very cosy and had all the amenities we required. The nearby vineyards were insanely pretty, and the town was very pretty and quiet. Overall, we had a beautiful time and we'd love to stay there again.

Ich bin völlig begeistert von der tollen Wohnung - der Kachelofen ist ein Traum! - und der tollen Betreuung - ich habe von den Gastgebern gleich noch einen Bürostuhl bekommen, als sie gehört haben, dass ich studiere (-: Im Sommer ist die nächste Prüfungswoche - die Wohnung ist bereits gebucht!

Steffen und seine Frau sind sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die 'Suite' ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auchg die kleine Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

I just can recommend to everyone the cozy accommodation and the love hostess. You walk in the door and immediately felt welcome. wish to small, such as a toaster, or to load my phone for a way because of forgotten cables, etc. were immediately .. We let the evening still join her on her terrace with a very nice conversation to end evening .. Man but also has the ability to comfortably to put in another cozy corner of the suffering landscaped plot at a table and enjoy the tranquility of the area .. the small apartment in which one is staying very clean, cozy, modern course, we recognize the love for crafts and tinker with natural materials of the hostess ... In the Sweet Kitchen were already par small Nascherein, drinks and coffee for the first small hunger. All in all, we lacked absolutely nothing and we could have stayed much much longer !!

Appointment for arrival worked great, Petra greeted us warmly, everything around etc. declared the apartment, fine. The room, along with bath and kitchenette is nicely furnished and very clean. The beautiful garden was open to us and we took advantage of a small break. We got a very good tip on a restaurant in the neighboring village. Petra gave us the next morning a super great breakfast with many healthy and fresh made great. overall we felt very comfortable, thank you!

Petra is a fun-loving, kindhearted woman. She is very caring and a great hostess. The room is furnished with nice touches and cozy. The location is really close to nature and quiet but it is close to Stuttgart. I'm looking forward very much to the next visit!

Petra is a wonderful hostess! Your house is very pretty, but also practically designed with many creative details. She has thought of everything - from the coffee over the gel up to the kitchen equipment, it was a bit of everything there and we have felt ourselves very well. Petra was always available when we wanted to contact. Super Nice is also the location of the apartment. Petra has a great garden with lots of herbs and a stream where you can cool off in the summer heat sometimes. Gundelsbach is a quiet nest, surrounded by vineyards, with special offers: Cafe right behind the house, the estate gold, the fruit and vegetable stalls on the roadside, the small distillery - everywhere you can enjoy and relax.

The accommodation at Petra was great. We immediately felt comfortable. Petra has welcomed us warmly. Much warmth was in the apartment details: some milk, so that the coffee is ready, some cookies, the light on ... What is always important for me: it was spotlessly clean and the bed was super. We will be back.

The apartment, located in the cute Gundelsbach, a short walk through the vineyards, there is a recommended restaurant, just in case yours hostess you do not use a delicious dish surprised. Petra is a pleasant, reliable and helpful hostess. The guests well is close to her heart. We felt a fiddle and like to come, but then for longer again.

Birigt was a great host. The room is exactly as described. Sparkling clean. It is a little way to walk from Winnenden, but this was also very precisely communicated by Brigitte. Very good accommodation choice in Winnenden!

Birgit's husband picked me up at the bus station, which was very kind as I was tired from the train ride. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. There's a pizza restaurant a short walk away, and a footpath to the town of Winnenden. Birgit and her husband invited me for supper and to watch the football match (Germany won!) The weather was not very cooperative, but I would definitely stay here again.

Birgit hat mir ein herzliches Willkommen bereitet . Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und auch einige Std. mit Birgit im Gespräch verbracht und wir haben uns gut verstanden. Sie hat mich sehr gut versorgt , hatte für mich löslichen Kaffee und Tee , sowie einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen . Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe , um zum Winnender Bahnof zu kommen , von dort kommt man schnell nach Stuttgart oder einem anderen beliebigen Ort .

Irene ist sehr gastfreundlich und fürsorglich, hat sich prima gekümmert und bei Erkältung sogar gefragt, ob Medikamente benötigt werden. Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig, alles tip top, zum Wohlfühlen.

This is a home with all you can ask for included in it. Arrived to a super friendly couple, who lives above the home and the key exchange took place with a walk through and a couple essential bits of info regarding the home. Stayed with family of four very comfortably and the property was quiet. This was a wedding trip and we didn't spend much time in the home, but we all would book this property and with Hermann and Doris again. Home was clean and well represented by the pictures.

die gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, umsorgt und zurückhaltend. man konnte sich super mit ihr unterhalten, wenn man wollte, und hat aber auch in ruhe arbeiten können. der kleine hund ist ein ganz lieber verspielter schatz, der super hört. das zimmer, bad und küche war genauso wie beschrieben und ich habe mich während meines aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. ich persönlich finde, dass die unterkunft schöner ist als auf den abgebildeten fotos. die lage ist optimal für hundespaziergänge. nach stuttgart rein fährt man mit verkehr/ampeln und baustellen ca 25 minuten.

Martin was the perfect host. Right from his special welcoming gesture of picking us up from Winnenden railway station to his farewell gift of dropping us to the neighbouring village of Benningen late in the evening, even though he had just returned from a tiring mountain biking weekend, Martin was the perfect picture of hospitality with caring. Martin's extremely clean, bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and lighted apartment with excellent Wi-fi provided us with an ideal vacation stay we will remember forever. The walks to the villages around Martin's apartment were extremely relaxing and invigorating for both, body and mind. My husband Rajeev and I wish Martin all the very best for all his future endeavours and May God Bless him with all the very best in life which he surely deserves.

Martins apartment is a lovely place to stay. It's a great size for 2 (and a wee baby). HUGE couch and very comfortable living conditions. Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Martin even offers beers, Sekt and a selection of liqours should you want- nice touch. Only 22km in Stuttgart and less than an hour away from the lovely Schwäbish Hall. Plenty to explore in the area but I would think a car is needed. Super area for walking, running or biking. We can thoroughly recommend Martin's apartment. Cheers.

Martin was a great host, very helpful and friendly! The apartment itself looks exactly like the picture, the area is quite and have an nice neighborhood! The price is for this area a bit to high in my opinion, however there are few things that Martin need to do it, like the drain in the shower and kitchen need a general cleaning! My summary is that I'll stay at this apartment again and yes I'll recommend Martin as good host!

Martins home is wonderful! It's very well appointed and very, very clean. The apartment is on the upper level so there are nice views of the neighborhood and it is very quiet, the grocery store is within walking distance, the car ride into Stuttgart is only 20 minutes in normal traffic. Martin is very generous in his amenities, always a nice bottle of wine and plenty of chocolate goodies. I love a large bathtub, this home has it as well as a separate shower. There is a dishwasher and laundry, this is an excellent value. Also the wifi is excellent and the parking is easy and free. We will definitely come again!

Ja, es war alles genau so wie in der Beschreibung, jedoch war die Wohnung viel größer, als es auf den Bildern vielleicht scheint. Sie liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet in perfekter Lage mit Nähe zu Winnenden oder Stuttgart. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist super geschnitten und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Wir haben uns bei Martin sehr wohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wieder kommen. My wife and I stayed in this lovely place for a month, we cannot say nothing different then "wonderful", everything was prepared carefully, they take care about each details, the apartment is well equipped, a good kitchen, leaving room, etc. It was a perfect staying.

With a very nice welcome my stay started. Accommodation is wonderful. I felt totally at ease. At many little things were thought: Candles, seashells in the bathroom, cozy blankets, delicious Kaffee..usw the fridge was stocked with a small breakfast gefüllt.Obst yogurt, cereal, meats cheese, eggs ... toll Morning then sun was still shining and I could enjoy the magnificent view of Schorndorf. a big thank you to my hosts.
