Excellent home of Jose in an exceptional house and totally atypical!

We had some nice easter with jose in bell bitter. Easter eggs hiding in the park-like garden was just great fun as the stroke of the foal in the neighboring garden. Schoene ausfluege and walks on secluded paths. To a boil in a large round of the kitchen could be better equipped and a living room was missing.

Jose was very pleasantly greeted us in his amazing home. We spent a great weekend of relaxation and incredible discoveries. Jose is a wonderful host that allowed us to play on the piano and gave us a guided tour of the old house full of secrets and mysteries. Despite the very low temperatures of the high Doubs, the rooms were warm, so if you want to enjoy a unique weekend, even in winter, go there!

We had a good weekend in February and Emile Jose. We were 6 adults and 2 small children and we were staying on the 3rd floor of their large home. The apartment consisted of three rooms and a kitchen as common space. Piano and billiards are located in private spaces of the house. It is available but only on request and for a limited time. The floor was heated by a small electric heater and a portable heater running on fuel oil. We recommend Jose apartment and Emile for people looking to Belleherbe housing marked by a history of owners, unpretentious and affordable.

On arrival our host showed us all of his home, the vast vault filled with mystery until our apartment perched on the 2nd floor through his rooms full of history and authenticity. Besides the beauty of the place, we immediately appreciated the well-documented comments seasoned with a touch of humor. But we can not ignore in this description on the balcony overlooking the Bernese Alps, sublime landscape leading to meditation and contemplation. We can also indicate to future travelers that they can savor the testimony of a man passionate about everything that filled his life; dance, art and literature. Thank you to our host for his hospitality, as much for his availability as his discretion and for his pleasure to share its historical and artistic knowledge.

Very nice house! Everything works fine. Clean, cozy, quiet place. Our daughter enjoyed of swimming in a pool. We all enjoyed of pure natural air. And good location. We even visited Bern (2 hours to). Very respectable kind and helpful hostes. No problem at all. Recommended!

Here is a haven of peace and quiet in a small village typically Franc-Comtois, but not far from everything so far. VERY pleasant stay of one week quiet in the pretty village of provenchères, where, thanks to a warm welcome of the hosts (and their cats!) we soon felt at home. The other villagers were also very friendly. really spotless, appliances in perfect condition.

C'était la première fois que nous passions par Airbnb. Nous n'avons pas été déçus! Dominique, son mari et leurs grands enfants ont été très serviables et disponibles. Un premier échange téléphonique avec Dominique nous a permis de rapidement faire connaissance et de régler quelques détails pratiques. Dominique a été très arrangeante quant à l'heure d'arrivée. Le logement était propre et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis à l'aise et notre chien également. Dominique nous avait rempli le frigo et les placards de très bons produits régionaux et nous a mis gracieusement à disposition tout le nécessaire pour faire une bonne raclette le soir de notre arrivée. Le logement est très calme, il est situé dans un petit village mais qui dispose du nécessaire à moins de 5 minutes à pieds: boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, produits frais régionaux, restaurant, medecin, pharmacie...! Une voiture est cependant nécessaire pour visiter cette belle région. Il y a des coins natures très sympa à voir mais il faut souvent emprunter des petites routes de montagnes. Dominique met à disposition des brochures de la région pour vous donner des idées de sorties. Il nous aurait fallu bien plus de 3 jours pour voir tout ce que nous aurions souhaité. Il nous faudra donc revenir!

There were no sheets for all. The owner told us he would bring us the next day but if I brought not know where the left. I tried to contact you multiple times without success. We left some documents in the house and it was impossible to recover them for the same reason. The house is nice, very well prepared and well equipped for children (except for the sheets). It is far from everything. It misses the wifi and some doors do not close properly.

Very nice accommodation on the outskirts, fully equipped with everything you need, nice terrace and plenty of room for 2 in the neighborhood and opportunities for walking, cycling, visit. In the small, charming and quiet Chalet Madeleine we spent a lovely, relaxing week. The environment was ideal (large, green lawn around the house for our young dog), we enjoyed the large terrace and the many opportunities for hiking in the nearby forests. The house was exactly the description, we found everything in front of what we needed. The only negative was the shower. There were after each use a smaller flooding ...

We had the visit of Madeleine and her husband, who by this constant moisture brought us kindling to start a fire, and talked about their region, while answering our questions. The chalet is very sympath and entirely conforms to the pictures and description. Everything needed is there, all in a very clean; the bathroom is fine. The chalet is very well placed, close to all shops .L'environnement is very nice ..... c is the countryside close to the town. Perfect stay despite the incessant rain. The only point to emphasize is the access to rooms and unable to stand in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Very good sofa bed downstairs with extra extra mattress, which makes it very comfortable.

I recommend for stays quiet and green and the various possibilities of walks in the area.
