Cozy apartment with garden between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

We had a lovely stay at the house in a beautiful area with lovely beaches and towns a short drive away. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We liked the different seating areas and there was plenty of room for guests to sit. The beds were very comfortable also. There was also plenty of comfortable seating on the terrace. The only fault we could find with the property was the fact that it wasn't that safe on the terrace area for young children so we had to be very vigilant. Apart from this safety issue, we had a lovely stay. The communal pool was very pleasant, clean, and safe for little ones.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay here. It was exactly as we expected and more, with a lovely local shop and a beautiful beach a short walk away. The views from the apartment are so beautiful and I’ll miss asking up to it every morning!

Lovely place to stay. Perfect sized accommodation for a family of four with all the amenities you need. Pueblo Alcasar is a great complex with bar/restaurant, large communal pool, tennis and basketball courts and table tennis. There is also a Mercadona in walking distance. Benitachell is a lovely area, amazing coastline and surprisingly green from all the fir trees. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Jon, is a perfect host and reacts within 1 hour on questions. The provided documentation and information was very accurat and extensive and refects reality. The house is fully equipped and the view is marvellous. I can highly recomment Jon and his house Madrugada

The villa is very large and fully air-conditioned. We had a toddler and 2 dogs enough space for 8 adults. Parking available. Super pool. Apart from the downstairs bedroom, a lot would have to be renovated and furniture replaced. Wifi worked only in the kitchen and living room. Very quiet. However, close to supermarket sea and restaurants mom must have a car. Communication with Juanjo worked out very well unfortunately we did not get to know each other.
