The house is a newly built one-family building, adjacent to National Highway 356 and Tone River, about 15 minutes on foot from Fusa JR station. The house is fully furnished, Wi-Fi for internet access, fully equipped with appliances such as floor heating, air conditioning, washing machine, bathtub, clothes rack, hair dryer, etc. Daily necessities include face towels, bath towels, disposable slippers, and 2 free parking spaces in front of the door. 2 min walk to nearby bakery and family restaurant, newly built large supermarket is extremely convenient, walk 5 minutes to popular ramen shops, drugstores, shopping supermarkets and convenience stores, with a full range of amenities nearby. Tega 319 Main Building is an old villa nestled near Teganuma.Located on a hill, the deck overlooks the beautiful countryside view of Tega. There is a tennis court, gymnasium, and BBQ with tennis courts on 319, so you can enjoy it without getting bored.(Separate costs each.) The area around Teganuma is a popular touring spot.We do rent electric kickboards and bikes for a fee.Please contact your host for details. The bedroom is a Japanese-style room, but we have a thick mattress, not a futon, so you can sleep comfortably even if you are heavy. We have a set of bedding, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, toothbrush, razors, hair dryers, and dishes.
