Je recommande à 1000% Très propre, très bel appartement, bon emplacement, la vue de la chambre est merveilleuse. Jo fût très agréable et prévente. Rien à redire, séjour magnifique. Ne pas avoir peur des escaliers est un point à prendre en compte.

From the moment we stepped inside River House Rye we knew that we had chosen he right place ! A real home from home, but with a unique design that we simply wouldn't dare to do ... such a great place to stay and so easy to explore Rye without moving the car off the very spacious drive ! Globe pub very close by, provided ideal location to eat & refresh as did other places that Helen recommended. Even a little drizzle couldn't spoil our visit .... simply fantastic! We will definitely return 🫶

Great property in an amazing central location, with super responsive hosts. Watch your head!! The stairs to the top room with the single beds are very steep so I’d just note this if you have any mobility issues in the group.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Great value for money - excellent location - good facilities - very clean and tidy. Genuinely the best part was the host and receptive experience and communications - great stay - loved the place.

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous! Rien ne manque niveau équipement, point +++. Literie au top ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant facilement de visiter Hastings et les environs à pieds ou en transport et alliant le calme et la proximité du centre-ville. Madelaine a toujours été réactive et l’accueil a été très agréable et facilité par les explications et conseils donnés sur place. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Il est bon de savoir que les bruits et pas de l’étage se font entendre mais Madelaine & son mari ont toujours été très respectueux et ces bruits ne sont donc pas gênants. Merci ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

Tout était parfait et magnifique. Le logement de Christophe est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et offrant une atmosphère incroyablement apaisante. Chaque détail a été pensé pour le confort et le bien-être, et nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque instant passé ici. Propreté irréprochable et très belle situation près de la plage.

We had a fabulous w/e in this wonderful 1st floor flat - the rooms are so spacious with views straight out to sea from the living area, and we loved all the decor, linen, and finishing touches, we felt very much at home. Very easy to walk to St Leonard’s along the prom with loads of food and drink options, plus sauna on the pier at Hastings was great fun! Thank you Caroline for a great stay 😊

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

We had a lovely overnight stay at Tom’s place and the property had everything we needed and more. It was clean with modern decor and lots of space. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring guests are well catered for. The balcony was a lovely addition, as were the snacks/breakfast provided. We especially appreciated the fans on a hot summers day! Even the bathroom is lovely, with a large shower and provided toiletries. Location is great and convenient for Canterbury town. I’d strongly recommend staying here as a base for Canterbury/Kent. Clear communication from the host and easy access via the lockbox. Thanks Tom!

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!
