This is a must-book listing for anyone seeking a stay in beautiful Hastings. Just as the photos suggest, this beautifully appointed apartment has sweeping views of the English Channel, and is close to the picturesque Old Town. Every detail is taken care of in this terrific flat. Sarah is a great host and I hope to return.

Lovely house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Good communication. Conveniently situated for coastal walks and is walking distance into the town.

We had another great stay Josie's place. Fantastic location, view and we really love opening the bedroom window and balcony door to get a lovely breeze all the way through the flat! Will stay again.

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

Neil’s place was ideal in so many ways. I was in London for an intense exam week, held nearby, and needed a place to base myself. I loved that the area was buzzy and alive yet the apartment was still quiet and I could concentrate. The bedroom in the back was very peaceful. There was everything needed in both the apartment (full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with iron and ironing board, clothes drying racks etc) and from the immediate vincinity from nearby supermarkets, exercise places or a walk around Hyde Park. Transportation was very easy, being a one minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube with access to the Central, Circle and District lines. There are also plenty of bus stops (I took one across the road to Paddington station the day I left) and walking is possible to lots of places. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re wishing to experience a cool neighbourhood in London.

We loved Derek’s space. It was perfect to have our own space when visiting family nearby in Crouch End, at a reasonable price. Ample space for two with a very large bathroom! We would stay again :)

En plus de la magnifique vue, de la propreté et la beauté du logement, il y a aussi de très bons restaurants et de très bonnes crêpes juste en bas du logement 🫣 Très facile d'accès, nous pouvons bouger sans forcément prendre la voiture. Hôtes très sympa je recommande !

Simon was very responsive to questions and met us when we arrived. The charming unit is very nice and provided everything we needed to include a nice breakfast. The unit is walkable to restaurants and grocery stores.

Ben’s place was lovely, a great location and very comfortable with everything we needed, and Ben provided lots of useful information about the flat and the area. It was definitely the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve slept in! Ben was a great host and we’d definitely recommend his flat.

Perfect stay at Lisa's place! The flat exceeded expectations - spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location was ideal, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions. Space felt like home with thoughtful touches and comfortable beds. This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured and described! There was essentials left for us such as tea and coffee and the location was perfect, a Waitrose at the top of the road and it plenty of distance to the lanes and other tourist spots. We decided to stay in and cook on our last night and the kitchen was fully equipped for this. The whole property was extremely clean. Thank you Stephanie!

Such a cute little nook set in a gorgeous private garden with easy access to the beach …what’s not to love ! The pictures don’t do the space justice and we had everything we needed for a great visit to the area ! John was warm and welcoming and provided great information for places to eat ….and a great parking space for our car! The tete-a-tete on the beach provided an easy place to watch the water without needing to drag chairs ! Despite its being a favorite for dog lovers (according to previous reviews) the property is spotless with no trace of canine visitors!!! We appreciated that!!! We loved our stay !!!

We stayed for one night here and it was absolutely perfect. Only a short walk to the town centre and the bed was comfortable and easy to get to. All very clean and perfect for our little trip away, thank you!

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Appartement conforme à l annonce et au delà de nos attentes, belle décoration très cosy, propreté impeccable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi ainsi que la literie de la chambre, appartement très bien situé et parking en zone verte devant la résidence Seul petit bémol le clic clac grince beaucoup, nuit un peu compliquée pour nos filles.

Great hosts , perfect accommodation. Ideal location to visit Folkestone. Hosts have thought of everything and made our weekend special. Great to have private use of the hot tub , and the Alexa was great ! We will definitely be returning 😊. Thank you xx

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.

Pretty much everything about Michelle’s place exceeding expectations - the location is fantastic, we loved her style and we had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Particularly to note the wonderful shower - lots of hot water and good water pressure particularly important when travelling with children and staying within spitting distance of so much sand! The only problem was that one night wasn’t long enough - we won’t make that mistake next time. I really can’t believe how low the cost is of this place - half of what other properties like this charge. 10 out of 5 for value for money. Thank you so much for such a great seaside escape, can’t wait to come back.
