Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was immaculate with a sensational view out to sea which is amazing for sunsets and watching the world go by. Jo was tremendous making sure we had everything we needed and was really responsive.

We had a few days lay-over between cruises leaving from South Hampton. Nigel's place suited our needs perfectly.

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay start to finish. Like other reviews, they have literally everything you could ever want! Perfect tranquil escape from the business of other parts of the island, but so close to the beach and restaurants. Comfy bed (even various pillow firmness to suit individual taste!), amazing shower, fans throughout, tv with everything you need, little garden to sit out in, lovely dining space, just fab really! Bianca was available for any questions and super friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. Her recommendations for places to eat and things to do were also brill! Thanks so so much.

My group of 7 had an amazing time here with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kids loved the clean hot tub and game room and the location is fantastic for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

We have been going to Seaview for the last 30 years. This rental was definitely in our top 5 over the years.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

What can I say? apart from 'WOW' ! We booked Xander's Tall House for the IOW festival w/e for our daughter and son to join us with their partners and we were looking for a family orientated space with ample facilities. This house delivered in every aspect - and more! Xander is an exemplary host from the point of booking and throughout our stay being very responsive and super helpful. From opening the front door we knew that we were in for a treat! Beautifully furnished with a homely feel, a fabulous rustic kitchen which opens out onto the cutest courtyard garden for dining and which we made good use of. Loads of space with 2 sitting rooms on different floors together with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out as well as be together! The absolute icing on the cake however has to be the location. A 2 minute walk from Bembridge's array of little shops and also the beach! Wow! This house is a gem and we had a wonderful stay. What a beautiful place! Bex and her family have created the most stylish yet warm and welcoming haven. Everything was immaculate, considered and perfectly presented. So comfortable with so many thoughtful touches and we felt very pampered. Bex herself was equally warm (and stylish!) and we really appreciated her popping in to say hello and check on us. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for a restful break in the most beautiful surroundings. Thank you Bex!

Great location if you want to be in the centre of Lyndhurst. Good walks from the doorstep. Louise was very responsive and helpful.

We felt comfortable and the location of this apartment is perfect for what we wanted. We were able to walk various places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A convenient and safe location in Southampton to do some local shopping. We would stay here again in the future. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good.

We stayed for 3 nights which was just right for us, the apartment was just as the photos had shown, clean spacious and a lovely interior. We have been and stayed in lymington a few times now and would definitely return especially to this apartment which is quite literally a short walk into the town centre which is peaceful with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

We only stayed for one night but found it a very convenient apartment for enjoying Chichester and the local area.

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy
