I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which no photo does justice to just how stunning the view of the water is from not one but two decks. A two minute walk to wonderful shopping outlets, cafe’s, dog parks, gyms, salons, everything you need. The host is highly responsive, fair and accommodating. The quiet leafy neighbourhood filled with frangipani’s next to the water is beautiful, with a private area to have a sunny cool spa outdoors or a warm spa of an evening. The bbq placed right where you can see the water is a lovely touch for cooking outdoors with a view. I had everything I needed the moment I arrived which makes life so much easier. I can’t thank the host enough for my stay. This place is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

Chantelle’s cottage is such a lovely place to stay! It’s cosy, tranquil and all the little touches make it feel so welcoming and homely. She’s a wonderful host, and our kids especially love feeding the fish and chickens! This was our second visit, and we will be back again soon. Thank you for a great stay!

Superb apartment in a very convenient location - close to shops and transport links. Easy to get into Sidney centre. Balmain is a delightful suburb full of interesting shops and facilities. Yes there are steps but so worth the views across the city. Thoroughly recommend and would happily return.

Coco’s place was perfect, great location and everything we needed for a Sydney city stay. The apartment has everything we needed which made or stay super easy. Coco met us and checked us in and is a fantastic host.

Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is brilliant, and is a great space to hang out when you aren't out and about in the city. It feels like someone's home, which isn't something we experience that often on Airbnb any more. Unfortunately the bath wasn't working but we were warned ahead of time about this and it didn't really affect our stay. The area is lovely - quiet (although there is some noise from aircraft flying overhead, common for Inner West properties in Sydney), lots of trees, cafes (Cherry Moon General Stores is fantastic), and pubs. It's also very easy to get into the city as there are buses very close by. Craig was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming terrace home in Surry Hills. The location couldn’t be more convenient — nestled in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with a truly local feel. The house itself is a classic street-front terrace, giving us a taste of authentic Sydney living. Inside, everything was impressively well-equipped — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras — making our stay extremely comfortable and hassle-free. The décor is simple yet warm, with artistic touches like the beautiful wall art that really elevate the space. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sydney!

David was a very welcoming host. He proactively arranged for basic groceries like eggs and bread, which turned out to be super helpful, esp because we were traveling with a kid. Strawberries in the fridge were a life saver. There were also toys for our little one to play with - one of the toys kept our son busy and occupied ;). Super helpful host.

Loved our stay here! The house was welcoming, lots of natural light, well equipped and nice and clean. Great modern bathroom. The street is nice and quiet and it was always pretty easy to find a car park nearby if not right out the front. Only a few minutes walk to the main streets and close to Woolworths and some good cafes. Our kids loved the park right across the street. Roslyn was a great host, she gave clear instructions and was very responsive.

Superhost - Everything was easy for my mums visit (of nearly 2 months!). The location is fantastic with a few cafes and park on the doorstep, the communication was amazing and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent location with stunning views. It meant that we could walk everywhere easily which was exactly what we wanted. Gail was extremely helpful with checkin which helped when we had just come from a very long flight!

Place was great and Victoria was really helpful!! We had such a great time and it was really clean also. Not anyone’s fault but worth noting that you’re unable to leave your bags the next day if you’re leaving Syd after your check out time.

We had a lovely stay in Tims house. ... husband, adult daughter and myself. The bedrooms are compact with comfortable beds. The balcony has a lovely view of the bay and is well set out. The cleanliness could have been better but I spoke to Tim already about this and he popped a bottle of wine into us which was a nice gesture. Its very well located and Tim had some personal recommendations for restaurants etc. Would stay here again!

Let's start with the issues - they are incredibly minor, as the apartment is outstanding overall. Don't close the upstairs bathroom door from the outside. There's no handle, and it's tricky to reopen. There are a few bubbles and scrapes on the paintwork, but as I said at the start, they are minor. Otherwise, the apartment was IMMACULATE. After seven days, that's all I can find to moan about. So, onto the good stuff - The photos don't do the view justice. The window running floor to ceiling is incredible. The apartment itself is finished to a high standard, but what impressed me was the quality of the appliances. Bosch and Nespresso in the kitchen, top of the range Samsung TV and even a Dyson fan in the bedroom. The location is exceptional, with restaurants and supermarkets within a two-minute walk. It's also really close to the metro for getting around. The Tracey McArdle team were extremely helpful. All in all, it was an excellent Airbnb experience.

Staying in Zak's little suite has been absolutely fabulous. You can really feel that Zak takes pride in his place, and he did everything to share it with us so that we could enjoy it just as much. Thank you for that! The suite is decorated with a very personal touch, which is such a wonderful contrast to a sterile hotel suite. You have an exciting sense of style, Zak! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, sauna, and spa area—simply fantastic to take a dip while soaking in that breathtaking view.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

The stay at Ollie’s was so great: perfectly located in central Sydney with a stunning rooftop with a view on the bridge and Opera: a dream for anyone that has never seen Sydney. Ollie was so nice with us and let us drop our luggage early, and was always making sure that we did not need anything. Definitely recommend staying there.
